Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail by embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
According to one embodiment of the invention, a method for generating an electronic bill is provided. The method comprises the following steps: identifying bill information from an electronic file of a bill associated with an electronic bill to be generated; verifying the bill information; and if the verification is passed, generating an electronic bill according to the bill information.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for generating an electronic bill according to an embodiment of the present invention, including steps S11-S14, and the steps of the method will be described below with reference to fig. 1:
and S11, the mobile equipment acquires an electronic file of a bill associated with the electronic bill to be generated. The electronic document of the bill can be an electronic bill or an image of a paper bill.
In order to facilitate the operation of the user (the posting personnel), the user can submit a request for generating the electronic posting bill through own mobile equipment, and the mobile equipment acquires the electronic file of the corresponding bill. Mobile devices include, but are not limited to: smart phones, tablets, laptops, and the like. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the mobile device obtaining an electronic file of a ticket associated with an electronic bill to be generated comprises:
step S111, receiving a request for generating the electronic bill from the user by the mobile equipment.
Mobile devices typically have components such as a camera, a touch screen, a processor, memory, and a data transceiver. At the mobile equipment end, a user can open an APP installed on the mobile equipment in advance, and submit a request for generating an electronic bill report through an interactive interface provided by a touch screen, information submitted along with the request can include the type and the amount of the bill report, and the mobile equipment receives the request for generating the electronic bill report and other information submitted by the user through the interactive interface.
Step s112, acquiring, by the mobile device, an electronic file of a ticket associated with the electronic bill to be generated from the user.
Upon receiving the request to generate the electronic bill, the mobile device may display to the user, via the touch screen, an interface as shown in fig. 2 that displays to the user the sheet number of the electronic bill to be generated (typically generated by the mobile device), the type of bill submitted by the user (e.g., general bill), and the amount of money involved, among other things. In addition, the interface provides the user with a touch key for adding an electronic document of a bill, such as a plus key shown in the lower right corner of fig. 2, and the user can select to submit an electronic bill or shoot a paper bill after touching the plus key, wherein the bill can be an airplane travel bill, a train bill, a common invoice, a value-added tax invoice and the like in a paper form or an electronic form. Wherein if a user selects to submit an electronic ticket (which is typically a pdf file), the user needs to store the electronic ticket locally on the mobile device in advance, and when selecting to submit the electronic ticket, locate the storage location of the electronic ticket in the mobile device, from which the mobile device obtains the electronic ticket. If the user selects to shoot the paper bill, the mobile device turns on a camera of the mobile device, and displays a picture currently shot by the camera to the user through the touch screen, so that the user is guided to shoot. Fig. 3 shows an interface displayed by a touch panel guiding a user to perform photographing, wherein the interface displays a photographing request in addition to a currently photographed picture. When the user has finished taking the picture, an image of the paper ticket (typically a jpg file) will be stored locally on the mobile device and the mobile device can locate the image, which the mobile device thus obtains.
It should be noted that, a plurality of bills may be associated with one electronic newspaper bill, and after the mobile device acquires an electronic file of one bill, the interface shown in fig. 2 may be displayed to the user, and then the user may touch the plus sign key shown in fig. 2 again and continue to submit the electronic file of the bill associated with the electronic newspaper bill to be generated.
And S12, the mobile equipment uploads the electronic file of the bill associated with the electronic bill to be generated to a server.
The user can upload the electronic files of all the bills associated with the electronic bill to be generated to the server through the touch key for submitting the bill to be generated in the interface of fig. 2. The server may be a cloud server, and the mobile device communicates with the cloud server through its data transceiver.
And S13, the server receives the electronic file of the bill associated with the electronic bill to be generated, and identifies the bill information of the bill from the electronic file of the bill.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, step S13 includes the following sub-steps:
step S131, after receiving the electronic file of one or more bills associated with the electronic bill to be generated, the server acquires text information in the electronic file by using an optical character recognition technology, so as to obtain bill information of each bill in the one or more bills. Wherein, the ticket information of the ticket includes but is not limited to: the type of ticket (e.g., general invoice, value-added tax invoice, train ticket, airline travel itinerary, etc.), business information, invoice code, invoice number, amount, purchaser name, seller name, billing date, etc. Where the ticket is an airplane or train ticket, the identified ticket information may also include departure date, arrival date, departure station, arrival station, occupant, etc.
