Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to provide a user with an entrance capable of continuously maintaining credit service products so that the user can intuitively feel the performance life cycle of the user, the embodiment of the specification provides a novel method, a novel device and a novel equipment for putting in the credit service products. In order to clearly understand an application scenario of each technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present specification, an operating environment of the embodiment of the present specification is described below with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, one or more users 101 (only one is shown in fig. 1) may use credit service products from one or more merchants 103 (only one is shown in fig. 1, and the merchants 103 specifically perform various operations through their own terminal devices or servers) through respective user terminals 102. The merchant 103 feeds back fulfillment data formed during the use of the credit service product by the user 101 to the credit administration platform 104 (colloquially referred to as a credit account). The credit administration platform 104 analyzes the performance data by using its middle layer 105 to obtain the credit evaluation index value of the user 101. The user 101 authorizes the merchant 103 to acquire the credit evaluation index value of the user 101 from the credit administration platform 104 through the authorization open platform 106 at the user terminal 102. The merchant 103 determines a target credit service product to be delivered based on the acquired credit evaluation index value of the user 101, generates an electronic contract for delivering the target credit service product by combining with an electronic contract template provided by the credit supervision platform 104, and delivers the electronic contract to the client of the user 101 through the electronic contract platform.
It should be noted that the client where the user 101 is located is installed in the user terminal 102, the client may be third-party application software or a browser, and the electronic contract platform may be an electronic contract entry embedded in the client. In addition, since the electronic contract is binding to both parties (and possibly many parties) of the contract, the terminal or the server of the merchant 103 is embedded with an electronic contract platform, so that the merchant 3 can continuously manage the credit service product released in the form of the electronic contract.
The following describes a method for delivering a credit service product provided by an embodiment of the present specification.
It should be noted that the method and apparatus for delivering credit service products provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4 can be applied to a terminal device or a server of the merchant 103; the embodiments shown in fig. 5 to 6 provide another method and apparatus for delivering credit service products, which can be applied to the user terminal 102.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present specification provides a method for delivering a credit service product, which may be applied in a terminal device or a server of a merchant 103 shown in fig. 1, and the method may include:
step 202, obtaining a credit evaluation index value of a target user, wherein the credit evaluation index value is determined based on performance data formed by the target user using a historical credit service product.
The target user may be one or more intended users of the target merchant who have pre-paid credit service products, and the intended users may be users selected from a plurality of users of the target merchant or a plurality of users using the client.
The target merchant may be any merchant that can provide credit service products to the user.
The credit assessment indicator may be a credit score, credit rating, or the like. Accordingly, the credit evaluation index value of the user is a specific value of the credit evaluation index of the user. For example, if the credit evaluation index is a credit score, the credit evaluation index value of a certain user may be a value of 500, 600 or 700. For another example, if the credit evaluation index is a credit rating and the credit rating of the user is often classified into a low rating, a medium rating and a high rating according to how good the user is credited, a certain user credit evaluation index value may be one of the low rating, the medium rating and the high rating.
Credit service products are some service products that users enjoy based on their own credit, and optionally, users need to perform a designated performance before, during or after using the credit service products. The historical credit service product refers to the credit service product used by the user. The fulfillment data refers to data generated by a user performing a specified fulfillment activity before, during, or after using up a credit service product.
As an example, step 202 may include: and obtaining the credit evaluation index value of the target user from a credit supervision platform of the target user under the condition of authorization of the target user. Since the credit evaluation index value of the user belongs to the privacy of the user to a certain extent, the merchant needs to obtain the authorization of the user to obtain the credit evaluation index value of the user, so as to ensure the privacy security of the user. As shown in fig. 1, the user 101 may authorize (auth) the merchant 103 through an authorization open platform (authapi) at the user terminal 102, so that the merchant 103 obtains the right to query the credit rating index value of the user 101.
And step 204, determining a target credit service product pre-released by the target merchant based on the credit evaluation index value.
