The case body 2 is formed by bending a steel plate, and a knock-out hole 21 is formed in a side surface, and the knock-out hole 21 can easily form a hole for inserting and removing an electric wire connected to a breaker or the like (not shown) accommodated therein.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the upper left and right portions of the door panel 4 are hinged to the front panel 3, and the door panel 4 can close and open the recessed area 32 including the opening 31. As shown in fig. 5, a rotating shaft 5 constituting one of the hinge portions is formed at the upper end of the door panel 4, and as shown in fig. 7, a shaft fixing portion 6 constituting the other of the hinge portions is formed at the back of the front panel 3. Hereinafter, the hinge portion will be specifically described. As shown in fig. 6, the rotary shaft 5 includes a connecting shaft 5a and an extension shaft 5b, wherein the connecting shaft 5a is connected to the shaft fixing portion 6 of the front panel 3, and the extension shaft 5b is continuous with the connecting shaft 5a and integrally formed on the same shaft, thereby reinforcing the connecting shaft 5 a. A projection 5c is formed at a predetermined portion of the side surface of the extended shaft 5b, and the projection 5c is locked to a locking projection 6c formed on a shaft fixing portion 6 described later.
As shown in fig. 6, the rotary shaft 5 is connected to the door panel 4 via a pair of connecting members 7 and is formed integrally with the door panel 4. As shown in the sectional views of fig. 3 and 4, the coupling member 7 is bent into a U-shape so that the rotary shaft 5 can easily enter the back of the front panel 3 from an insertion opening 33 of the front panel 3, which will be described later.
The portion of the rotating shaft 5 where the coupling member 7 is formed is reinforced in a flange shape, and one of the flange-shaped reinforcing portions adjacent to the coupling shaft 5a is formed to have a tapered surface T. The one flange-like reinforcing portion constitutes a flange-like projection 5d, and the flange-like projection 5d is locked to an engagement projection 6d formed on a shaft fixing portion 6 of the front panel 3 described later.
The shaft fixing portion 6 is formed on the back surface of the front panel 3, and has a housing portion 6a for housing the rotary shaft 5 as shown in fig. 8. A shaft hole 6b into which the coupling shaft 5a is inserted and fixed is provided on a side surface of the housing portion 6 a. Further, a locking projection 6c and an engaging projection 6d are formed on a wall surface of the accommodating portion 6a in the vicinity of the extension shaft 5b of the rotary shaft 5. The locking projection 6c is disposed to lock the projection 5c of the rotation shaft 5, and the engaging projection 6d is disposed to engage the flange-shaped projection 5 d.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5, an insertion opening 33 into which the rotary shaft 5 is inserted is formed in a portion directly below the shaft fixing portion 6 of the front panel 3, and a guide passage 8 for guiding the rotary shaft 5 to the back of the front panel 3 is formed from the back of the insertion opening 33 toward the shaft fixing portion 6. As shown in fig. 8, the guide passage 8 is formed in an arc shape and is formed to guide the inserted rotary shaft 5 to the shaft fixing portion 6. The coupling member 7 formed in a U shape of the rotary shaft 5 inserted from the front into the insertion port 33 engages with the guide passage 8 and smoothly moves to the shaft fixing portion 6.
In this way, the coupling shaft 5a formed at the end of the rotating shaft 5 disposed in the housing portion 6a of the shaft fixing portion 6 is inserted into the shaft hole 6b, thereby forming a hinge and attaching the door panel 4.

As shown in fig. 9, the rotating shaft 5 is inserted into the insertion port 33 so that the door panel 4 is substantially horizontal. However, for convenience of explanation, the angle of the door panel 4 is set to be shallow in fig. 9. After the insertion, the door panel 4 is rotated to a position where the opening 31 is closed, and thereby the rotary shaft 5 is raised in the guide path 8 and moved to the back of the front panel 3.
The state after the movement is the state shown in fig. 10, the rotary shaft 5 enters the housing portion 6a of the shaft fixing portion 6, and the shaft hole 6b is disposed on the axis of the rotary shaft 5. Thereafter, when the door panel 4 is slid rightward, the coupling shaft 5a is inserted into the shaft hole 6b, and the door panel 4 is hinged as shown in fig. 11.

During this sliding operation, the flange-like projection 5d is moved to pass over the engaging projection 6d, and the coupling shaft 5a is held in a state inserted into the shaft hole 6b as shown in fig. 11 (b). The surface of the engaging projection 6d with which the connecting shaft 5a is engaged when inserted is formed as a tapered surface T, and the flange-shaped projection 5d and the engaging projection 6d which are brought into contact when the connecting shaft 5a is inserted into the shaft hole 6b can be moved over the engaging projection 6d with a small force by the tapered surfaces T provided on both sides.
