The invention provides an animal hair collecting device, which comprises a shell, wherein the shell is provided with a first air channel and a second air channel; the driving device is fixedly arranged in the shell; the movable blade is arranged at the air inlet of the first air duct; the input end and the output end of the first transmission assembly are respectively connected with the driving device and the movable blade; the fan blade is arranged in the second air duct; the input end and the output end of the second transmission assembly are respectively connected with the driving device and the fan blade; the driving device drives the movable blade to rotate in the first rotating direction; and under the second rotation direction, the fan blades are driven to rotate. According to the invention, the movable blade and the fan blade are driven to rotate by the driving device, so that the animal hair can be trimmed, and the trimmed animal hair can be cleaned immediately after trimming, thereby realizing the dual-purpose function of one object.
