本发明公开了一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置，包括倒L型板，所述倒L型板一侧水平转动设有第一涂抹辊和第二涂抹辊，所述第一涂抹辊设置在第二涂抹辊下侧，所述第一涂抹辊和第二涂抹辊一侧对称固定有两个导向辊，所述第一涂抹辊和第二涂抹辊上侧均对称固定设有出浆漏斗，所述出浆漏斗的出口呈条形，两个所述出浆漏斗相互背离的端面上均通过调节结构固定连接有刮板，两个所述导向辊下侧均设有与上侧出浆漏斗的回料结构，两块所述刮板远离出浆漏斗的一侧均固定设有干燥结构。本发明可以同时对涂层面料的两面进行浆料涂抹操作，而且涂抹效果均匀，同时对于浆料的使用更加精细节省。

一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置
技术领域
本发明涉及涂层面料生产技术领域，尤其涉及一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置。
背景技术
浆料是一种具有一般胶体性质的有机物质，在水中能溶解或膨胀，成为黏稠而富有可塑性的糨糊，可作为将染料及其他化学药品带上织物的传递剂，待印花固色完毕，最后即被洗除，涂层面料是一种经特殊工艺处理的面料，它能使在面料表面形成一层均匀的覆盖胶料，从而达到防水，防风，透气等功能。
经检索，中国专利授权号CN109338639A公开了一种涂抹装置，包括浆料桶，所述浆料桶的侧面开设有进料口，所述浆料桶的内壁固定连接有第一固定杆，所述第一固定杆的表面活动连接有套筒，所述套筒的表面活动连接有面料，所述面料的表面搭接有连接管，所述连接管的侧面固定连接有空心管，所述连接管的底部固定连接有支撑柱。
现有的涂抹装置存在以下不足之处：通过浸泡涂抹的方式进行涂抹，涂抹的均匀度较低，同时对于浆料的浪费较多。
为此，我们提出一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置，包括倒L型板，所述倒L型板一侧水平转动设有第一涂抹辊和第二涂抹辊，所述第一涂抹辊设置在第二涂抹辊下侧，所述第一涂抹辊和第二涂抹辊一侧对称固定有两个导向辊，所述第一涂抹辊和第二涂抹辊上侧均对称固定设有出浆漏斗，所述出浆漏斗的出口呈条形，两个所述出浆漏斗相互背离的端面上均通过调节结构固定连接有刮板，两个所述导向辊下侧均设有与上侧出浆漏斗的回料结构，两块所述刮板远离出浆漏斗的一侧均固定设有干燥结构。
优选地，所述出浆漏斗的出口位置固定设有多个刷毛。
优选地，所述调节机构包括设置在刮板上侧的固定块，所述固定块与出浆漏斗固定连接，所述固定块通过两根对称设置的伸缩杆与刮板固定连接，两根所述伸缩杆之间竖直设有螺纹杆，所述螺纹杆下端与刮板转动连接，且螺纹杆上端贯穿固定块并同轴固定连接有转块，所述螺纹杆与固定块螺纹连接。
优选地，所述回料结构包括设置在刮板下侧的接料槽，所述接料槽与倒L型板固定连接，所述接料槽通过回料管与出浆漏斗固定连接并连通，所述回料管上固定连接有微型泵。
优选地，所述干燥机构包括与倒L型板固定连接的横板，所述横板下端面均匀固定安装有多个烤灯。
优选地，所述接料槽截面呈倒梯形。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：
1、通过设置出浆漏斗，配合刷毛的使用，对涂层面料进行浆料涂抹，而且设置两个出浆漏斗，同时配合两个导向辊的变向作用，可以对涂层面料的两面进行涂抹，涂抹效率高，且涂抹均匀。
2、设置了刮板，可以保证涂抹层平整性，通过调整刮板的位置来控制涂抹层的厚度，同时刮板刮下的浆料可以掉入接料槽中，通过接料槽上的微型泵工作，将浆料导回出浆漏斗内，从而减少浆料的损耗，同时烤灯的干燥效果较高，不影响涂抹层平整性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3，一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置，包括倒L型板1，倒L型板1一侧水平转动设有第一涂抹辊2和第二涂抹辊3，第一涂抹辊2设置在第二涂抹辊3下侧，分别用于涂层面料两面的涂抹，第一涂抹辊2和第二涂抹辊3一侧对称固定有两个导向辊4，从而改变涂层面料的传输方向，第一涂抹辊2和第二涂抹辊3上侧均对称固定设有出浆漏斗5，出浆漏斗5的出口呈条形，出浆漏斗5的出口位置固定设有多个刷毛7，导出浆料并涂抹在涂层面料上，