In a specific implementation, the target credit service product may be determined according to a principle that "a better credit service product is delivered to the target user when the credit evaluation index value is high, and a worse credit service product is delivered to the target user when the credit evaluation index value is low".
For example, when the credit evaluation index value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining that a first credit service product is a target credit service product pre-released by the target merchant; the right provided by the first credit service product is better than the right provided by the appointed historical credit service product, and/or the performing behavior corresponding to the first credit service product is less than the performing behavior corresponding to the appointed historical credit service product.
For another example, when the credit evaluation index value is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that a second credit service product is a target credit service product pre-released by the target merchant; wherein, the right provided by the second credit service product is inferior to the right provided by the appointed historical credit service product, and/or the performing behavior corresponding to the first credit service product is more than the performing behavior corresponding to the appointed historical credit service product.
In both of the above examples, the designated historical credit service product may be the historical credit service product that was last used by the target user, or may be a plurality of historical credit service products that were used by the target user over a period of time in the past, and so on.
And step 206, generating an electronic contract for delivering the target credit service product based on a preset electronic contract template, wherein the electronic contract comprises the rights and interests provided by the target credit service product and the performance behaviors which need to be executed by the target user after enjoying the rights and interests.
The preset electronic contract template may be generated in advance by the credit supervision platform, and the preset electronic contract template may include terms such as a performance term and other terms, in addition to the rights and interests provided by the credit service product and the performance behaviors that the user needs to perform after enjoying the rights and interests, and the content included in the preset electronic contract template is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present specification.
It is understood that, after the preset electronic contract template is available, the electronic contract can be generated by filling the relevant rights and interests provided by the target credit service product and the performance behavior expected to be completed by the target user into the preset electronic contract template.
And 208, delivering the electronic contract to the client of the target user.
As an example, step 208 may include: and delivering the electronic contract to the client of the target user through an electronic contract platform provided by the client of the target user.
It should be noted that, the electronic contract platform embedded in the client is used for delivering the electronic contract, and since the contract is binding to each party of the contract, when the parties of the contract are different, the binding may be formed between different subjects. In addition, electronic contracts have the capability to bring together parties that associate the contract for their respective purposes (e.g., to complete a transaction between a merchant and a user). The contracting party of the electronic contract provided by the embodiment of the specification is the target merchant and the target user, so that the target merchant and the target user can be matched, and the customer flow of the target merchant is improved. Conceivably, when the contracting party of the electronic contract is a merchant and a merchant, the merchant and the merchant can be matched; when the contracting party of the electronic contract is the user and the user, the user and the user can be matched, and the like.
In the method for delivering the credit service product provided by the embodiment of the specification, the target credit service product is delivered to the client where the target user is located in the form of the electronic contract, and the electronic contract includes the right provided by the target credit service product and the performance behavior which needs to be executed by the target user after enjoying the right, so that an entrance for continuously maintaining the credit service product can be provided for the target user, the target user can intuitively feel the performance life cycle of the target user, the target user is more willing to use the target credit service product, and further the increase of the client traffic of the target merchant is more likely.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, a method for delivering a credit service product provided in an embodiment of the present specification may further include:
step 210, in response to the target user's triggering operation on the electronic contract after receiving the electronic contract, taking effect on the electronic contract.
For example, after the client of the target user receives the electronic contract, there is an electronic contract record to be validated, and if the target user performs a click-to-get operation, the electronic contract becomes valid. After the electronic contract takes effect, the target user can enjoy the rights and interests specified in the contract and execute the performance behavior in the electronic contract, when the rights and obligations specified in the electronic contract are executed, the target merchant and the target user are successfully matched, the two parties reach the transaction, the target user increases and contributes a part of force to the customer traffic of the target merchant, and the target user enjoys the corresponding rights and interests at a relatively low cost to realize the win-win of the target user and the target merchant.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a method for delivering a credit service product provided by an embodiment of the present specification may further include:
step 212, providing the target user with the rights specified in the electronic contract.
Taking the target merchant as a certain shortcut hotel as an example, the right and interest stipulated in the electronic contract can be limited to a certain guest room with a discount of 5.
