Abstract
The invention relates to an anti-scalding liquid heating container, which is used for a wallpaper fumigation stripper or a similar greasy dirt and dirt cleaner and the like by utilizing high-temperature steam generated by heating liquid. The surface of each part of the container is reinforced, when the container is heated, the hands of an operator can not directly touch the high-temperature wall surface of the container, but directly touch the surface ribs, and the scald-proof effect is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of liquid heating containers, and particularly relates to an anti-scalding liquid heating container which is used for a wallpaper fumigation stripper or a similar oil stain and dirt cleaner and the like by utilizing high-temperature steam generated by heating liquid.
Background
The container part of the wallpaper steamer is used for heating liquid, and the wallpaper is softened and easily peeled off after the generated high-temperature steam is sprayed. The container part is usually made of plastic materials, the structure is simple, after the liquid is heated, the temperature of the whole container wall is very high, and hands are easily scalded after being touched.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims at the problem of preventing the whole container from being scalded, and provides a scald-proof liquid heating container which can reinforce the surfaces of all parts of the container, is integrally scald-proof, and when the container is heated, the hands of an operator can not directly touch the high-temperature wall surface of the container, but directly touch the ribs on the surface, thereby playing the role of preventing the scald.
The technical problem of the invention is implemented by the following technical scheme: a scald-proof liquid heating container comprises a container body for storing liquid and a container cover covering the opening end of the container body, wherein a heating mechanism is arranged in the container body; the outer side wall of the container cover is uniformly and densely distributed with anti-scalding parts, and the container cover and the anti-scalding parts on the outer side wall of the container cover are integrally formed. The integral anti-scald scheme of the container is that the surface is reinforced, the temperature of the outer surface of the container is higher when the container is heated, and after the ribs are additionally arranged on the outer surface of the container, the hands of an operator can not directly touch the container, but directly touch the ribs on the surface; at the same time, the lid of the container is treated in the same way.
Preferably, the anti-scalding part is a linear anti-scalding rib or a bent anti-scalding rib. The anti-scalding ribs are generally tightly attached to the wall surface of the container main body; the bent anti-scald ribs can be tightly attached to the wall surface of the container body, and can also be bent and fluctuated relative to the wall surface so as to form pores with the wall surface.
Preferably, the cross section of the anti-scald rib is square, triangular, polygonal, circular or fan-shaped. Preferably, the container cover comprises a cover surface covering the opening end of the container body and a handle fixed on the cover surface, and a hand hole for a palm to pass through is formed between the handle and the cover surface; the area that the outside wall of capping and hand hole cover is provided with double-deck scald preventing structure. When gripping the handle with hand portion, the back of the hand and finger are likely to touch easy main part, and in order to protect hand portion not scalded by high temperature, have double-deck anti-scalding structure in the container main part outside of handle below, it is better to prevent scalding the effect.
Preferably, the double-layer anti-scald structure comprises an anti-scald rib positioned on the inner layer and a heat insulation layer positioned on the outer layer, wherein the heat insulation layer is a horizontal plate or a strip plate; the insulating layer with prevent scalding and have the space between the rib, hinder the heat conduction, improve and prevent scalding the effect.
Preferably, the cover surface, the handle, the double-layer anti-scald structure and the anti-scald ribs on the cover surface are integrally formed. The container cover and the container body can be integrally connected by welding or fastening by screws.
Preferably, the container cover is provided with a pressure relief valve which comprises a valve body arranged on the container cover and a pressure relief valve cover connected to the outer end of the valve body; the inner side of the outer end of the valve body is provided with an internal thread; the pressure relief valve cover comprises a cap with a U-shaped section and a connecting column positioned on the inner side of the cap, and the outer side of the connecting column is provided with an external thread, so that the pressure relief valve cover and the valve body are in threaded connection; a pressure relief channel with a downward opening is formed between the valve body and the inner side wall of the cover cap, and a pressure relief valve cover of the container adopts a downward air relief structure to prevent high-temperature steam from being upwards sprayed to people; moreover, the thread rotation gradually releases the pressure. In addition, after the relief valve is opened, the liquid is filled into the container body from the relief valve.
Preferably, an anti-scald bottom liner is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the container main body; prevent the container from being burnt through at high temperature when the container is toppled.
Preferably, the anti-scalding bottom lining is provided with a circle of base with a concave middle part, the outline of the concave part is matched with the outline of the bottom of the container body, and the bottom of the container body is embedded into the concave part of the base; the concave surface of the anti-scald bottom lining is provided with a plurality of through holes, meanwhile, the bottom surface of the container main body is provided with a plurality of hollow connecting columns, and the through holes of the anti-scald bottom lining are sleeved on the connecting columns and are fastened and connected through fastening pieces.
Preferably, the bottom surface of the container main body is provided with support legs protruding downwards, so that a gap is reserved between the bottom surface of the container main body and the ground.

Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a scald-proof liquid heating container is mainly composed of a container body 1 and a container cover 2; wherein, the container body 1 is a shell with a containing space for storing liquid, and a heating mechanism 9 is arranged at the lower part of the container body 1 for heating the liquid; an upper opening of the container body 1, and a container cover 2 is covered at the upper opening of the container body 1; the container lid 2 is mainly composed of a lid surface 21 and a handle 4. The container body 1 and the container cover 2 can be integrally welded or fastened by screws.
The outer side wall of the container main body 1 and the cover surface 21 are uniformly and densely distributed with strip-shaped anti-scald ribs 3, the container main body 1 and the anti-scald ribs 3 are integrally formed, and the cover surface 21 and the anti-scald ribs 3 are integrally formed; the anti-scalding ribs 3 on the outer side wall surface of the container main body 1 are vertically arranged and evenly arranged in parallel at intervals, the anti-scalding ribs 3 are linear, and the cross section is rectangular or square; the anti-scalding ribs 3 on the upper surface of the cover surface 21 are transversely arranged and evenly spaced and arranged in parallel, the anti-scalding ribs 3 are arranged according to the outline shape of the cover surface 21, bent sections are arranged at the end portions or the middle portions, and the cross sections are rectangular or square.
The handle 4 on the cover surface 21 is arched and convex, a hand hole 41 for a palm to pass through is formed between the handle 4 and the cover surface 21, and in order to further prevent the hand from being scalded, a double-layer anti-scald structure is arranged on the upper surface of the cover surface 21 and in an area covered by the hand hole 41; specifically, the first layer of the double-layer anti-scald structure is an anti-scald rib 3 which is positioned on the inner layer and is protruded relative to the upper surface of the cover surface 21, the second layer is a heat insulation layer 5 which is positioned on the outer layer and is positioned above the anti-scald rib 3, the heat insulation layer 5 adopts a horizontal plate or a strip plate, and a certain gap is formed between the outer layer of the heat insulation layer 5 and the inner layer of the anti-scald rib 3 to block heat conduction; and both ends of the heat insulation layer 5 can be fixed on the handle 4, or fixed on the combination part of the handle 4 and the cover surface 21, and the outer side wall of the combination part is also provided with the anti-scald ribs 3. The cover surface 21, the anti-scald ribs 3 on the cover surface, the handle 4 and the double-layer anti-scald structure are all integrally formed.
The container cover 2 is also provided with a pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve mainly comprises a valve body 6 and a pressure relief valve cover 7, wherein the valve body 6 is vertical, the lower end of the valve body is fixed on the container cover 2, and the pressure relief valve cover 7 is detachably connected to the upper end of the valve body 6; specifically, the inner side of the outer end of the valve body 6 is provided with an internal thread 61, the main body of the pressure relief valve cover 7 is a cap 71 with a U-shaped cross section, the center of the inner side of the cap is provided with a coupling post 72, the outer side of the coupling post 72 is provided with an external thread, so that the pressure relief valve cover 7 and the valve body 6 are in threaded connection, and a pressure relief channel with a downward opening is formed between the valve body 6 and the inner side wall of the cap 71 and can exhaust gas downwards gradually.
A layer of anti-scald bottom liner 8 is arranged at the outer side of the bottom of the container body 1, the anti-scald bottom liner 8 is provided with a circle of base with a concave middle part, the outline of the concave part is matched with the outline of the bottom of the container body 1, and the bottom of the container body 1 is embedded into the concave part of the base; the downward concave surface of the anti-scald bottom lining 8 is provided with a plurality of through holes, meanwhile, the bottom surface of the container body 1 is provided with a plurality of hollow connecting columns, the through holes of the anti-scald bottom lining 8 are sleeved on the connecting columns and then riveted, and the anti-scald bottom lining 8 is tightly connected to the bottom of the container body 1.
Example 2:
compared with embodiment 1, the present embodiment is different in that there is no burn-proof bottom liner outside the bottom of the container body 1, and support legs protruding downward are provided at four corners of the bottom of the container body 1, so that a gap exists between the bottom of the container body 1 and the ground.
According to the actual design and appearance requirements, the anti-scald ribs 3 on the container body 1 and the container cover 2 can be arranged into various other shapes, such as a triangle, a polygon, a circle or a fan shape in cross section; the anti-scald ribs 3 can be in a straight line shape or a bending strip shape, can be tightly attached to the surface, and can also be bent and fluctuated relative to the surface.

A scald-proof liquid heating container as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the container cover comprises a cover surface (21) for covering the open end of the container body, a handle (4) fixed to the cover surface, and a hand hole (41) for palm to pass through is formed between the handle and the cover surface; the area that the outside wall of capping and hand hole cover is provided with double-deck scald preventing structure.
5. An anti-scalding liquid heating vessel according to claim 4, wherein the double layer anti-scalding structure comprises anti-scalding ribs at the inner layer, a thermal insulating layer (5) at the outer layer; a gap is arranged between the heat insulation layer and the anti-scald ribs.
6. An anti-scalding liquid heating vessel according to claim 5, wherein said cover, handle, double anti-scalding structure, anti-scalding ribs on the cover are integrally formed.

A scald-proof liquid heating container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the container cover is provided with a pressure relief valve, and comprises a valve body (6) arranged on the container cover and a pressure relief valve cover (7) connected to the outer end of the valve body; the inner side of the outer end of the valve body is provided with an internal thread (61); the pressure relief valve cover comprises a cap (71) with a U-shaped section and a connecting column (72) positioned on the inner side of the cap, and the outer side of the connecting column is provided with an external thread, so that the pressure relief valve cover and the valve body are in threaded connection; and a pressure relief channel with a downward opening is formed between the valve body and the inner side wall of the cover cap.
8. An anti-scalding liquid heating container according to claim 4, wherein an anti-scalding bottom liner (8) is provided outside the bottom of the container body.

A scald-proof liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 8, wherein the bottom gusset is provided as a ring of a centrally recessed base having a profile matching the profile of the bottom of the vessel body, the bottom of the vessel body being recessed into the recessed portion of the base; the concave surface of the anti-scald bottom lining is provided with a plurality of through holes, meanwhile, the bottom surface of the container main body is provided with a plurality of hollow connecting columns, and the through holes of the anti-scald bottom lining are sleeved on the connecting columns and are fastened and connected through fastening pieces.