其中，两个出浆漏斗5相互背离的端面上均通过调节结构固定连接有刮板6，调节机构包括设置在刮板6上侧的固定块8，固定块8与出浆漏斗5固定连接，固定块8通过两根对称设置的伸缩杆9与刮板6固定连接，两根伸缩杆9之间竖直设有螺纹杆10，螺纹杆10下端与刮板6转动连接，且螺纹杆10上端贯穿固定块8并同轴固定连接有转块11，螺纹杆10与固定块8螺纹连接，通过转动转块11可以改变刮板6位置，控制涂抹层厚度，刮板6可以保证涂抹层的平整性。
其中，两个导向辊4下侧均设有与上侧出浆漏斗5的回料结构，回料结构包括设置在刮板6下侧的接料槽12，接料槽12截面呈倒梯形，接料槽12与倒L型板1固定连接，接料槽12通过回料管13与出浆漏斗5固定连接并连通，回料管13上固定连接有微型泵14，刮板6刮下的浆料落入接料槽12中，随着微型泵14的工作，通过回料管13导回出浆漏斗5内，两块刮板6远离出浆漏斗5的一侧均固定设有干燥结构，干燥机构包括与倒L型板1固定连接的横板15，横板15下端面均匀固定安装有多个烤灯16，烤灯16的干燥效果高，同时不影响涂抹层质量。
本发明中，在使用该装置时，涂层面料依次经过第一涂抹辊2、两个导向辊4和第二涂抹辊3，在经过的过程中，第一涂抹辊2和第二涂抹辊3上侧的出浆漏斗5向下漏出浆料，同时通过多个刷毛7较为均匀的涂抹在涂层面料上，分别对涂层面料两面进行涂抹，然后经过刮板6时可以保证涂抹的平整性，刮板6刮下的浆料掉入接料槽12中，然后在微型泵14的作用下，通过回料管13导回出浆漏斗5内，通过转动转块11可以带动螺纹杆10转动，从而改变刮板6位置，改变涂抹厚度，经过刮板6后的涂抹层会再经过烤灯16，从而起到干燥作用。

1.一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置，包括倒L型板(1)，其特征在于,所述倒L型板(1)一侧水平转动设有第一涂抹辊(2)和第二涂抹辊(3)，所述第一涂抹辊(2)设置在第二涂抹辊(3)下侧，所述第一涂抹辊(2)和第二涂抹辊(3)一侧对称固定有两个导向辊(4)，所述第一涂抹辊(2)和第二涂抹辊(3)上侧均对称固定设有出浆漏斗(5)，所述出浆漏斗(5)的出口呈条形，两个所述出浆漏斗(5)相互背离的端面上均通过调节结构固定连接有刮板(6)，两个所述导向辊(4)下侧均设有与上侧出浆漏斗(5)的回料结构，两块所述刮板(6)远离出浆漏斗(5)的一侧均固定设有干燥结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置，其特征在于，所述出浆漏斗(5)的出口位置固定设有多个刷毛(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置，其特征在于，所述调节机构包括设置在刮板(6)上侧的固定块(8)，所述固定块(8)与出浆漏斗(5)固定连接，所述固定块(8)通过两根对称设置的伸缩杆(9)与刮板(6)固定连接，两根所述伸缩杆(9)之间竖直设有螺纹杆(10)，所述螺纹杆(10)下端与刮板(6)转动连接，且螺纹杆(10)上端贯穿固定块(8)并同轴固定连接有转块(11)，所述螺纹杆(10)与固定块(8)螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置，其特征在于，所述回料结构包括设置在刮板(6)下侧的接料槽(12)，所述接料槽(12)与倒L型板(1)固定连接，所述接料槽(12)通过回料管(13)与出浆漏斗(5)固定连接并连通，所述回料管(13)上固定连接有微型泵(14)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂层面料生产用浆料涂抹装置，其特征在于，所述干燥机构包括与倒L型板(1)固定连接的横板(15)，所述横板(15)下端面均匀固定安装有多个烤灯(16)。
