本发明涉及一种吸嘴袋的制备方法,包括袋体和吸嘴,所述袋体包括印刷层、复合层和热封层,还包括用于将吸嘴焊接在袋体上的转盘式吸嘴焊接机,所述方法依次包括以下步骤:袋体复合、袋体检测、转盘式吸嘴焊接机焊接成型;本发明的优点:通过转盘式吸嘴焊接机将吸嘴焊接在袋体上,由于转盘式吸嘴焊接机具有全自动的放袋和送吸嘴功能,从而使吸嘴能准确的定位在袋体内,从而避免了吸嘴或袋口歪斜的情况,提高了吸嘴袋的成品率,另外,转盘式吸嘴焊接机为全自动模式,优化了现有人工送袋和送吸嘴的工艺,从而减少了操作人员与设备的接触,不仅提高了操作时的安全性能,而且提高了整体的生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸嘴袋的制备方法。
背景技术
吸嘴袋的结构主要分为两部分:吸嘴和自立袋。自立袋部分与普通四封边自立袋在构造上是一致的但一般采用复合材料以符合不同食品包装的要求。吸嘴部分可视为一般瓶口加装吸管。两部分紧密结合形成支持吸食的饮料包装,而且由于是软包装,不存在吸食困难的情况,封口后内容物不易晃动,是一种非常理想的新式饮料包装。
吸嘴袋相对于常见包装形式的最大优势在于便携性,吸嘴袋可方便的放入背包甚至口袋内,而且可随着内容物的减少缩减体积,更方便携带。目前市场上的软饮料包装,以PET瓶,复合铝纸包,易拉罐为主要形式,在同质化竞争日益明显的今天,包装的改进无疑是差异化竞争的有力手段之一。吸嘴袋兼具了PET瓶的重复封装和复合铝纸包的时尚,同时在印刷表现上也有着传统饮料包装所无法比拟的优势,由于采用自立袋的基本形制因此吸嘴袋的展示面积明显大于PET瓶,且优于不能站立的利乐枕一类的包装,当然由于吸嘴袋属于软包装范畴因此目前并不适用于碳酸饮料的包装,但在液体食品与日化品,甚至固体产品等方面有着得天独厚的优势,而现有吸嘴均通过操作人员手工自动进行焊接,由于人工焊接水平不一,导致整体吸嘴定位不准确、成品率低、压痕不平整、效率低下的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要达到的目的就是提供一种吸嘴袋的制备方法,能实现吸嘴快速的定位在袋体上,提高吸嘴袋焊接的质量。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种吸嘴袋的制备方法,包括袋体和吸嘴,所述袋体包括印刷层、复合层和热封层,所述印刷层为双向拉伸聚酯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,所述复合层为不透明的铝箔或真空镀铝双向拉伸聚酯薄膜或透明的氧化铝或氧化硅双向拉伸聚酯镀层薄膜,所述热封层为聚乙烯或聚丙烯吹塑或流延成型薄膜,还包括用于将吸嘴焊接在袋体上的转盘式吸嘴焊接机,所述方法依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:袋体复合:将印刷层、复合层和热封层复合形成袋体;
步骤二:袋体检测:将步骤一复合形成的袋体进行气密性测试、耐压测试和跌落测试;
步骤三:将步骤二检测合格的袋体放置在转盘式吸嘴焊接机,通过转盘式吸嘴焊接机将吸嘴焊接在袋体上,焊接温度为190~230℃,焊接速度为70~80袋/min。
优选的,所述袋体通过印刷层、复合层和热封层经干法复合或湿法复合或无溶剂复合或挤出复合而成。
优选的,所述吸嘴为高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯注塑成型。
优选的,所述吸嘴伸入袋体内的深度为10~12mm。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸嘴袋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述吸嘴为高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯注塑成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸嘴袋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述吸嘴伸入袋体内的深度为10~12mm。
