A cooling air inlet is formed in the position, on the condenser, of the base; air enters from the cooling air inlet to cool the condenser; the cooling fan blows air passing through the condenser out of a dew-removing hot air port below the glass cover;
the condenser comprises a plurality of rows of wire tube heat exchange rows which are crossed and staggered front and back.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
The present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3 and 4. The invention relates to a small and exquisite glass refrigerator with a hot air dew removal and inclined display shelf, which comprises a base 1 and a glass cover fixed on the base 1.
One side of glass cover is provided with glass door 2, and glass cover inside is provided with slope goods shelves 3. The cover for next shift in the invention also comprises an arc-shaped glass plate 14 and glass side plates 15 fixed on both sides of the arc-shaped glass plate 14. The arc-shaped glass plate 14, the glass side plate 15 and the glass door 2 form a glass cover, and a partition plate 17 which is obliquely arranged is arranged at the joint of the glass cover and the base. The top and bottom of the glass cover and the end of the inclined shelf 3 are provided with illuminating lamps 16. The glass door 2 is provided with the sealing strip, so that the glass cover can be well sealed. And a door handle is also provided to the glass door 2.
A compressor 4, an evaporator 5, a condenser 6, a refrigerating fan 7, a cooling fan 8, and a fan cover 9 are provided in the base 1 below the partition 17.
The evaporator 5 and the refrigerating fan 7 are separated from the compressor 4, the condenser 6 and the cooling fan 8 by a heat insulating member 10. The evaporator 5 and the refrigerating fan 7 are located between the partition 17 and the thermal insulating member 10. The fan guard 9 borders the compressor 4, the condenser 6 and the cooling fan 8 as a closed channel. The compressor 4, the evaporator 5 and the condenser 6 are communicated through a refrigeration pipeline 11, and the evaporator 5 cools the glass cover. The insulating member 10 is a heat insulating material in the present invention.
The base 1 is provided with a cooling air inlet 12 at the location of the condenser 6. The cooling fan 8 blows the air passing through the condenser 6 out of the dew-removing hot air port 13 below the glass cover to remove dew on the glass cover. The compressor 4 compresses the gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, and then sends the high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant to the condenser 6 to be radiated to form a normal-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant, so that air blown out of the condenser 6 is hot air. In the liquid refrigerant carries out evaporimeter 5, the space increases suddenly, and pressure reduces, and liquid refrigerant can vaporize, becomes gaseous microthermal refrigerant, absorbs a large amount of heats from the face, so the air can become cold at evaporimeter 5, through cold-stored fan 7's effect, can make cold air at the glass cover inner loop, and the article in the glass cover are refrigerated to the face realization.
Air enters from the cooling air inlet 12 to cool the condenser 6, the air passing through the condenser 6 is heated, and dew formed on the outer surface of the glass cover can be removed by the heated air without adding another heat source to heat the air.
The condenser 6 comprises a plurality of rows of wire tube heat exchange rows which are crossed and staggered front and back. The wire tube heat exchange bank includes a condenser tube 66 and steel wires 65 on both sides of the condenser tube.
The invention includes four rows of heat exchange rows of filament tubes, but not limited to four rows, but also three rows, five rows and six rows. The condenser 6 of the present invention includes a first wire tube heat exchange bank 61, a second wire tube heat exchange bank 62, a third wire tube heat exchange bank 63, and a fourth wire tube heat exchange bank 64. The front-rear cross-offset arrangement is an offset arrangement of the condenser tubes 66, and since the condenser tubes 66 have the refrigerant therein, the cross-offset arrangement prevents the front-row condenser tubes 66 from shielding the rear-row condenser tubes 66.
