Description

Rotary drum washing machine's bucket subassembly and rotary drum washing machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of clothes treatment equipment, and particularly provides a barrel assembly of a pulsator washing machine and the pulsator washing machine.
Background
The pulsator washing machine comprises an outer barrel, an inner barrel rotatably arranged in the outer barrel and a pulsator arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel. The outer tub is used for containing washing water for washing clothes, and the clothes to be washed are arranged in the inner tub. When the pulsator washing machine washes clothes, the inner tub rotates at a set speed and in a set direction to drive the washing water therein to rotate, so that the clothes rub against the washing water or the tub wall of the inner tub, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning the clothes. Generally, a water-repellent blade is fixed to an inner side of a tub wall of the inner tub, so that the washing water is guided by the water-repellent blade to rotate when the washing water is rotated, and the laundry in the inner tub is agitated, thereby producing a better laundry cleaning effect.
In the conventional pulsator washing machine, although the water-stirring blades are arranged to improve the overturning effect of the washing water and enable the inner tub to have a certain stirring capacity for the washing water and the clothes, the conventional water-stirring blades cannot improve the phenomenon that part of the clothes are deposited at the bottom of the tub, and the improved washing effect of the clothes is relatively limited.

In a preferred technical solution of the above-mentioned bucket assembly, the number of the second water-repelling members is plural, and one ends of the plural second water-repelling members, which are close to the center of the pulsator, are connected in a converging manner.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-described tub assembly, the plurality of second water repellent members are integrally provided with the pulsator.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-described tub assembly, the plurality of second water-repellent members are uniformly distributed on the pulsator.
In addition, the invention also provides a pulsator washing machine which comprises any one of the barrel assemblies.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the inner side wall of the inner tub of the pulsator washing machine of the present invention is vertically or obliquely provided with a first water-repellent member, and the thickness of the first water-repellent member gradually increases from bottom to top. Through the arrangement, the stirring effect of the first water stirring component on the washing water from bottom to top is gradually enhanced. Under the condition, the washing water at the upper position of the inner barrel overturns more violently than the washing water at the lower position of the inner barrel, so that the flow velocity of the washing water at the upper position of the inner barrel is greater than that of the washing water at the lower position of the inner barrel, and further pressure difference is generated between the upper position and the lower position of the inner barrel, so that the washing water at the lower part of the inner barrel flows to the upper position with high flow velocity and low pressure intensity, meanwhile, the clothes at the bottom of the inner barrel are driven to roll upwards, the deposition of the clothes at the bottom of the inner barrel is avoided, the rolling effect of the clothes in the inner barrel is greatly improved, and the clothes are cleaned.
Further, the whole shape of the first water stirring component is in a long straight strip shape, so that two ends of the first water stirring component can be respectively close to the lower part and the upper part of the inner barrel, the stirring effect on the washing water is increased, the overturning degree of the washing water close to the bottom of the inner barrel is further improved, and the stirring range of the first water stirring component is enlarged.
Preferably, an inwards concave mounting groove is formed on the inner side wall of the inner barrel, and the mounting groove can hide at least one part of mounting gap between the first water-dialing component and the inner side wall of the inner barrel, so that at least one part of mounting gap between the first water-dialing component and the inner barrel is prevented from being directly exposed in the washing environment of the inner barrel, and the phenomenon that clothes are clamped and plugged in the mounting gap between the first water-dialing component and the inner barrel is improved.
Furthermore, the first water stirring component is provided with a water through hole to avoid the washing water from generating overlarge rotation resistance on the first water stirring component.
Preferably, the tub assembly further includes a second water repellent member provided on the pulsator. The second water stirring component is arranged along the radial direction of the impeller, and the thickness of the second water stirring component is gradually reduced from the edge to the center of the impeller. Through the arrangement, the stirring effect of the second water stirring component on the washing water from the edge of the bottom of the bucket to the center of the bottom of the bucket is gradually weakened. Under the condition, the washing water at the edge position of the bottom of the bucket overturns more violently than the washing water at the center of the bottom of the bucket, so that the flow rate of the washing water at the edge position of the bottom of the bucket is greater than that of the washing water at the center of the bottom of the bucket, and further, the edge position and the center position of the bottom of the bucket generate pressure difference, so that the washing water at the center position of the bottom of the bucket flows to the edge position with high flow rate and low pressure intensity, meanwhile, clothes at the center of the bottom of the bucket are driven to roll outwards, the clothes are prevented from being gathered at the center of the bottom of the bucket due to the vortex action of the washing water, the washing water at the bottom of the bucket is promoted to climb up and.
Further, the ends of the second water stirring members, which are close to the center of the impeller, are gathered and connected to avoid the large depression at the center of the impeller, so that the dirt and impurities in the washing water are prevented from being deposited at the center of the impeller.

