In a second embodiment, please refer to fig. 1-2, this embodiment is a high-strength laminated glass including PVB, the laminated glass includes at least two glass substrate layers 1 and a polyester film 2, each glass substrate layer 1 is disposed on an outer surface of the polyester film 2, a filling layer 3 is disposed between the two polyester film layers 2, a cured PVB glue solution is disposed in the filling layer 3, 4% of a plasticizer is mixed in the PVB glue solution, the plasticizer in the PVB glue solution of the glass substrate layer 1 is 3G8 plasticizer, resin powder in the polyester film 2 is selected from styrene-acrylic resin, the glass substrate layer 1 is toughened glass, and a combined thickness of the two polyester film layers 2 and the filling layer 3 is set to be 0.30 mm-1.2 mm.
A method for preparing a high strength laminated glass comprising PVB as described above;
step one, sheet combination operation, namely putting a glass sheet base layer 1 into a sheet combination chamber, flattening the glass sheet base layer 1 on a workbench, coating butyl rubber on the inner side of the glass sheet base layer 1, adhering polyester film layers 2 to the upper side and the lower side of the glass sheet base layer 1, forming a filling layer 3 between the two glass sheet base layers 1, and arranging a solidified PVB glue solution in the filling layer 3;
step two, prepressing and exhausting, namely preheating the laminated glass subjected to glue pouring in the step two, then performing smooth prepressing and exhausting by using two rubber rollers, and sealing a glue pouring opening after finishing;
and step three, high-pressure forming, namely putting the laminated glass subjected to prepressing and exhausting into a high-pressure steam kettle, heating to 60-80 ℃, simultaneously heating and pressurizing, continuing heating to 100-1.2 Mpa at 150 ℃, starting heat preservation and pressure maintaining, carrying out high-temperature high-pressure forming, and then reducing to normal temperature and normal pressure to obtain the PVB laminated glass.
The two comparative examples of the first embodiment mainly differ in that the PVB glue solution in the filling layer 3 of the first embodiment is directly replaced by the PVB glue solution after the hot press molding, the PVB glue solution is directly replaced by the high-pressure molding without the glue filling operation, and then the medium of the glass sheet base layer 1 is different, and the PVB glue solution after the hot press molding without the glue filling operation of the PVB glue film has high stability and high adhesion, so the first embodiment is preferred.
The invention has reasonable design, avoids the multi-layer compounding of the PVB film and a glass substrate by filling the PVB glue solution into the two polyester film layers 2 and carrying out high-pressure forming, has high laminating degree of the PVB glue solution and the polyester film layers 2, basically consistent contraction degree of the PVB glue solution and the polyester film layers 2, has high stability, is convenient for long-time use, can keep the transmissivity and reflectivity of light at different temperatures, has good heat insulation and noise reduction effects, can be widely applied to energy conservation and noise reduction of buildings and heat and sound insulation of vehicle windows, is convenient for popularization and use, and has remarkable economic and social benefits.

Claims (7)

1. A high strength laminated glass comprising PVB, comprising at least two glass sheet substrates (1) and a mylar film (2), characterized in that: each glass sheet base layer (1) is arranged on the outer surface of the polyester film (2), a filling layer (3) is arranged between the polyester film layers (2), and PVB glue solution is filled in the filling layer (3).
2. The high strength laminated glass comprising PVB of claim 1 wherein: and 1-5% of plasticizer is mixed in the PVB glue solution.
3. A high strength laminated glass comprising PVB according to claim 2 wherein: the plasticizer in the PVB glue solution of the glass sheet base layer (1) is one of 4G7, 3G7 and 3G 8.
4. The high strength laminated glass comprising PVB of claim 1 wherein: the resin powder in the polyester film (2) is one of PVB, EVA, PET or styrene-acrylic resin.
5. The high strength laminated glass comprising PVB of claim 1 wherein: the glass sheet base layer (1) is one of ordinary glass, tempered glass or semi-tempered glass.
6. The high strength laminated glass comprising PVB and the method of claim 1, wherein the at least one of: the thickness of the two polyester film layers (2) and the filling layer (3) after combination is set to be 0.30-1.2 mm.
7. A method of making a high strength laminated glass comprising PVB, comprising the steps of: the method is characterized in that:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, sheet combination operation is carried out, a glass sheet base layer (1) is placed in a sheet combination chamber, the glass sheet base layer (1) is laid on a workbench, butyl rubber is coated on the inner side of the glass sheet base layer (1), polyester film layers (2) are attached to the upper side and the lower side of the glass sheet base layer (1), a filling layer (3) is formed between the two glass sheet base layers (1), and a glue filling port is reserved on one side of the two glass sheet base layers (1);
secondly, performing glue filling operation, namely pressing the two glass sheet base layers (1) by using a press machine, slowly filling degassed PVB glue solution into the filling layer (2) between the two polyester film layers (2) by using a glue filling machine, and then standing;
step three, prepressing and exhausting, namely preheating the laminated glass subjected to glue pouring in the step two, then flatly prepressing and exhausting by using two rubber rollers, and sealing a glue pouring opening after finishing;
and step four, high-pressure forming, namely putting the laminated glass which is pre-pressed and exhausted into a high-pressure steam kettle, heating to 60-80 ℃, simultaneously heating and pressurizing, continuing heating to 100-1.2 Mpa at 150 ℃, starting heat preservation and pressure maintaining, carrying out high-temperature high-pressure forming, and then reducing to normal temperature and normal pressure to obtain the PVB laminated glass.