Specifically, the working process of the invention is as follows: in use, cooling air is sucked from the cooling air inlet 12 on one side of the condenser 6 by the cooling fan 8 and passes through the first wire tube heat exchange bank 61, the second wire tube heat exchange bank 62, the third wire tube heat exchange bank 63 and the fourth wire tube heat exchange bank 64 in sequence. When the heat exchange row 61 is carried out through the first wire tube, the heat in the row of the condensation pipes 66 is taken away, then the cooling air flows to the condensation pipe of the second wire tube heat exchange row 62, because the first wire tube heat exchange row 61 and the condensation pipe 66 in the second wire tube heat exchange row 62 are arranged in a staggered manner, the air coming from the first wire tube heat exchange row 61 can be in contact with the condensation pipe 66 in the second wire tube heat exchange row 62, so that the condensation pipe 66 in the second wire tube heat exchange row 62 can be rapidly cooled, and by analogy, a large amount of air can be in contact with the condensation pipes therein when flowing through the third wire tube heat exchange row 63 and the fourth wire tube heat exchange row 64, and the rapid cooling can be realized. Therefore, the condensation pipes 66 in each wire pipe heat exchange row are contacted with a large amount of air, and the heat exchange effect is good.
As shown in fig. 4, in the conventional wire-tube condenser, the condenser tubes 66 in the second wire-tube heat exchange row 62 are arranged in parallel right behind the condenser tubes 66 in the first wire-tube heat exchange row 61. After the cooling air exchanges heat with the condensation pipe 66 through the first wire heat exchange row 61, the air is difficult to contact with the lower surface of the condensation pipe 66 in the second wire heat exchange row 62 due to the blockage of the condensation pipe 66, the cooling effect is not obvious, and the other rows of condensation pipes 66 are also. So the heat exchange efficiency of traditional condenser is low, if will reach the same cooling effect, and the material is many, and is bulky, so compact structure's small-size glass freezer can not be made to traditional refrigerating system. And because the small-sized refrigerated cabinet with the hot air dew removing function and the inclined goods shelf has smaller installation space provided for a refrigerating system at the bottom, the traditional refrigerating system is not suitable for preparing a small and exquisite glass refrigerated cabinet with the hot air dew removing function and the inclined goods shelf.
The condenser 6 in the invention can greatly reduce the volume of the refrigerating system, and the refrigerating system can be half or even smaller than the volume of the traditional refrigerating system on the premise of achieving the same heat exchange effect, thus being suitable for preparing a small glass refrigerating cabinet of a hot air dew removal and inclined display shelf. The prepared refrigerating system is small, so that the power consumption can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced.

a compressor (4), an evaporator (5), a condenser (6), a refrigerating fan (7), a cooling fan (8) and a fan cover (9) are arranged in the base (1); the fan cover (9) forms a closed channel by the compressor (4), the condenser (6) and the cooling fan (8); the evaporator (5) and the refrigeration fan (7) are separated from the compressor (4), the condenser (6) and the cooling fan (8) through a heat-insulating piece (10); the compressor (4), the evaporator (5) and the condenser (6) are communicated through a refrigeration pipeline (11);
a cooling air inlet (12) is formed in the position, on the base (1), of the condenser (6); air enters from a cooling air inlet (12) to cool the condenser (6); the cooling fan (8) blows out the air passing through the condenser (6) from a dew-removing hot air port (13) below the glass cover;
the condenser (6) comprises a plurality of rows of wire tube heat exchange rows which are crossed and staggered front and back.
2. The small glass refrigerator with hot air dew removal and inclined display shelf of claim 1, wherein said glass cover comprises a curved glass plate (14) and glass side plates (15) fixed to both sides of the curved glass plate (14).
3. The small glass refrigerator with hot air dew removal and inclined display shelf as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the top and bottom of the glass cover and the end of the inclined shelf (3) are provided with illuminating lamps (16).

The small glass refrigerator with hot air dew removal and inclined display shelf of claim 1, wherein said wire tube heat exchanging row comprises a condensation tube (66) and steel wires (65) at both sides of the condensation tube; the condenser (6) comprises a first wire tube heat exchange row (61), a second wire tube heat exchange row (62), a third wire tube heat exchange row (63) and a fourth wire tube heat exchange row (64).