And step 214, monitoring the performance behavior of the target user on the electronic contract to obtain performance data. And then step 216 and/or step 222 are performed.
Also taking the target merchant as a certain quick hotel as an example, the performing behavior specified in the electronic contract may be forwarding a message entitled "certain quick hotel" with a certain time limit and a certain guest room of 5 folds "to the circle of friends of the specified social platform.
Step 216, determining whether the target user completes the performance behavior specified in the electronic contract based on the performance data; if so, step 218 is performed, otherwise step 220 is performed.
Continuing the example given in step 214, if the target user forwards a message entitled "quick hotel, time limited, room 5" to the circle of friends for the specified social platform, step 218 is performed, otherwise step 220 is performed.
Optionally, the electronic contract further includes a period of performing activities that need to be completed by the target user after enjoying the interest, wherein the determining whether the target user performs the performing activities specified in the electronic contract based on the performing data includes: determining whether the target user completes the performance behavior specified in the electronic contract within the time limit based on the performance data and the time at which the performance data was generated.
For example, whether the target user forwards a message entitled "a quick hotel" with a time limit of 5 o' clock in a room "to a circle of friends on a specified social platform within a specified time limit.
Step 218, continuing to provide the target user with the rights specified in the electronic contract.
Step 220, the rights provided to the target user are reclaimed.
The method for releasing the credit service product provided by the embodiment of the specification can judge whether the target user executes the specified performance behavior, and can help the merchant to recover the corresponding rights and interests so as not to cause loss to the merchant under the condition that the target user does not execute the specified performance behavior.
Step 222, feeding back the performance data to a credit supervision platform of the target user, where the performance data is used for the credit supervision platform to update a credit evaluation index value of the target user.
Due to the method for releasing the credit service product provided by the embodiment of the specification, the credit supervision platform can continuously update the credit evaluation index value of the target user based on the new performance data, so that the target merchant can more purposefully or more purposefully determine the target credit service product to be released according to the credit evaluation index value of the target user, and further more opportunities are brought to the increase of the customer flow of the target merchant.
In summary, the method for delivering the credit service product provided by the embodiment of the specification is used for delivering the target credit service product provided by the target merchant to the target user in the form of the electronic contract, so that the target user is more likely to match the target user to reach the transaction with the target merchant, and the customer flow of the target merchant is increased.
The above is a description of a method for delivering a credit service product applied to a terminal device or a server of a target merchant provided in the present specification, and the following is a description of a method for delivering a credit service product applied to a terminal device of a target user.
As shown in fig. 5, another method for delivering a credit service product provided in an embodiment of this specification may be applied to a terminal device where a target user is located, where the method may include:
502, receiving an electronic contract released by a target merchant; the electronic contract is used for releasing a target credit service product to a target user, the electronic contract comprises an interest provided by the target credit service product and a performance behavior which needs to be executed by the target user after enjoying the interest, the electronic contract is generated based on a preset electronic contract template, the target credit service product is determined by the target merchant based on a credit evaluation index value of the target user, and the credit evaluation index value is determined based on performance data formed by the target user by using historical credit service products.
In one example, step 502 may include: and receiving and displaying the electronic contract released by the target merchant through a preset electronic contract platform. The preset electronic contract platform is embedded in a client installed on a terminal device where a target user is located and used for executing the method.
In the method for delivering the credit service product provided by the embodiment of the specification, the target credit service product delivered by the target merchant is received in the form of the electronic contract, and the electronic contract comprises the right provided by the target credit service product and the performing action to be executed by the target user after enjoying the right, so that an entrance for continuously maintaining the credit service product can be provided for the target user, the target user can intuitively feel the performing life cycle of the target user, the target user is more willing to use the target credit service product, and further, the increase of the customer traffic of the target merchant is more likely.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, another method for delivering a credit service product provided in an embodiment of the present specification may further include:
and 504, receiving the trigger operation of the target user on the displayed electronic contract so as to enable the electronic contract to take effect.