The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a tub assembly of a pulsator washing machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the pulsator washing machine of the present invention includes a housing 1 and a tub assembly disposed in the housing 1. The casing 1 is a box structure, and the top of the casing 1 is provided with a throwing opening and a door capable of closing or opening the throwing opening. The tub assembly includes an outer tub 3, an inner tub 4, and a pulsator 5, wherein the outer tub 3 is vertically installed in the cabinet through a vibration damping member 2, and a tub opening of the outer tub 3 and a throwing opening of the casing 1 are aligned with each other. The inner tub 4 is rotatably provided in the outer tub 3, and laundry can be contained in the inner tub 4. The pulsator 5 is rotatably provided at the bottom of the inner tub 4. The power system (not shown in the figure) of the pulsator washing machine comprises a driving device, a first transmission assembly, a second transmission assembly and a clutch assembly. One of the first transmission assembly and the second transmission assembly is connected with the inner barrel 4, and the other one is connected with the impeller 5. The clutch assembly is disposed between the first and second transmission assemblies and the driving device so as to selectively connect the first or second transmission assembly with the driving device indirectly, thereby transmitting the driving force of the driving device to the inner tub 4 or the pulsator 5 through the first or second transmission assembly. Since the power system has the same structure as that of the conventional inner tub and pulsator dual-rotation pulsator type washing machine, detailed description thereof will not be provided.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the barrel assembly further includes a first water-repelling member 6, and the first water-repelling member 6 is disposed on the inner sidewall of the inner barrel 4. Specifically, the first water repelling member 6 is vertically or obliquely arranged, and the thickness of the first water repelling member 6 gradually increases from bottom to top.
In the above embodiment, the arrangement of the first water-repellent member 6 in the vertical direction or the oblique direction specifically means: after the side wall (i.e., the tub ring portion) of the inner tub 4 is cut along a vertical line and unfolded into a rectangle, the first water repelling member 6 is disposed along the height direction (i.e., the vertical line direction) of the rectangle, and this is the first water repelling member 6 disposed vertically on the inner side wall of the inner tub 4. At this time, the first water repelling member 6 is in the same direction as the axis of the inner tub 4. The arrangement mode does not increase the installation difficulty between the first water stirring component 6 and the inner barrel 4, the first water stirring component 6 is not required to adapt to the curvature of the side wall of the inner barrel 4 when being connected with the inner barrel 4, and the first water stirring component 6 is not required to be provided with curvature and is more convenient to produce and process; the first water repelling member 6 is disposed in a height direction which is not parallel to the above-mentioned rectangle (although such a non-preferable case that is perpendicular to the height direction is not included), that is, the first water repelling member 6 is disposed in an inner sidewall of the inner tub 4 in an oblique direction. As an example, the first water repelling member 6 may be inclined at an angle of any angle between 15 ° and 35 ° with respect to the height direction of the rectangle. The arrangement facilitates spiral rising of the washing water along the barrel wall when the first water stirring component 6 stirs the washing water in the inner barrel 4, and improves the capacity of the first water stirring component 6 for lifting the washing water and increasing the overturning degree of the washing water.
In addition, the thickness of the first water repelling member 6 specifically means: the distance between one side of the first water stirring member 6 close to the inner sidewall of the inner tub 4 and one side thereof close to the center of the inner tub 4. In the case of the first water repelling member 6 arranged vertically, as shown in the orientation of fig. 1, the thickness of the first water repelling member 6 is its dimension h1 in the horizontal direction.
In the case of providing the first water repelling member 6, when the inner tub 4 rotates to wash the laundry, the upper portion of the first water repelling member 6 has a large thickness and a large contact area with the washing water, so that the upper portion thereof has a more significant agitating effect on the washing water, and the washing water on the upper portion of the inner tub 4 rotates at a higher speed and has a lower pressure. The lower part of the first water-stirring member 6 has a small thickness and a small contact area with the washing water, so that the lower part of the first water-stirring member has a weak stirring effect on the washing water, and the washing water at the lower part of the inner tub 4 has a slow rotating speed and a large pressure. Under the action of pressure difference, the washing water at the bottom of the inner barrel 4 flows upwards, so that the clothes at the bottom of the inner barrel 4 are promoted to roll upwards, the condition that the clothes are deposited at the bottom of the inner barrel is improved, and the overall washing effect of the clothes in the inner barrel 4 is improved.
Further, the overall shape of the first water repellent member 6 is a long straight strip. As shown in fig. 1, the first water-repellent member 6 having a long shape extends from the bottom of the inner tub 4 to the lower portion of the tub opening, ensuring a washing water agitation range of the first water-repellent member 6.
As an example, the number of the first water repelling members 6 is plural (two or more), and the plural first water repelling members 6 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner tub 4 to uniformly and efficiently agitate the washing water in the inner tub 4.
