Description

用于焊接型材件的机器
技术领域
本发明涉及用于焊接型材件的机器。
背景技术
现有技术中,型材件整体或仅部分由塑料材料制造,例如PVC或类似材料,用于制造窗和门框以及其框自身的多种配件,例如小的内部和外部装饰。
在此申请中,就此方面,型材件通过熔合其各自头部面来相互焊接以能够产生多种根据需要不同形状和规格的结构。
尤其是,通过加热待连接的部分而发生熔合,其通过合适的加热板和然后将一个加热部分抵到另一部分以便于熔合。通常地,加热部分为型材件的头端,适合以45°切除以限定,例如窗或门框的直角部分。
此方法实施通常利用安装有各自型材件保持装置的焊接机器,相互靠近移动以将待焊接珠端以相接触。
其他机器安装有抛光***,用于去除在熔合两个型材件时形成的珠子或焊珠。
实际上,在线处以45°接合两个型材件,多余熔化材料的部分会出来,形成从型材件可见表面突出的珠。
因此,为了抛光后门或窗框有优秀的美学外观,型材件,一经焊接,经历珠去除步骤。
然而,如上简单描述的已知焊接装置具有与之前涉及的焊接珠形成相关的缺陷。
实际上,需要考虑的是,塑料型材件的焊接区不是完全均一的,因此,为了让型材件规整,需要熔化大量材料导致形成大量珠,因此形成大量必须去除的废弃材料。
再者,用于去除珠和清洗待焊接区域的抛光工艺会实质上影响门或窗框整体的制造时间。
应该注意的是,为了窗或门框的每次焊接,型材构件必须随后制造。
再者,珠的去除对于放射状的型材件来说是相当复杂的。另外地,用于如上涉及的抛光过程的机器是笨重的,复杂,尤其是昂贵的。
这意味着,额外的笨重工具和装置的使用导致额外的费用和处理时间。
专利WO2013/132406A1显示能够克服如上涉及缺点的方法和装置。
WO2013/132405A1描述的***装备有两个移动固定件,型材件安装在其上和允许他们焊接而不形成任何焊接珠,由于待焊接区域的预防性铣削操作,用于获得用于在型材件上焊接珠的牵制间隔,和牵制压缩机的使用,其会在焊接过程中生成加热型材件并且防止熔化材料从牵制间隔逸出。
再者,WO2017/009779A1显示改进型压缩件。
更具体地,文件WO2017/009779A1介绍使用不同的牵制压缩机,其形状沿整个型材件适应于和附着于焊接型材件以控制焊接珠。
以此方式,根据专利WO2017/009779A1说明的制备装置能够焊接市场上以任何挤出机获得的任何形式的型材件,并在世界上任何地方和任何环境和大气条件下。
然而,根据专利WO2017/009779A1开发的装置可以改进型材件焊接角。
实际上,如上描述的,已知焊接机器仅能够以预设焊接角度焊接型材件,其通常为90°并且允许以基本矩形的形状制造窗或门框。
再者,初步的铣削操作基于待焊接型材件的结合线的尺寸,其依次取决于焊接型材件的焊接角度。
这些缺陷限制了窗和门框和框配件的生产,框配件描述在利用不同焊接角度要求焊接型材构件的复杂结构中。
实际上,不像更通常使用的矩形的窗和门框,为了制造安装有配件的复杂结构,如小的外部装饰或不同形状和规格的内部搁板,需要特殊的机器用于焊接的每个角度以将型材件相互焊接以形成复杂的和所述的结构。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供用于焊接型材件的机器,其能够焊接市场上任意挤出机器获得的任意类型并且具有任意焊接角度的型材件。
本发明的另一目的是提供用于焊接型材件的机器,其能够在区域内运行初始制造操作用于任意焊接角度的自动焊接。
本发明最后但非最少的目的是提供用于焊接型材件的机器,其能够大幅简化整个焊接过程。
本发明的另一目的是提供用于焊接塑料型材件的机器,其能够克服之前所述的现有技术的缺陷,同时在简单、合理、简单、有效使用和成本效率的范围内。
通过具有权利要求1的技术特征的用于焊接型材的机器实现的之前所述的目的。

用于焊接型材件的机器1,其特征为,其具有:
-至少一个基架2;
-至少两个至少部分由塑料制成并且包括至少一个待焊接区域6的型材件5的保持装置3,4;所述保持装置3,4安装于所述基架2上并且限定至少一个第一保持轴A和至少一个第二保持轴B以形成焊接角度7,和所述型材件5沿其固定;

