If the angle of the tape and the position of the tape of the steel tape 19 need to be changed in the armoring process, the angle between the tape releasing guide wheel 23 and the cable core and the horizontal position of the tape releasing guide wheel 23 on the fixed seat 26 can be adjusted. When the angle of the belt is changed, the worm 24 on one side of the transverse plate 31 is screwed to rotate, the worm 24 drives the internal helical gear 28 to rotate, and further drives the connecting rod 32 to rotate, so that the upper guide wheel bracket 29 and the belt releasing guide wheel 23 are driven to rotate to change the angle. The angle between the belt releasing guide wheel 23 and the cable core is changed, and the belt angle between the steel belt 19 and the cable core is changed. When the position of the tape is changed, the bolt and nut rods 27 at the two ends of the moving seat 25 are unscrewed, the moving seat 25 is pushed to move along the sliding groove 33 on one side of the fixed seat 26, and then the position of the guide wheel bracket 29 and the tape releasing guide wheel 23 on the fixed seat 26 is driven to change, so that the position of the tape between the steel belt 19 and the cable core is changed. The angle and the position of the belting can be adjusted by screwing the worm 24 and the bolt-nut rod 27, the adjustment is convenient and fast, the adjustment precision is higher, the angle and the position of the belting are more accurate, and the belting effect is better.
When stopping the armor, driving motor 2 stall, cylinder 34 moves, promotes the brake caliper 35 and the brake disc 12 butt of both sides, and then increases the frictional force of brake disc 12 for rotate the stall that support body 4 can be faster. And the brake disc 12 and the rotating frame body 4 are connected into a whole, so that the braking effect is better. Rotate support body 4 and adopt holistic rectangle steel sheet welding to and the both ends of rotating support body 4 all adopt the back shaft to fix, make the intensity and the stability of rotating support body 4 obtain promoting, can adapt to higher rotational speed. The rotating speed can be increased from 300r/min to 450r/min, and the armoring working efficiency is greatly improved. And the whole equipment is not easy to damage and has good safety performance.

both sides of one end, close to the first supporting shaft (9), of the rotating frame body (4) are rotatably provided with belt reels (6), both sides of one end, close to the first supporting shaft (9), of the rotating frame body (4) are provided with tension control devices (7), both sides of the other end of the rotating frame body (4) are provided with belt releasing guide wheel mechanisms (3), one ends, close to the belt releasing guide wheel mechanisms (3), of both sides of the rotating frame body (4) are connected with steering wheel assemblies, the steering wheel assemblies and the tension control devices (7) on the same side are arranged on the same side of the belt releasing guide wheel mechanisms (3), and the tension control devices (7) on both sides are respectively arranged above and below one end of the rotating frame body (4);
the tension control device (7) comprises a tension disc (20), a tension belt (30) and a swing arm (14), the swing arm (14) is rotatably arranged on the side surface of one end of the rotating frame body (4) close to the brake disc (12), one end of the tension belt (30) is connected with one side of the lower part of the swing arm (14), the other end of the tension belt bypasses the tension disc (20) and is connected with the tension belt fixing shaft (21), the tension belt fixing shaft (21) is connected with the rotating frame body (4), the rotating frame body (4) is connected with the spring support (17) above the tension disc (20), the middle parts of the spring support (17) and the swing arm (14) are connected with an adjusting screw rod (15), a tension spring (16) is sleeved outside the adjusting screw rod (15), the connector is installed to the one end of accommodate the lead screw (15), and the other end and swing arm (14) of connector rotate to be connected, the bottom of swing arm (14) rotates with rotation support body (4) to be connected.
