Description

Multifunctional rescue vehicle
Technical Field
The invention relates to a municipal emergency vehicle, in particular to a multifunctional emergency vehicle with an excavating function.
Background
In the emergency rescue process of urban water supply and drainage, gas, heat supply, power supply buried pipelines and the like, particularly in the emergency rescue process of natural disasters, the operations of cement pavement crushing, trench excavation, sundry moving, field cleaning and the like are required.
Because the rescue site is time-tight and heavy in task, a large amount of cleaning work is needed; most of the existing excavators are crawler-type, so that the existing excavators are slow in walking speed and cannot quickly reach emergency sites; sometimes, in order to enable the excavator to quickly arrive at an emergency site, the semitrailer is used for consignment of the excavator, and a lot of inconvenience exists in the process. Continuous excavation is usually performed manually before the excavator reaches the site.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a multifunctional wrecking truck with an excavating function.
A multifunctional rescue vehicle comprises a rescue vehicle, wherein an excavating mechanism is mounted on a girder of the rescue vehicle through a fixed seat, and the excavating mechanism is fixed on the fixed seat through a rotary support; supporting wheels are arranged on two sides of the fixing seat.
Furthermore, the excavating mechanism is located on the rear side of the girder, and the existing carriage is arranged on the front side of the girder.
Furthermore, the supporting wheel is arranged on the fixed seat through a hydraulic oil cylinder; the excavator structure is provided with a rotary oil valve, and the rotary oil valve is connected with a hydraulic oil pump integrated with an engine of the emergency truck through a hydraulic oil pipe; the hydraulic oil pump provides hydraulic power for the hydraulic oil cylinder and the rotary support.
Furthermore, a connecting seat is fixed on the inner side of the rim of the supporting wheel, and the movable end of the hydraulic oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the connecting seat.
Furthermore, a supporting seat is installed at the bottom of the girder, the connecting seat is fixedly connected with the supporting seat through a connecting plate, and the connecting plate is rotatably connected with the connecting seat and the supporting seat.
Furthermore, the excavating mechanism comprises a base fixed on the rotary support, a hydraulic multi-shaft movable arm fixed on the base, an excavating bucket rotationally connected to the end part of the hydraulic multi-shaft movable arm, and a driver seat fixed on the base.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the emergency rescue vehicle has the functions of the existing emergency rescue vehicle, and is also provided with the excavating mechanism, so that emergency rescue equipment and the excavating mechanism can simultaneously and quickly reach an emergency repair site, the problem of difficulty in the emergency repair site can be timely and efficiently solved, the working efficiency is high, and a large amount of labor force is saved; the supporting wheels can be lifted, the emergency car reaches a working place needing to be excavated, and the hydraulic oil cylinder extends out to enable the supporting wheels to be in contact with the ground to play a supporting role; when the excavating mechanism does not work, the supporting wheels are lifted, and the normal running of the rescue vehicle is not influenced at all.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The embodiments of the present invention have been presented for purposes of illustration and description, and are not intended to be exhaustive or limited to the invention in the form disclosed. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. The embodiment was chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and the practical application, and to enable others of ordinary skill in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
Example 1
A multifunctional wrecking truck, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising a wrecking truck 1, wherein a girder 3 of the wrecking truck 1 is provided with an excavating mechanism 2 through a fixed seat 5, and the excavating mechanism 3 is fixed on the fixed seat 5 through a rotary support 4; and supporting wheels 6 are arranged on two sides of the fixed seat 5.
The excavating mechanism 2 is located on the rear side of the girder, is similar to the structure of the existing excavating machine, only does not need a crawler-type travelling mechanism at the bottom, and specifically comprises a base 201 fixed on the rotary support, a hydraulic multi-shaft movable arm 202 fixed on the base, an excavating bucket 203 rotatably connected to the end part of the hydraulic multi-shaft movable arm, and a driver seat 204 fixed on the base. The front of the digging mechanism is a carriage 11 of the existing rescue vehicle, and other rescue equipment is placed in the carriage.
In the non-operating state, hydraulic multi-axis movable arm 202 is bent to lie along the outside of the rear compartment, and bucket 203 is located above the rear compartment, as shown in fig. 1. In consideration of the wind resistance, a streamlined wind deflector or the like may be provided at the top of the rear compartment.
In the working state as shown in fig. 3, an excavator operator sits on the driving position to operate the excavating mechanism, the excavating direction of the excavator operator is adjusted by rotating the rotary support, and the excavating position of the excavator operator needs to move the whole rescue vehicle. Since the rescue is different from excavation construction such as a construction site, the vehicle condition of the rescue vehicle is basically sufficient to cope with the situation of the rescue road surface. The supporting wheels are arranged to improve the stress state of the excavating mechanism during working and keep the stability of the emergency car.
The supporting wheel is only required to provide a supporting function when parking operation is carried out, so that the supporting wheel 6 is designed to be arranged on the fixed seat 5 through a hydraulic oil cylinder 7; and a connecting seat 8 is fixed on the inner side of the rim of the supporting wheel 6, and the end part of a telescopic rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 7 is fixedly connected with the connecting seat 8.
When the emergency car reaches a working place needing to be excavated, the hydraulic oil cylinder extends out to enable the supporting wheel to contact the ground, so that the emergency car plays a supporting role; when the excavating mechanism does not work, the supporting wheels are lifted, and the normal running of the rescue vehicle is not influenced at all.
The emergency vehicle is provided with a hydraulic oil pump and is connected with a transmitter into a whole to be arranged in the carriage 11. The excavator structure is provided with a rotary oil valve, and the rotary oil valve is connected with a hydraulic oil pump integrated with an engine of the emergency truck through a hydraulic oil pipe; the hydraulic oil pump provides hydraulic power for the hydraulic oil cylinder and the rotary support.
In order to improve the stability of supporting wheel, supporting seat 9 is installed to the girder bottom, connecting seat 8 through yoke plate 10 with supporting seat 9 fixed connection, yoke plate 10 with connecting seat 8 with supporting seat 9 is the rotation connection. In this embodiment, the connecting plates are two rigid connecting plates which are parallel up and down.
It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art and related arts based on the embodiments of the present invention without any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