Step S132, the server judges whether an electronic file of a ticket with failed identification exists, if so, requests to acquire the electronic file of the ticket again, executes ticket information identification on the electronic file of the ticket acquired again and judges whether the identification fails, and if so, continues to request to acquire the electronic file of the ticket again until the electronic file of the ticket with failed identification does not exist.
Specifically, it is determined whether or not there is an electronic file of a ticket whose identification has failed, that is, whether or not there is an electronic file of a ticket whose identification has failed by ticket information. The method can determine whether the electronic document of each bill associated with the electronic bill to be generated (hereinafter referred to as the electronic document of each bill) fails to be identified, and includes the following conditions:
① for each electronic document of the ticket, if no information is recognized from the electronic document of the ticket, it is determined that the ticket information recognition of the electronic document of the ticket failed.
② for each electronic document of the ticket, if the ticket type identified from the electronic document of the ticket does not belong to the supported ticket type range (for example, does not belong to one of the general invoice, the value added tax invoice, the train ticket, the air itinerary), it is determined that the ticket information identification of the electronic document of the ticket fails.
③, for each electronic document of the ticket, if the ticket information recognized from the electronic document of the ticket is not complete, it is determined that the ticket information recognition of the electronic document of the ticket has failed.
Firstly, all items corresponding to the bill type are determined according to the recognized bill type (different bill types may correspond to different items, such as common invoices corresponding to invoice numbers, invoice codes, money amounts and the like, and train tickets corresponding to departure dates, arrival dates and the like).
Secondly, judging whether the identified bill information contains all items determined in the previous step, if not, judging that the identified bill information is incomplete and the bill information of the electronic file of the bill fails to be identified;
and thirdly, if the identified bill information contains all the items, judging whether each item in the identified bill information is complete, if certain item data is incomplete (for example, the length of the identified invoice number is smaller than the standard length), judging that the identified bill information is incomplete, and failing to identify the bill information of the electronic file of the bill.
For electronic files for which the ticket information identifies a failed ticket, the server sends an error prompt (to request retrieval of the electronic file for the ticket) to the mobile device, the error prompt indicating the electronic file for which the ticket identified the failure and indicating the reason for the failure. Among the reasons for the recognition failure may include "ticket rule blocking" (the ticket type does not belong to the range of supported ticket types as described above), "no recognized information", "incomplete ticket information", and the like. After receiving the error prompt, the mobile device may display the error prompt to the user via the interactive interface, and receive an electronic file of the corresponding ticket resubmitted by the user, and then send the electronic file of the resubmitted ticket to the server. For the electronic file of the resubmitted ticket, the server recognizes the ticket information of the ticket using an optical character recognition technique, and determines whether the recognition fails. If the identification fails, the server continues to send an error prompt to the mobile device to acquire the electronic file of the bill again (and perform identification and judge whether the identification fails), and the server repeats the process until the electronic file of the bill which is failed to be identified does not exist in the electronic bill to be generated.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after identifying the ticket information of the ticket from the electronic file of the ticket, the server may transmit the identified ticket information of the ticket to the mobile device, and the mobile device may be displayed to the user through an interactive interface on the touch screen, as shown in fig. 4.
And S14, the server verifies the bill information of the bill, and if the bill information passes the verification, an electronic bill is generated according to the bill information.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, step S14 includes the following sub-steps:
and step S141, judging whether the bill information of each bill obtained in the step S13 and associated with the electronic bill to be generated meets the checking condition of the tax bureau system, and if not, waiting. When the bill information of each bill associated with the electronic bill to be generated satisfies the inspection condition of the tax office system, step S142 is performed.