6, another method for delivering a credit service product provided in an embodiment of the present specification may further include:
step 506, responding to the operation that the target user obtains the rights and interests specified in the electronic contract, so that the target user enjoys the rights and interests.
Step 508, receiving the performance behavior made by the target user for the electronic contract, and generating performance data.
Step 510, feeding back the fulfillment data to the target merchant, so that the target merchant feeds back the fulfillment data to a credit supervision platform of the target user, where the fulfillment data is used for the credit supervision platform to update the credit evaluation index value of the target user.
The above description provides a method for delivering a credit service product applied to a terminal device of a target user, and the electronic device provided in the present specification is described below.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present specification. Referring to fig. 7, at a hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, and optionally further includes an internal bus, a network interface, and a memory. The Memory may include a Memory, such as a Random-Access Memory (RAM), and may further include a non-volatile Memory, such as at least 1 disk Memory. Of course, the electronic device may also include hardware required for other services.
The processor, the network interface, and the memory may be connected to each other via an internal bus, which may be an ISA (Industry Standard Architecture) bus, a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one double-headed arrow is shown in FIG. 7, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
And the memory is used for storing programs. In particular, the program may include program code comprising computer operating instructions. The memory may include both memory and non-volatile storage and provides instructions and data to the processor.

As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present specification provides an apparatus 800 for delivering a credit service product, which can be applied to a terminal device or a server of a merchant 103 shown in fig. 1, and in a software implementation, the apparatus 800 for delivering a credit service product can include: credit acquisition module 801, product determination module 802, contract generation module 803, and contract placement module 804.
A credit acquisition module 801, configured to acquire a credit evaluation index value of a target user, where the credit evaluation index value is determined based on fulfillment data formed by using a historical credit service product by the target user.
As an example, the credit acquisition module 801 may be configured to: and obtaining the credit evaluation index value of the target user from a credit supervision platform of the target user under the condition of authorization of the target user. Since the credit evaluation index value of the user belongs to the privacy of the user to a certain extent, the merchant needs to obtain the authorization of the user to obtain the credit evaluation index value of the user, so as to ensure the privacy security of the user.
A product determination module 802, configured to determine, based on the credit evaluation index value, a target credit service product pre-delivered by the target merchant.
In a specific implementation, the product determination module 802 may determine the target credit service product according to a principle that "when the credit evaluation index value is high, a better credit service product is delivered to the target user, and when the credit evaluation index value is low, a worse credit service product is delivered to the target user".
For example, in one example, the product determination module 802 may be configured to: when the credit evaluation index value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining that a first credit service product is a target credit service product pre-released by the target merchant; the right provided by the first credit service product is better than the right provided by the appointed historical credit service product, and/or the performing behavior corresponding to the first credit service product is less than the performing behavior corresponding to the appointed historical credit service product.
As yet another example, in another example, the product determination module 802 can be configured to: when the credit evaluation index value is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining a second credit service product as a target credit service product pre-released by the target merchant; wherein, the right provided by the second credit service product is inferior to the right provided by the appointed historical credit service product, and/or the performing behavior corresponding to the first credit service product is more than the performing behavior corresponding to the appointed historical credit service product.
In both of the above examples, the designated historical credit service product may be the historical credit service product that was last used by the target user, or may be a plurality of historical credit service products that were used by the target user over a period of time in the past, and so on.
A contract generating module 803, configured to generate an electronic contract for delivering the target credit service product based on a preset electronic contract template, where the electronic contract includes the interest provided by the target credit service product and a performing action that needs to be performed by the target user after enjoying the interest.
It can be understood that after the contract generating module 803 obtains the preset electronic contract template, the preset electronic contract template is filled with the related rights and interests provided by the target credit service product and the performing behavior that the target user is expected to complete, and the electronic contract can be generated.
And a contract delivery module 804, configured to deliver the electronic contract to the client where the target user is located.
As an example, contract placement module 804 may be configured to: and delivering the electronic contract to the client of the target user through an electronic contract platform provided by the client of the target user.
