The test shows that: under the condition that the distance between the generating electrode 21 and the collecting electrode 22 is not changed, the concentration of plasma generated by the generating electrode 21 when the first voltage is 35kV is more than 2 times of the concentration of plasma generated by the generating electrode 21 when the voltage of a high-voltage power supply is 18kV, the purifying and sterilizing capacity is doubled, and the sterilization are carried out more quickly and efficiently; when the second voltage is 18kV, the one-time filtering efficiency of the purifying component to 0.3 micron dust can reach more than 90%, the purifying capacity is moderate, the energy consumption and ozone pollution are greatly reduced, and the killing rate to bacteria such as staphylococcus albus can reach more than 99% during disinfection.
In this embodiment, the housing 10 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with the inner cavity, the sterilization device further includes a fan 30 disposed near the air outlet, and the electrostatic dust removal component 20 is disposed on one side of the fan 30 away from the air outlet. Under the effect of fan 30, indoor air flows into the inner chamber through the air intake, and electrostatic precipitator part 20 purifies and disinfects the air, and the air after purifying and disinfecting flows out through the air outlet, realizes indoor air purification and disinfection.

In the present embodiment, the air inlet is disposed on the bottom of the housing 10, the air outlet is disposed on the top of the housing 10, and the fan 30 is located above the electrostatic dust removing component 20. In this embodiment, the sterilizing device further includes an ozone removing part 50, and the ozone removing part 50 is disposed between the blower 30 and the electrostatic precipitation part 20. The ozone removing part 50 can remove the sterilized ozone and prevent the ozone from flowing out to cause harm to users. Specifically, the ozone removing part 50 is an ozone reducing net, which can decompose the sterilized ozone into oxygen. Of course, the ozone removing member 50 may have other structures, and is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the sterilization apparatus further includes a dust detection part 60 and a controller, the dust detection part 60 is disposed in the inner cavity and is used for detecting the concentration of dust, and the controller is electrically connected to the dust detection part 60 and the electrostatic dust removal part 20. The dust detecting part 60 transmits the detected dust concentration signal to the controller, and the controller controls whether the electrostatic precipitator 20 operates according to the detected dust concentration. When the dust concentration detected by the dust detecting part 60 is higher thanWhen the dust concentration is equal to the preset dust concentration, the air purification mode is started to realize air purification. When the dust concentration detected by the dust detecting part 60 is lower than the preset dust concentration, the air cleaning mode is turned off. Wherein the preset dust concentration is 35 mu g/m3. The dust detection part 60 is a dust sensor, and is convenient to use and low in cost.
In this embodiment, the dust detection part 60 is disposed near the air inlet, and the dust concentration at the air inlet is consistent with the dust concentration of the indoor air outside the sterilization apparatus. Of course, the dust detecting member 60 may be provided on the outer wall of the housing.
In this embodiment, degassing unit is still including being used for placing the supporter 70 of treating the disinfection article, and harmful microorganism on the article of treating the disinfection and in the air is exterminateed to plasma, not only can treat harmful microorganism on the article of treating the disinfection and disinfect, can also disinfect to harmful microorganism in the air, and the function is more excellent, and the integrated level is higher.
In this embodiment, the sterilizing apparatus further includes a weight detecting part 80, the weight detecting part 80 is disposed on the shelf 70 and is used for detecting the weight of the shelf 70, and the controller is electrically connected to the weight detecting part 80 and the electrostatic precipitation part 20. The weight detecting part 80 transmits the detected weight signal to the controller, and the controller controls whether the electrostatic precipitation part 20 operates according to the detected weight. When the weight detected by the weight detecting part 80 is greater than the first preset weight or the second preset weight is increased and more than the first preset weight, the sterilization mode is started; when the weight detected by the weight detecting part 80 is less than or equal to the preset weight or increases below a second preset weight, the sterilization mode is turned off. The weight detection part 80 is a weight sensor, and is convenient to use and low in cost.
In this embodiment, the items to be disinfected are dishware, in which case the disinfection apparatus is a disinfection cabinet. Of course, the item to be disinfected may also be an item which he needs to disinfect.
In this embodiment, the disinfection cabinet has three modes, which are respectively an air purification mode, a disinfection mode and an automatic mode, as follows:
when the user selects the air purification mode, the distance between the generating electrode 21 and the collector 22 is 30mm, and the generating electrode 21 is connected with 18kV voltage, so that the purification effect is ensured, the energy consumption and ozone pollution are greatly reduced, and the air purification capacity is enhanced.
When the user selects the disinfection mode, the fan runs at the lowest gear, the generating electrode 21 and the collecting electrode 22 are pulled down by the driving mechanism between the generating electrode 21 and the collecting electrode 22 for a short distance from the original 30mm to 10mm, and meanwhile, the generating electrode 21 is connected with the voltage of 35kV to generate plasma and ozone with higher concentration, so that the rapid sterilization and disinfection of the target object are realized.
