一种复合装饰纸的制备方法,该方法包含:制备改性浸渍液:按质量份数称取甲醛20‑30份、三聚氰胺18‑25份、二甘醇3‑5份、氢氧化钠1‑2份、水4‑7份加入反应釜中,不断搅拌并缓慢加热至60‑80℃后,停止加热并保温30min,加入大豆胶20‑40份,冷却至40‑45℃时,向反应釜中加入除醛剂2‑5份,并冷却至室温备用;按质量份数将超细Al2O3粉体5‑8份、超细石英石粉体1‑3份和颜料粉体0.1‑0.3份置于球磨机中充分混合均匀,得到复合增强粉体;浸渍;喷涂;干燥。该制备方法中原料配方合理,所制备得到的装饰纸耐磨性好,延长其使用寿命,降低甲醛释放量;该方法工艺简单,降低生产成本。

一种复合装饰纸的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,特别涉及一种复合装饰纸的制备方法。
背景技术
因为装饰纸在使用时为防止积累灰尘会被经常擦洗,而在擦拭的过程中很容易磨损,表现为耐磨性能不够;有些装饰纸甲醛的释放量较大,不环保;装饰纸表面不够光亮,清晰度不够高,生产工艺相对复杂都是目前存在的问题,这些问题使得装饰纸很难满足客户的要求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种复合装饰纸的制备方法,该制备方法中原料配方合理,所制备得到的装饰纸耐磨性好,延长其使用寿命,降低甲醛释放量;该方法工艺简单,降低生产成本。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种复合装饰纸的制备方法,该方法包含以下步骤:
(1)制备改性浸渍液:按质量份数称取甲醛20-30份、三聚氰胺18-25份、二甘醇3-5份、氢氧化钠1-2份、水4-7份加入反应釜中,不断搅拌并缓慢加热至60-80℃后,停止加热并保温30min,加入大豆胶20-40份,冷却至40-45℃时,向反应釜中加入除醛剂2-5份,并冷却至室温备用;
(2)复合增强粉体制备:按质量份数将超细Al2O3粉体5-8份、超细石英石粉体1-3份和颜料粉体0.1-0.3份置于球磨机中充分混合均匀,得到复合增强粉体;
(3)浸渍:将原纸在改性浸渍液中浸渍涂胶;
(4)喷涂:将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的表面;
(5)干燥:在鼓风干燥箱中设置温度在105~120℃下,干燥2~5h即得成品。
优选的,所述超细石英粉的细度为4000~10000目。
优选的,所述Al2O3细度为2000~5000目。
优选的,所述颜料粉体细度为2000~5000目。
优选的,所述浸渍涂胶总量为120-400%。
优选的,所述复合增强粉体的添加量为20~30g/m2
与现有技术相比,本发明中原料配方合理,所制备得到的装饰纸耐磨性好,延长了其使用寿命,降低了甲醛释放量;该方法工艺简单,降低生产成本。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种复合装饰纸的制备方法,该方法包含以下步骤:
(1)制备改性浸渍液:按质量份数称取甲醛20份、三聚氰胺18份、二甘醇3份、氢氧化钠1份、水4份加入反应釜中,不断搅拌并缓慢加热至60℃后,停止加热并保温30min,加入大豆胶20份,冷却至40℃时,向反应釜中加入除醛剂2份,并冷却至室温备用;
(2)复合增强粉体制备:按质量份数将超细Al2O3粉体5份、超细石英石粉体1份和颜料粉体0.1份置于球磨机中充分混合均匀,得到复合增强粉体;所述超细石英粉的细度为4000目;所述Al2O3细度为2000目;所述颜料粉体细度为2000目;
(3)浸渍:将原纸在改性浸渍液中浸渍涂胶;所述浸渍涂胶总量为120%;
(4)喷涂:将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的表面;所述复合增强粉体的添加量为20g/m2
(5)干燥:在鼓风干燥箱中设置温度在105℃下,干燥5h即得成品。
实施例2
一种复合装饰纸的制备方法,该方法包含以下步骤:
