Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火电缆,属于电缆技术领域。其包括至少四根主电线缆芯和一根地线缆芯,所述每根主电线缆芯及一地线缆芯外均绕包有一包带层,所述包带层外均挤包有一绝缘内护套层,所述绝缘内护套层外填充有无机矿物质层,所述无机矿物质层外包覆一由多层耐火云母带层绕包形成的云母带层,所述云母带层外依次包覆有一金属护套层及一阻燃外护套层。当发生火灾时利用阻燃外护套的阻燃性及金属护套抗氧化、高耐磨跟高熔点的特性,再通过耐火云母带、无机矿物质层及绝缘内护套层的高阻燃性实现电缆防火三级保护,从而保护电缆正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及到电缆技术领域,尤其是涉及一种防火电缆。
背景技术
据统计,在大多数建筑火灾事故中由于电气故障电路老化造成的部分约占五成以上。随着城市化的快速发展,发达城市的高层建筑越来多,建筑中使用的防火电缆的越来越受到大众的重视,建筑物中敷设的电缆防火及阻燃能力是提升建筑防火性能的有力保障,为保证电缆的使用安全性,火灾发生时能够起到更好的防火作用,保证救援设备及楼层有更长时间的通电,防火电缆的设计就显得尤为重要,就目前市面的已有的部分防火电缆来看,其制造过程中对环境及人体带有潜在的危害,敷设过程中电缆可弯曲性半径小敷设难度大,其燃烧时产生大量烟雾及其他有害物质,对人体造成二次伤害。
发明内容
为弥补现有市场上防火电缆性能的不足,本发明提供的一种防火电缆,能够有效提升电缆折弯性能,减少电缆燃烧时产生有害烟雾对人体的二次伤害。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种防火电缆,其包括至少四根主电线缆芯和一根地线缆芯,所述每根主电线缆芯及一地线缆芯外均绕包有一包带层,所述包带层外均挤包有一绝缘内护套层。所述绝缘内护套层外填充有无机矿物质层,所述无机矿物质层外包覆有由多层耐火云母带层绕包的云母带层,云母带层外依次包覆有一金属外护套层及一阻燃外护套层,所述金属护套为轧纹铜护套或者轧纹铝合金护套,双层防火的设计能够有效的保证火灾情况时电缆的正常通电。
优选的,所述每根主线电缆芯与一根地线电缆芯之间通过绞合在一起。
优选的,所述每根主线电缆芯与一根地线电缆芯均由七根实铜导体组成。
优选的,所述每根主电线缆芯及一地线缆芯所绕包的一包带层为耐高温阻燃无纺布层。
优选的,所述绝缘内护套层为陶瓷化低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘层,高温条件下可生成坚硬的陶瓷状硬壳,具有非常好的隔热隔火效果,保证缆芯正常通电使用。
优选的,所述阻燃外护套层为低烟无卤阻燃外护套层,燃烧时不会发出有毒烟雾,避免对人体造成二次伤害。
本发明有益效果是:由外及内设有阻燃外护套层、轧纹的金属护套层、云母带层、无机矿物质层及陶瓷化低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘层等结构,利用阻燃外护套层跟轧纹的金属护套层其抗腐蚀性、防水性及耐磨性保证电缆长久的使用寿命,在火灾情况下,通过轧纹的金属护套层、云母带层、无机矿物质层及陶瓷化低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘层的高绝缘优防火的性能对线缆芯进行多级防火保护,所述的轧纹金属护套层其螺纹结构有效的提高了电缆折弯性能,减少了电缆敷设的难度。
此外,与现有技术中在导体外绕包无机纤维填充物的防火电缆相比,本发明提供的绝缘防火电缆由于具有包含矿物质的防火层,因此无需添加无机纤维填充物,因此,在生产的过程中,不会有纤维细丝飘散到空气中,从而不会对操作人员的健康产生影响。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图所示,一种防火电缆,其包括至少四根主电线缆芯5和一根地线缆芯6,所述每根主电线缆5芯及一地线缆芯6外均绕包一包带层502,所述包带层502外均挤包有一绝缘内护套层501。内护套层501外填充有无机矿物质层4,所述无机矿物质层4外包覆有一由多层耐火云母带层绕包的云母带层3,云母带层3外依次包覆有一金属外护套层2及一阻燃外护套层1,所述金属护套2为轧纹铜护套或者轧纹铝合金护套,所述的轧纹铜护套或者轧纹铝合金护套,保证了电缆有更大的弯曲半径,便于电缆敷设作业。
优选的,所述每根主线电缆5芯与一根地线电缆芯6紧密围绕成一环形。优选的,所述每根主线电缆芯5与一根地线电缆芯6均由七根实铜导体组成。
优选的,所述每根主电线缆芯5及一根地线缆芯6所绕包的一包带层502为耐高温阻燃无纺布层。
优选的,所述绝缘内护套层501为陶瓷化低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘层,高温条件下可生成坚硬的陶瓷状硬壳,具有非常好的隔热隔火效果,保证主点线缆芯5及地线缆芯6正常通电使用。
优选的,所述阻燃外护套层1为低烟无卤阻燃外护套层,燃烧时不会散发出有毒烟雾,避免对人体造成二次伤害。

1.一种防火电缆,其包括至少四根主电线缆芯和一根地线缆芯,其特征在于:所述每根主电线缆芯及一地线缆芯外均绕包有一包带层,所述包带层外均挤包有一绝缘内护套层,所述绝缘内护套层外填充有无机矿物质层,所述无机矿物质层外包覆一由多层耐火云母带层绕包形成的云母带层,所述云母带层外依次包覆有一金属护套层及一阻燃外护套层,所述金属护套层为轧纹铜护套或者轧纹铝合金护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火电缆,其特征在于:所述每根主线电缆芯与一根地线电缆芯紧密围绕成一环形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火电缆,其特征在于:所述每根主线电缆芯与一根地线电缆芯均由七根实铜导体组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防火电缆,其特征在于所述每根主电线缆芯及地线缆芯外绕包的所述包带层为耐高温阻燃无纺布层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防火电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘内护套层为陶瓷化低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防火电缆,其特征在于:所述阻燃外护套层为低烟无卤阻燃外护套层。