In a specific embodiment, the first water stirring member 6 is provided with a water passing hole (not shown) having both ends communicated with the inner space of the inner tub 4, so that the first water stirring member 6 can allow a part of the washing water to pass through the water passing hole when stirring the washing water, thereby reducing resistance of the washing water to the first water stirring member 6 and reducing load of the driving device.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first water-stirring member 6 is directly connected to the wall of the inner barrel 4, and the two are connected together by screwing, clamping, welding, etc.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a tub assembly of a pulsator washing machine according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in the second embodiment of the present invention, a concave mounting groove 8 is formed on the inner sidewall of the inner barrel 4, and in an assembled state, the first water stirring member 6 is received in the mounting groove 8, that is, the side of the first water stirring member 6 close to the barrel wall of the inner barrel 4 is mounted in the mounting groove 8. The mounting groove 8 is provided to hide at least a portion of a mounting gap between the first water repelling member 6 and the inner sidewall of the inner tub 4. Specifically, the mounting groove 8 is a groove having a certain depth. When the first water stirring member 6 is arranged in the mounting groove 8, the first water stirring member 6 is abutted against the bottom of the mounting groove 8, and the wall of the mounting groove 8 can block a mounting gap between the first water stirring member 6 and the bottom of the groove, so that clothes are prevented from being directly contacted with the mounting gap and being clamped and plugged in the mounting gap. In practical implementation, the mounting groove 8 may only accommodate the water facing side of the first water stirring member 6, only hide the mounting gap of the water facing side of the first water stirring member 6, or entirely accommodate one end of the first water stirring member 6 close to the tub wall. For example, when the first water repelling member 6 has an end near the wall of the tub shaped like a rectangular structure, the mounting groove 8 is a rectangular groove recessed to the outside of the inner tub 4, so that the end of the first water repelling member 6 near the wall of the tub is received in the rectangular groove, thereby hiding the mounting gap between the first water repelling member 6 and the inner tub 4.
As shown in fig. 1 or 2, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the tub assembly further includes a second water stirring member 7 provided on the pulsator 5. The second water repellent member 7 is disposed in a radial direction of the pulsator 5, and a thickness of the second water repellent member 7 is gradually reduced from an edge to a center of the pulsator 5.
In the above embodiment, the thickness of the second water repelling member 7 specifically means: the distance between one side of the second water stirring component 7 close to the upper surface of the impeller 5 and one side of the second water stirring component close to the barrel opening of the inner barrel 4. As shown in the orientation of fig. 1, in the case where the upper surface of the pulsator 5 is a horizontal surface, the thickness of the second water-repellent member 7 is a dimension h2 in the vertical direction.
Under the condition of simultaneously arranging the first water stirring component 6 and the second water stirring component 7, when the inner barrel 4 rotates and washes clothes, the thickness of one side of the second water stirring component 7 close to the edge of the impeller 5 is larger, and the contact area with washing water is larger, so that the stirring effect of the part on the washing water is more remarkable, and the washing water at the edge of the bottom of the barrel has higher rotating speed and pressure intensity. And the thickness of one side of the second water stirring component 7 close to the center of the impeller 5 is smaller, and the contact area with the washing water is smaller, so that the stirring effect of the part on the washing water is weaker, and the washing water in the middle of the bottom of the bucket has slower rotating speed and larger pressure. Under the action of pressure difference, the washing water in the middle of the bottom of the barrel can diffuse and flow outwards, so that the washing water at the bottom of the inner barrel 4 is promoted to flow to the barrel wall, and the power of the washing water rising along the barrel wall is increased. Under the combined action of the first water stirring component 6 and the second water stirring component 7, the washing water at the bottom in the barrel can turn over towards the barrel wall and climb to the barrel opening along the barrel wall, so that the clothes in the barrel are driven to continuously and repeatedly roll upwards and then fall off, the friction degree of the clothes with the washing water and the barrel wall is increased, the deposition of parts and clothes is avoided, and the washing effect of the clothes is improved.
Further, the number of the second water stirring members 7 is multiple (two or more), and one ends of the second water stirring members 7 close to the center of the impeller 5 are gathered and connected, so that a large recess is prevented from being formed in the center of the impeller 5, and dirt which is not easy to clean is prevented from being deposited on the upper surface of the impeller 5.
Further, a plurality of second water-repelling members 7 are uniformly distributed on the pulsator 5 and are integrally formed on the pulsator 5, so that the occurrence of mounting gaps between the second water-repelling members 7 and the pulsator 5 and the accumulation of dirt are prevented.
In summary, the inner sidewall of the inner tub 4 of the pulsator washing machine of the present invention is provided with the first water-repellent member 6, and the pulsator 5 is provided with the second water-repellent member 7. The first/second water stirring components are in a structural arrangement form with non-uniform thickness distribution, so that the stirring degree of the washing water in the inner barrel 4 is inconsistent, the washing water is promoted to climb to a rotational flow along the barrel wall by utilizing the principle that pressure difference is generated due to different flow rates, and then clothes are promoted to roll upwards in the barrel, and the clothes are prevented from being deposited at the bottom of the barrel.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