本发明文本的范围内,参照机器1所使用的术语“水平”和“垂直”是指图1所示的状态,例如出现在安装于底面上的机器1的那些。
水平工作台X为待焊接的型材件5分别沿所述第一保持轴A和所述第二保持轴B放置的平面。
每个型材件5通过相应的保持装置3、4在所述水平工作台上固定到所述机器1,以此情况下,所述机器1包括两个保持装置3、4以将两个型材件5相互焊接。
所述垂直工作台Y为所述型材件5的所述待焊接区域6沿其焊接的平面。
更具体地,所述垂直工作台Y布置为与所述保持装置3,4等距间隔。
再者,所述垂直工作台Y基本上与所述机器1的对称板重合。
所述滑动装置11包括:
-至少两个所述调整装置10的支撑板13;和

有利的是,每个可移动凸缘21包括铰接旋转到相应的保持板15的第一端和铰接旋转到相应支撑板13的第二端。
以此方式,每个可移动凸缘21能够与对应的保持装置3,4一体移动,因此与其他可移动凸缘21协作保持平面结构。
所述调整装置10包括传感装置,其配置用于分别检测第一保持轴A和第二保持轴B相对于参考位置的倾斜。
有利的是,传感装置安装在保持板15和支撑板13之间的接合处附近。

更具体地,所述型材件5布置成基本上“镜像”从而与垂直工作台Y相同距离间隔。
在本文的其他部分中,我们认为两个型材件5可以先行以45°切割以能够以90°焊接角7焊接。
这些情况仅作为示例,实际上,例如,相同型材件5以30°切割以能够以60°焊接角焊接。
所述保持板15通过圆形导轨16绕对应的调整轴D旋转以调整焊接角7。
更具体地,所述保持板15通过操作人员手动旋转。
然而,不排除替换性实施例,其中所述保持板15的旋转自动开始,例如,通过电动装置。
在保持板15旋转过程中,传感装置与所述编码器通信,相对于参考位置的相同保持板15的角度位置,举例来说,其可以对应等于180°的焊接角度7。
所述编码器22将角度位置转换为数字数据以传输到计算单元。
所述计算单元比较角度位置和操作人员输入的焊接角度值并且如果两个值是相同时通知编码器22。
以此方式,所述编码器22通知操作人员,其会在到达设置焊接角度7时旋转保持板15。
一旦焊接角度7到达时,型材件5的待焊接区域6布置为沿焊接方向C相互面向。
移动所述支撑板13以沿对应的直线导轨14相互滑动以为了将待焊接区域6相互靠近以能够制造。更具体地,待焊接区域6布置的距离基本上与对应的工作工具26的铣削单元27之间的距离相同。
以此方式,所述工作工具26同时和以镜像方式自动沿所述第一滑动方向E和第二滑动方向F移动到所述型材件5的待焊接区域6。
如上描述的,计算单元计算制造路径32以通过工作工具26覆盖。
更具体地,所述制造路径32与沿纵向导轨24的所述工作工具26的移位相一致。
所述制造过程包括使待焊接区域6平整,减少来自构型件挤压操作的瑕疵。
以此方式,待焊接区域6的焊接要求更少材料的熔化并结果性减少焊接珠40。
然而,不排除制造待焊接区域6的替换性方法,例如其中执行更复杂沟或制造操作。
一旦完成制造,工作工具26沿第二滑动方向F拉回并将其自动布置到水平工作台X下面,同时加热密封板36自动沿工作方向G移动。
更具体地,所述加热密封板利用电加热元件加热,从空闲结构移动到工作结构。
在此结构中,支撑板13沿直线导轨14滑动以将待焊接区域6接触到所述加热密封板36的对应工作面38。
待焊接区域6部分熔化后,滑动装置11移动构型件5远离以能够让加热密封板从工作结构移动到空闲结构。
以此方式,待焊接区域6通过滑动装置11相互施加压力。
同时,牵制装置39自动激活以将上侧向牵制压力器46,下侧向牵制压力器47和前牵制压力器47在图7所示的待焊接区域6之间的结合处接触构型件5。
更具体地,所述上侧向牵制压力器46沿第一移位方向I和第二移位方向L移动,所述下侧向牵制压力器47沿第一滑动方向E和第二滑动方向F移动,所述前牵制压力器52沿工作方向G移动。
以此方式,构型件5相互焊接而不形成任何焊接珠40。
实践中,可以确定的是本申请描述的发明能够实现预想的目的。

Claims (16)

