When the leather-covered wire peeling and cutting device of the circular circuit board welding equipment works, the leather-covered wire penetrates through the feeding guide rod 212 and sequentially passes through the wire collecting block 213, the lower guide wheel set 214, the upper guide wheel set 215, the material limiting block 216 and the discharging plate 2211; then the second clamping finger 2451 clamps one leather-covered wire, the third clamping finger 2412 clamps the other two leather-covered wires, and the third motor 242 and the first air cylinder 246 jointly control the leather-covered wires to be pulled out for a certain distance, so that the distance pulled out by the third clamping finger 2412 is greater than that pulled out by the second clamping finger 2451; then, the first finger cylinder 235 drives the first clamping finger 236 to clamp the wire; then the first motor 222 rotates to move the opposite cutting knife 225 and the marking knife 226 in opposite directions to cut the leather line and cut off the insulating leather layer at two ends of the fracture, and then the third motor 242 continues to drive the movable mounting plate 244 to move to peel off the leather layer; then the pressing cylinder 229 presses the pressing block 2210 downwards to clamp the covered wire, and the second motor 2212 drives the side plate 228 to move out, so that the insulating leather layer is stripped; then, the fourth motor 247 drives the rotating clamping seat 249 to rotate, two rubber-covered wires are twisted into one strand, and the mounting plate 244 is moved slowly to perform length compensation in the twisting process; then, the stepping motor 234 turns over the clamped rubber-covered wire and moves the wire to a predetermined position by the slide table 231 to perform welding.
The leather wire peeling and cutting device of the circular circuit board welding equipment solves the problem that leather wires are difficult to cut and peel, and is higher in efficiency because the cutting knife 225 and the two engraving knives 226 which are different in edge shape are arranged to cut and peel off once to complete peeling at two ends; the feeding of the rubber-covered wire is accurately limited and straightened, so that the problems of feeding winding and rubber-covered wire bending are avoided; two of the three wires are wound, so that the live wire, the zero wire and the ground wire can be identified conveniently, the ground wire is clamped independently, the length of the rubber wire can be shortened by considering the winding, and the length consistency of the three wires is kept.
As shown in fig. 5, the circular circuit board loading manipulator 4 includes a support 41, a moving plate 42, a lifting cylinder 43, a suction machine 44, a third cylinder 45, a camera 46 and a light source 47; the support 41 is fixed on the frame, the moving plate 42 is movably connected to the support 41 through a sliding rail, the lifting cylinder 43 is installed on the moving plate 42, the suction machine 44 is installed on the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder 43, the lower end of the suction machine 44 is provided with a suction cup, and the suction cup can be controlled by the suction machine 44 to rotate; the light source 47 is installed on the support 41, the camera 46 is located above the light source 47, the light source 47 is rectangular, and the middle part is left empty for the camera 46 to obtain the visual field.
When the circular circuit board feeding manipulator 4 works, a camera 46 is used for photographing a circular circuit board below to obtain the position of a welding position, two-dimensional movement of a vertical plane is achieved under the action of a third cylinder 45 and a lifting cylinder 43, then a suction machine 44 sucks the circular circuit board, and the circular circuit board is rotated by a certain angle according to the photographing result, so that a welding electrode faces to a characteristic direction and is placed into the rotating jig device 5.
As shown in fig. 6, the rotating jig device 5 includes a motor 51, a divider 52, a turntable 53 and a wire-placing plate 54; the decollator 52 is installed on the frame, an output shaft of the motor 51 is connected with an input shaft of the decollator 52, the turntable 53 is installed on the output shaft of the decollator 52, the turntable 53 is in a cross shape, a round hole is formed in the turntable 53 and used for placing a round circuit board, the wire placing plate 54 is arranged at the side end of the turntable 53, and three grooves are formed in the top end of the wire placing plate 54 and used for placing rubber threads.
The welding device 6 comprises a moving freedom degree with two dimensions of horizontal and vertical, and a tin soldering device arranged at the tail end of the execution device, wherein a tin wire feeding assembly is arranged above the tin soldering device, and the lower end of the tin soldering device corresponds to a welding part.