Specifically, the server judges whether the billing date of each ticket associated with the electronic bill to be generated, which is obtained from step S13, is the current day, and if so, sends a prompt of "ticket cannot be checked for the current day" to the mobile device (the reason for this is that the tax office system does not support checking tickets made for the current day) to submit a check request through the mobile device by the user on another day; after receiving the checking request from the mobile device, the server judges whether the billing date of the bill is the current day again (if so, the server sends a prompt of 'the current day bill cannot be checked' to the mobile device again). When the billing date of each ticket associated with the electronic bill to be generated is not current day, step S142 is performed. In another embodiment, the server may set a timer and enter a waiting state, for example, the time until the next day of the tax office system opens the inspection is timed, and step S142 is executed when the timer expires.
And S142, the server checks the bill information of each bill associated with the electronic bill to be generated through a checking interface of the tax office system and receives a checking result returned by the tax office system. If the check result indicates that the ticket information of each ticket passes the verification, step S143 is executed, otherwise, the server returns a notification that the verification fails to the mobile device.
Specifically, the server selects basic information (for example, the basic information comprises an invoice code, an invoice number, an invoice date, an amount and the like) from the bill information of each bill associated with the electronic bill to be generated and sends the basic information to the tax bureau system; after receiving the basic information of each bill, the tax bureau system verifies whether the basic information of the bill is consistent with the bill information of the bill stored in the electronic ledger library (namely, verifies the legality and validity of the bill to identify false bills and invalid bills); if the two types of the ticket are consistent, the ticket is a valid ticket (an unforeseen ticket), an inspection result that the ticket is valid is returned to the server (namely, the ticket information of the ticket passes the authentication), otherwise, an inspection result that the ticket is invalid is returned to the server (namely, the ticket information of the ticket does not pass the authentication).
If there is a bill information of the bill which is not verified, the server sends a notification of the verification failure to the mobile device, the notification also uses the bill which indicates the verification failure, and then, the process of generating the electronic bill is finished.
And S143, the server generates an electronic bill according to the bill information.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the server calls a pre-designed template to process the bill information and fill the processed bill information into the template, thereby generating an electronic bill (e.g., a pdf-formatted bill). The processing of the ticket information may include, for example: calculating the number of electronic files of the bills submitted by the user, and adding the money amounts identified from the electronic files of each bill to obtain a total money amount.
After the server generates the electronic newspaper bill, the user can check the electronic newspaper bill of the server end on line through the mobile device (see fig. 5). In addition, the user can download the generated electronic newspaper bill from the server to the mobile device so as to print the electronic newspaper bill conveniently. Fig. 5 shows an example of an electronic bill, which is an original voucher list, including ticket information and some information resulting from processing the ticket information, according to an embodiment of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the e-bill in fig. 5 is merely an example, and in other embodiments, the e-bill may also be a billing voucher, an approval information table, and the like.
According to the embodiment, the mobile equipment is used for shooting the image of the bill or submitting the electronic bill as the electronic file of the bill, the bill information on the electronic file is automatically identified, the bill is verified according to the bill information, and the electronic bill is automatically generated after the bill is verified, so that the problems that the flow is complicated, the workload is large and the like when the bill is manually filled by the bill reporting personnel and manually checked by the financial staff are solved, the efficiency of the reimbursement flow is improved, and meanwhile, the accuracy of reimbursement data is guaranteed.
In the above embodiments, the mobile device is configured to obtain an electronic file of the ticket and send the electronic file to the server for identification of the ticket information, verification of the ticket information, and generation of an electronic bill. In other embodiments, the identification of the ticket information, the verification of the ticket information, and the generation of the electronic bill may also be performed at the mobile device side. In other embodiments, the mobile device may be replaced by other electronic devices with functions of shooting, storing and processing to obtain the electronic document of the ticket.
In the above embodiment, if there is a failure in the bill information of the bill to be verified, the server sends a notification that the verification is failed to the mobile device, and then the process of generating the electronic bill is ended. In other embodiments, the notification sent by the server to the mobile device may also indicate an electronic file of a ticket for which the validation failed, the user may resubmit the electronic file of the ticket, the notification sent by the mobile device to the server, and the identification of the ticket information and validation of the ticket information by the server on the electronic file of the resubmitted ticket. And if the bill information of each bill associated with the electronic bill to be generated passes verification after the user submits again, the server generates the electronic bill according to the bill information.
