Abstract
The invention discloses a constant-temperature mechanical stethoscope, which comprises a sound pick-up, a sound transmission pipe, a heating wire and a temperature sensor, wherein the sound pick-up is arranged on the sound transmission pipe; when the temperature sensor is used, the battery switch is turned on, the temperature sensor can automatically collect temperature data on the metal sheet of the pickup, and whether the temperature is lower than a set temperature is judged through the control chip in the temperature sensor; if the detected temperature is lower than the set temperature, the control chip controls the heating wire to start to slowly heat; when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor is higher than the set temperature by 2 ℃, the control chip can interrupt the heating wire, the temperature sensor keeps working at the moment, and when the temperature of the sound pick-up is lower than the set temperature again, the next circulation is started, so that the temperature of the sound pick-up is always kept near the set temperature. The stethoscope is a commonly used medical instrument and is mainly used for listening characteristic sounds of internal organs of a patient body in the clinical diagnosis process to judge the illness state. During use, the stethoscope needs to be held against the patient's body, preferably against the patient's skin, to obtain clear characteristic sounds, and the surface of the microphone is usually metallic, which makes it too cold to be comfortable for the patient to use against the patient's skin.

the sound pick-up 1 is arranged above the shell 2, the surface of the sound pick-up is a circular metal sheet, and a sound transmission pipe 4 is connected below the middle part of the sound pick-up; the lower part of the shell 2 is connected with a handheld part 3, and the sound transmission tube 4 passes through the shell 2 and the handheld part 3 and is communicated with an ear device; a temperature sensor 8 is arranged in the sound pick-up 1; the heating wire 5 is arranged below the sound pick-up 1 and is powered by a battery 6 arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the handheld part 3; a USB interface 7 for charging the battery 6 is also arranged on one side of the battery 6; and a control chip is arranged inside the temperature sensor 8.
When the temperature sensor is used, the switch of the battery 6 is turned on, the temperature sensor 8 can automatically collect temperature data on the metal sheet of the sound pick-up 1, and whether the temperature is lower than a set temperature is judged through the control chip in the sound pick-up 1; if the detected temperature is lower than the set temperature, the control chip controls the heating wire 5 to start to slowly heat; when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor 8 is higher than the set temperature by 2 ℃, the control chip can interrupt the heating wire 5, the temperature sensor 8 keeps working at the moment, and when the temperature of the sound pick-up 1 is lower than the set temperature again, the next circulation is carried out, so that the temperature of the sound pick-up 1 is always kept near the set temperature.