The circular circuit board blanking manipulator 7 comprises a transverse cylinder and a longitudinal cylinder, the two cylinders are arranged at the tail end of an execution cylinder, and a welding finished product is conveyed and blanked in a clamping type conveying mode.
The circular circuit board feeding device 3 and the product discharging device 8 are used for feeding and discharging in a conveying belt mode.
When the circular circuit board welding equipment works, the circular circuit board welding equipment is processed through the following steps in sequence:
firstly, pretreatment of a covered wire: mainly comprises cutting, peeling and winding of the leather threads; firstly, the rubber-covered wire passes through the feeding guide rod 212 and sequentially passes through the wire concentration block 213, the lower guide wheel set 214, the upper guide wheel set 215, the material limiting block 216 and the discharging plate 2211; then the second clamping finger 2451 clamps one leather-covered wire, the third clamping finger 2412 clamps the other two leather-covered wires, and the third motor 242 and the first air cylinder 246 jointly control the leather-covered wires to be pulled out for a certain distance, so that the distance pulled out by the third clamping finger 2412 is greater than that pulled out by the second clamping finger 2451; then, the first finger cylinder 235 drives the first clamping finger 236 to clamp the wire; then the first motor 222 rotates to move the opposite cutting knife 225 and the marking knife 226 in opposite directions to cut the leather line and cut off the insulating leather layer at two ends of the fracture, and then the third motor 242 continues to drive the movable mounting plate 244 to move to peel off the leather layer; then the pressing cylinder 229 presses the pressing block 2210 downwards to clamp the covered wire, and the second motor 2212 drives the side plate 228 to move out, so that the insulating leather layer is stripped; then, the fourth motor 247 drives the rotating clamping seat 249 to rotate, two rubber-covered wires are twisted into one strand, and the mounting plate 244 is moved slowly to perform length compensation in the twisting process; then, the stepping motor 234 turns over the clamped rubber-covered wire and moves the clamped rubber-covered wire to a specified position through the sliding table 231;
(II) circular circuit board feeding: a circular circuit board is arranged on a conveying belt of the circular circuit board feeding device 3, the conveying belt conveys the circular circuit board to the end part, then the circular circuit board below the circular circuit board is photographed by a camera 46 to obtain the position of a welding part, then two-dimensional movement of a vertical plane is realized under the action of a third cylinder 45 and a lifting cylinder 43, then the circular circuit board is sucked by a suction machine 44, the circular circuit board is rotated by a certain angle according to the photographing result, a welding electrode is enabled to face to a characteristic direction, and the circular circuit board is placed into the rotating jig device 5;
and (III) welding the rubber-insulated wire: the divider 52 drives the turntable 53 to rotate ninety degrees, then the rubber-insulated wire is moved by the sliding table 231 and placed above the circular circuit board, and then the welding device 6 descends to be aligned with the soldering position to drop the solder;
(IV) product blanking: the circular circuit board blanking manipulator 7 clamps the product and then carries the product onto a conveying belt of a product blanking device 8 to complete blanking.

Claims (10)

1. A rubber-insulated wire peeling and cutting device of circular circuit board welding equipment is characterized by comprising a wire combing component (21), a wire cutting component (22), a wire clamping component (23) and a wire winding component (24); the comb wire assembly (21), the tangent assembly (22) and the winding assembly (24) are sequentially arranged and are positioned on the same straight line, the wire clamping assembly (23) is arranged on the side of the tangent assembly (22), and the wire clamping assembly (23) corresponds to the winding assembly (24); comb line subassembly (21) be used for combing the rubber-covered wire of material loading, tangent line subassembly (22) cut and skin the rubber-covered wire, press from both sides line subassembly (23) and be used for cliping the one end of rubber-covered wire to move it, wire winding subassembly (24) be used for cliping the other end of rubber-covered wire, and to wherein two rubber-covered wires carry out the rotation winding.
