In this embodiment, the packing carton structure is a paper shaping, does not need any to glue and orders the structure, and the product is because special packaging structure is unsettled in the packing carton, avoids contacting sharp object, effectively guarantees the security of product. During the mechanized production of the package, attention should be paid to the orientation of the cardboard. Meanwhile, as the box body of the packing box belongs to a disc type folding paper box, the grain direction of the packing box is perpendicular to the length direction, so that the situation that the side surface bulges in the later forming process is avoided.
In particular, the following points should be noted during the forming process of the package: avoid bare-handed buckling as far as possible, should use the straight board instrument to press foldingly, guarantee that the shaping is effectual. The insert structure (the structure of the insert part, specifically, the structure of the insert plate) requires attention to the occurrence of wear of the cardboard. The folding step is sized so that the small portion folds are more easily formed. The side of the paperboard after proofing and cutting is sharp, and gloves should be worn in the folding process.
The packaging box in the embodiment has the functions of buffering and sales exhibition, and is formed by one piece of paper. The weight of the product is about 40g, the stress distribution and the deformation amount of the unit area of the paper box after the product is loaded are in a reasonable range, the product can be used safely, and the application prospect is wide. From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects: the safety of the product is guaranteed through the innovative design of the buffer structure. Claims (14)

a carrying plate (30) disposed on at least a portion of the side plate assembly (20), the carrying plate (30) for carrying the product;
the cover plate (40) is movably arranged on at least part of the side plate assembly (20), and the bearing plate (30) is connected with the cover plate (40) so that the cover plate (40) drives the bearing plate (30) to move;
the cover plate (40) is provided with a covering position and an opening position, and when the cover plate (40) is located at the covering position, the cover plate (40) is covered on the bearing plate (30) to protect the product; when the cover plate (40) moves from the covering position to the opening position, the cover plate (40) drives the bearing plate (30) to move and lift the product on the bearing plate (30) out of the accommodating cavity.

A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first inserting portion (50) is provided on the carrying plate (30), a first inserting hole (41) adapted to the first inserting portion (50) is provided on the cover plate (40), and the first inserting portion (50) is inserted into the first inserting hole (41) to connect the carrying plate (30) and the cover plate (40).

A package according to claim 2, wherein the side panel assembly (20) comprises a first side panel (21) and a second side panel (22) which are oppositely arranged, the carrying panel (30) is arranged on the second side panel (22), and the first side panel (21) is provided with a second insertion opening (211) which is matched with the first insertion part (50), so that the first insertion part (50) is inserted into the second insertion opening (211) after passing through the first insertion opening (41).

A package as claimed in claim 3 further comprising a support plate (60), the support plate (60) being provided at an end of the carrier plate (30) remote from the second side panel (22), the end of the support plate (60) remote from the carrier plate (30) being adapted to abut a bottom panel (10) to support a product on the carrier plate (30).
5. A package as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a first cushioning structure provided at the side of the cover panel (40) close to the bottom panel (10) for cushioning the products on the carrier panel (30) by means of the first cushioning structure.

A package as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the first cushioning structure comprises a first cushioning plate (70), the first cushioning plate (70) being arranged spaced from the cover plate (40) to form a cushioning gap for cushioning the products on the carrier plate (30) by the cushioning gap between the cover plate (40) and the first cushioning plate (70).

The packing box according to claim 6, wherein a second inserting portion (80) is provided on the first buffer plate (70), a third inserting hole (31) adapted to the second inserting portion (80) is provided on the bearing plate (30), and the second inserting portion (80) is inserted into the third inserting hole (31) to connect the bearing plate (30) and the cover plate (40).
8. A package as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the carrier plate (30) is provided with a positioning structure which is adapted to at least part of the outer shape of the product for positioning the product by means of the positioning structure.
9. A package as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that said positioning structure is a positioning hole (32), at least part of said product being inserted in said positioning hole (32) to position said product through said positioning hole (32).
10. A package as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a second cushioning structure, wherein the side panel assembly (20) further comprises a third side panel (23) and a fourth side panel (24), wherein the third side panel (23) and the fourth side panel (24) are oppositely disposed, the first side panel (21), the fourth side panel (24), the second side panel (22) and the third side panel (23) are sequentially connected to form the side panel assembly (20), and the second cushioning structure is disposed on the third side panel (23) and/or the fourth side panel (24) to cushion the product on the carrying panel (30) by the second cushioning structure.
11. A package as claimed in claim 10, characterized in that the second cushioning structure comprises a second cushioning plate (90), which second cushioning plate (90) is arranged spaced from the third side plate (23) and/or the fourth side plate (24) for cushioning the products on the carrier plate (30) by a gap between the second cushioning plate (90) and the third side plate (23) and/or the fourth side plate (24).

A package as claimed in claim 10, characterized in that it further comprises a third plug-in part (100) and a fourth socket (110) adapted to the third plug-in part (100), the third plug-in part (100) being provided on the third side panel (23) and/or the fourth side panel (24), the fourth socket (110) being provided on the first side panel (21) and/or the second side panel (22), the third plug-in part (100) being plugged into the fourth socket (110).

A package as claimed in claim 3, wherein a fourth plug-in part (120) is further provided on the cover plate (40), a fifth socket (11) adapted to the fourth plug-in part (120) is further provided on the bottom plate (10), and the fourth plug-in part (120) is inserted into the fifth socket (11) to connect the cover plate (40) and the bottom plate (10).
14. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein a tear portion (130) is provided on the side panel assembly (20), at least part of the tear portion (130) being tearable to form a tear opening by tearing the tear portion (130) along a predetermined tear path.