1.用于焊接型材件的机器(1),其特征在于,其包括:
-至少一个基架(2);
-至少两个至少部分由塑料制成并且包括至少一个待焊接区域(6)的型材件(5)的保持装置(3,4);所述保持装置(3,4)安装于所述基架(2)上并且限定至少一个第一保持轴(A)和至少一个第二保持轴(B)以形成焊接角度(7),和所述型材件(5)沿其固定;
-从所述型材件(5)移除材料的移除装置(8),以在所述型材件(5)的所述待焊接区域(6)进行至少一次机加工;
-热密封装置(9),安装在所述基架(2)并且适用于焊接所述型材件(5)的待焊接区域(6);
-所述焊接角度(7)的调整装置(10),适用于移动至少一个保持装置(3,4)以使至少一个所述第一保持轴(A)和所述第二保持轴(B)倾斜以改变所述焊接角度(7);
-所述保持装置(3,4)的滑动装置(11),安装在所述基架(2)上并且适用于以相互靠近或相互远离而不改变焊接角度(7)的方式移动所述保持装置(3,4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述滑动装置(11)包括:
-至少两个所述调整装置(10)的支撑板(13);和
-至少两个***到所述支撑板(13)和所述基架(2)之间的直线导轨(14),所述支撑板(13)以相互靠近或相互远离的方式在所述直线导轨(14)上沿焊接方向(C)滑动。
3.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述调整装置(10)包括:
-至少两个所述保持装置(3,4)的和分别绕至少两个调整轴(D)旋转的保持板(15),其基本上垂直所述支撑板(13)布置;
-至少两个圆形导轨(16),分别***到所述保持板(15)和所述支撑板(13)之间;所述保持板(15)沿着所述圆形导轨(16)绕所述调整轴(D)以相互靠近或相互远离的方式旋转以改变焊接角度(7)。
4.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述调整装置(10)包括传感装置,其配置用于分别检测第一保持轴(A)和第二保持轴(B)相对于参考位置的倾斜。
5.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述调整装置(10)包括至少两个分别与所述保持板(15)关联的编码器(22);所述编码器(22)配置用于与所述传感装置协同运行以分别检测所述第一保持轴(A)和第二保持轴(B)相对于参考位置的倾斜。
6.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述移除装置(8)包括:
-至少一个可移动结构(23),其在所述保持装置(3,4)附近与所述基架(2)关联;
-至少一个工作工具(26),用于铣削所述型材件(5)的待焊接区域(6)并且与所述可移动结构(23)关联;
-至少一个纵向导轨(24),其***在所述可移动结构(23)和所述基架(2)之间,所述可移动结构(23)沿所述纵向导轨(24)沿着第一滑动方向(E)滑动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述可移动结构(23)包括:
-至少一个与所述工作工具(26)关联的辅助可移动结构(29);
-至少一个辅助纵向导轨(30),其基本上垂直于***在所述辅助可移动结构(29)和所述可移动结构(23)之间的所述纵向导轨(24);所述辅助可移动结构(29)沿所述辅助纵向导轨(30)沿着基本上垂直于所述第一滑动方向(E)的第二滑动方向(F)滑动。
8.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述移除装置(8)包括一对工作工具(26),其彼此相对方式放置以同时铣削两个构型件(5)的待焊接区域(6)和运行所述机加工操作。
9.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,其包括至少一个计算单元,其配置用于计算所述工作工具(26)的制造路径(32)以在待焊接区域(6)上运行所述机加工,所述制造路径(32)根据所述焊接角度(7)的值计算。
10.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述计算单元配置用于计算所述制造路径(32),其开始于对应于预设焊接角度(34)的参考路径(33),所述制造路径(32)基于变化相对于所述预设焊接角度(34)的所述焊接角度(7)自动计算。
11.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述热密封装置(9)包括:
-至少一个可移动支撑体(35),其在所述保持装置(3,4)附近与所述基架(2)关联;
-至少一个加热密封板(36),其与所述可移动支撑体(35)关联;
-至少一个直导轨(37),其***到所述可移动支撑体(35)和所述基架(2)之间,所述可移动支撑体(35)沿所述直导轨(37)滑动并且移动所述加热密封板(36)为如下结构之间:
-至少一个工作结构,其中所述加热密封板(36)***到所述型材件(5)的所述待焊接区域(6)之间;
-至少一个主结构,其中所述加热密封板(36)拉回以释放***到所述型材件(5)的所述待焊接区域(6)之间的空间。
12.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,其包括牵制装置(39),其以可移动的方式安装在所述基架(2)上,并且适用于在所述待焊接区域(6)的附近至少部分放置在所述型材件(5)上以控制至少一个焊接珠(40)。
13.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述牵制装置(39)包括至少一个侧向牵制压力器(41),其安装有至少一个止动面(42),其与所述构型件(5)一起限定所述焊接珠(40)的侧向牵制面(43)。
14.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述侧向牵制压力器(41)包括多个止动面(42)并且能绕自身转动以选择性地和替换性地朝向所述构型件(5)布置所述止动面(42)。
15.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述牵制装置(39)包括至少一个前牵制压力器(52),其具有以“V”形布置的两侧并且与所述型材件(5)限定所述焊接珠(40)的前牵制面(53)。
16.根据之前一项或多项权利要求所述的机器(1),其特征在于,所述移除装置(8)适用于在所述型材件(5)的所述待焊接区域(6)上形成至少一个沟,所述前牵制压力器(52)和所述侧向牵制压力器(41)与沟联合限定所述焊接珠(40)的牵制间隔(56)。