When the user selects the automatic mode, the automatic mode is respectively an air purification mode and a disinfection mode, the dust sensor detects the dust concentration (namely the particle concentration) in the current operating environment of the disinfection cabinet, and when the dust concentration is detected to be more than or equal to 35 mu g/m3When the dust removal system is used, the purification mode is automatically started, the fan operates at the highest gear, the dust is rapidly purified, and when the concentration of the indoor dust is lower than 35 mu g/m3When the system is in the normal state, the purification mode is automatically closed; weight sensor detects porous supporter's weight, and when it detected that weight increases 1Kg and above, the disinfection mode was opened automatically, and the fan is at the lowest grade operation, realizes high-efficient disinfection of disinfecting through the plasma of high concentration and ozone.
Wherein, the lowest gear and the highest gear respectively mean that the rotating speed of the fan is at the lowest rotating speed and the highest rotating speed.
The disinfection cabinet capable of efficiently purifying air adopts high-concentration plasma and ozone to disinfect and purify, on one hand, the disinfection cabinet can meet the requirement of fast degerming of a user, also can intelligently switch disinfection modes, quickly kill all microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, realize fast disinfection and sterilization, completely remove pollutants efficiently and in a long-acting manner, has stronger disinfection and sterilization capacity than the disinfection cabinet which only uses ozone in the prior art, and greatly enhances the user experience of household appliances; on the other hand can satisfy the requirement that the user removed dust fast, plays quick air-purifying's effect, purifies indoor air, really a tractor serves several purposes.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. use two electrodes as purifying part and disinfection part, can produce plasma and ozone of different concentrations according to different mode intelligence, not only realize air-purifying, can regard as air purifier, really kill the bacterium in addition, play sterile effect, realize the high-efficient disinfection of disinfecting, can regard as the sterilizer, the function is more excellent, carry out more efficient processing to the air, the throughput is stronger, the integration level is higher, realize a tractor serves several purposes, the effectual problem of having solved single function domestic appliance idle time length and rate of utilization not high.
2. The generator and/or the collector are driven to move by the driving mechanism, and compared with the purification mode, the higher the voltage is, the closer the distance between the generator and the collector is, the higher the plasma concentration and the ozone concentration are, and the more rapid and efficient sterilization and disinfection are realized.

Claims (14)
1. A disinfection device, comprising:
a housing (10) having an interior cavity;
the electrostatic dust removal component (20) is arranged in the inner cavity, the plasma generated by the electrostatic dust removal component (20) removes dust in the inner cavity and kills harmful microorganisms, and the ozone generated by the electrostatic dust removal component (20) kills the harmful microorganisms.
2. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said electrostatic precipitator means (20) comprises a generator (21) and a collector (22) arranged opposite each other, said disinfection device further comprising a high voltage power supply connected to said generator (21).
3. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a drive mechanism driving said generator (21) and/or said collector (22) to move in order to change the distance between said generator (21) and said collector (22).
4. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 3, in which the distance between said generator (21) and said collector (22) is in the range of 10-30 mm.
5. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 3 or 4, characterized in that said disinfection device has a disinfection mode and an air cleaning mode, said disinfection device being in said disinfection mode the distance between said generator (21) and said collector (22) being H1, said disinfection device being in said air cleaning mode the distance between said generator (21) and said collector (22) being H2, wherein H1 < H2.
6. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that H1 is 10mm, and/or H2 is 30 mm.
7. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the voltage of said high-voltage power supply is in the range of 18 kV-35 kV.
8. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 2 or 7, characterized in that said disinfection apparatus has a disinfection mode and an air cleaning mode, the output voltage of said high voltage power supply being a first voltage when said disinfection apparatus is in said disinfection mode, the output voltage of said high voltage power supply being a second voltage when said disinfection apparatus is in said air cleaning mode, said first voltage being higher than said second voltage.
9. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 8, in which said first voltage is 35kV and/or said second voltage is 18 kV.
10. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said housing (10) is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet communicating with said inner cavity, said disinfection apparatus further comprising a fan (30) disposed adjacent to said air outlet, said electrostatic precipitator component (20) being disposed on a side of said fan (30) remote from said air outlet.
11. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 10, further comprising a filter screen (40) arranged close to said air inlet, said electrostatic precipitator component (20) being arranged on a side of said filter screen (40) remote from said air inlet, and/or said air inlet being arranged on a bottom of said housing (10), said air outlet being arranged on a top of said housing (10), said fan (30) being located above said electrostatic precipitator component (20), and/or said disinfection device further comprising an ozone removing component (50), said ozone removing component (50) being arranged between said fan (30) and said electrostatic precipitator component (20).
12. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a dust detection means (60) arranged in said inner chamber for detecting the concentration of said dust, and a controller electrically connected to said dust detection means (60) and said electrostatic precipitator means (20).
13. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a carrier (70) for the goods to be disinfected, said plasma killing harmful microorganisms on said goods to be disinfected and in the air.
14. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 13, further comprising a weight detection means (80) and a controller, said weight detection means (80) being arranged on said shelf (70) and being adapted to detect the weight of said shelf (70), said controller being electrically connected to said weight detection means (80) and said electrostatic precipitator means (20), and/or said items to be disinfected being dishes.
