Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of production of disposable sanitary products, in particular to a production method of a full-surrounding leakage-proof absorption article.
Background
When the existing disposable baby and adult paper diapers, sheets or pads in the market at present can not be quickly absorbed by the absorption core body under the condition that a large amount of urine is discharged, the urine can overflow out of the leakage-proof separation edges and leak out of the paper diapers, so that clothes, bedding and the like are polluted.
The existing paper diaper comprises a urine absorption core body and diaper edges connected to the periphery of the urine absorption core body, wherein two side edges of the urine absorption core body are respectively provided with a leakage-proof partition edge, and the inner sides of the two leakage-proof partition edges are respectively provided with at least one cotton core strip with super absorbent resin which is placed in front and at the back.
In the technical scheme, the cotton core strips are embedded in the leakage-proof separation edges so that the leakage-proof separation edges have certain water absorption and maintain the leakage-proof effect, but the leakage-proof separation edges are limited by the structure of the cotton core strips, so that the problem that the leakage-proof separation edges cannot stand up is solved, and the actual effect of the original leakage-proof separation edges is influenced;

g. c, performing recovery, supporting and fixing of rubber bands on the free edge to the transverse outer side of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric after the product in the step f, wherein the fixed width is smaller than or equal to the width of the free edge; at the moment, the folded part of the product in the step d is fixedly connected to the hydrophilic non-woven fabric II below the folded part in the fixed connection area in the step f;
h. and (d) adding waterproof retaining walls on the two transverse sides of the three upper surfaces of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric on the transverse outer side of the product in the step (d) respectively.
2. A method for manufacturing a fully-enclosed leakproof absorbent article as claimed in claim 1, wherein the steps a to d are modified to the following steps:
a1, adding 1-5 rubber bands on the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric side by side along the length direction;
b1, paving a layer of liquid absorbing material on the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric, wherein the liquid absorbing material is one of a mixture of pulp fibers and water absorbing resin, fluffy non-woven fabric and water absorbing resin, and water absorbing paper;
c1, folding the two transverse sides of the first hydrophilic non-woven cloth upwards and inwards and fixedly connecting the two transverse sides into a whole to wrap the liquid absorbing material;
the subsequent step described the step d article as the step c1 article.
3. The method for producing a full containment leakproof absorbent article as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the second step comprises the following steps:
2, paving a layer of liquid absorbing material II on the surface of a hydrophilic or water-repellent non-woven fabric, wherein the liquid absorbing material II is one of a mixture of pulp fibers and water-absorbent resin, fluffy non-woven fabric and water-absorbent resin, and water-absorbent paper;
b2, folding the hydrophilic or water-repellent non-woven fabric to wrap the liquid absorbing material II;
c2, fixedly connecting the longitudinal edges of the hydrophilic or water-repellent non-woven fabric together;
d2, arranging the products obtained in the two steps c2 side by side, and placing the products on a hydrophilic non-woven fabric four or a PE film to obtain the absorber.
4. A method of manufacturing a fully-enclosed, leak-proof absorbent article as defined in claim 3, wherein: in the step d2, the transverse spacing of the products obtained in the two steps c2 is 0-5 mm.
5. A method of manufacturing a fully-enclosed, leak-proof absorbent article as defined in claim 4, wherein: the thickness of the product obtained in the step c2 is smaller than that of the product obtained in the step d.
6. A method of manufacturing a fully-enclosed, leak-proof absorbent article as defined in claim 4, wherein: the longitudinal length of the article obtained in step d above is 0-80mm greater than the length of the absorbent core.