(1)制备改性浸渍液:按质量份数称取甲醛23份、三聚氰胺20份、二甘醇4份、氢氧化钠1.3份、水5.5份加入反应釜中,不断搅拌并缓慢加热至68℃后,停止加热并保温30min,加入大豆胶25份,冷却至42℃时,向反应釜中加入除醛剂3份,并冷却至室温备用;
(2)复合增强粉体制备:按质量份数将超细Al2O3粉体6份、超细石英石粉体2份和颜料粉体0.2份置于球磨机中充分混合均匀,得到复合增强粉体;所述超细石英粉的细度为6000目;所述Al2O3细度为3000目;所述颜料粉体细度为3000目;
(3)浸渍:将原纸在改性浸渍液中浸渍涂胶;所述浸渍涂胶总量为190%;
(4)喷涂:将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的表面;所述复合增强粉体的添加量为25g/m2
(5)干燥:在鼓风干燥箱中设置温度在110℃下,干燥2.5h即得成品。
实施例3
一种复合装饰纸的制备方法,该方法包含以下步骤:
(1)制备改性浸渍液:按质量份数称取甲醛26份、三聚氰胺22份、二甘醇4份、氢氧化钠1.6份、水6.5份加入反应釜中,不断搅拌并缓慢加热至75℃后,停止加热并保温30min,加入大豆胶30份,冷却至43℃时,向反应釜中加入除醛剂4份,并冷却至室温备用;
(2)复合增强粉体制备:按质量份数将超细Al2O3粉体7份、超细石英石粉体2份和颜料粉体0.2份置于球磨机中充分混合均匀,得到复合增强粉体;所述超细石英粉的细度为80000目;所述Al2O3细度为4000目;所述颜料粉体细度为4000目;
(3)浸渍:将原纸在改性浸渍液中浸渍涂胶;所述浸渍涂胶总量为260%;
(4)喷涂:将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的表面;所述复合增强粉体的添加量为25g/m2
(5)干燥:在鼓风干燥箱中设置温度在115℃下,干燥3h即得成品。
实施例4
一种复合装饰纸的制备方法,该方法包含以下步骤:
(1)制备改性浸渍液:按质量份数称取甲醛30份、三聚氰胺25份、二甘醇5份、氢氧化钠2份、水7份加入反应釜中,不断搅拌并缓慢加热至80℃后,停止加热并保温30min,加入大豆胶40份,冷却至45℃时,向反应釜中加入除醛剂5份,并冷却至室温备用;
(2)复合增强粉体制备:按质量份数将超细Al2O3粉体8份、超细石英石粉体3份和颜料粉体0.3份置于球磨机中充分混合均匀,得到复合增强粉体;所述超细石英粉的细度为10000目;所述Al2O3细度为5000目;所述颜料粉体细度为5000目;
(3)浸渍:将原纸在改性浸渍液中浸渍涂胶;所述浸渍涂胶总量为400%;
(4)喷涂:将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的表面;所述复合增强粉体的添加量为30g/m2
(5)干燥:在鼓风干燥箱中设置温度在120℃下,干燥2h即得成品。
上述实施例中原料配方合理,所制备得到的装饰纸耐磨性好,延长了其使用寿命,降低了甲醛释放量;该方法工艺简单,降低生产成本。

1.一种复合装饰纸的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包含以下步骤:
(1)制备改性浸渍液:按质量份数称取甲醛20-30份、三聚氰胺18-25份、二甘醇3-5份、氢氧化钠1-2份、水4-7份加入反应釜中,不断搅拌并缓慢加热至60-80℃后,停止加热并保温30min,加入大豆胶20-40份,冷却至40-45℃时,向反应釜中加入除醛剂2-5份,并冷却至室温备用;
(2)复合增强粉体制备:按质量份数将超细Al2O3粉体5-8份、超细石英石粉体1-3份和颜料粉体0.1-0.3份置于球磨机中充分混合均匀,得到复合增强粉体;
(3)浸渍:将原纸在改性浸渍液中浸渍涂胶;
(4)喷涂:将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的表面;
(5)干燥:在鼓风干燥箱中设置温度在105℃~120℃下,干燥2~5h即得成品。

5.根据权利要求1所述一种复合装饰纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸渍涂胶总量为120-400%。
