本发明涉及微生物发酵技术领域,特别涉及一种液体饲料添加剂生产用微生物发酵罐,结构包括发酵罐体、加热管、刚筒套、外保温层、电动机、无菌轴封、清泡器、搅拌轴、搅拌器、空气喷射装置、空气过滤器、水阀门、视镜、数字显示温度计、进料口、压力表、PH计、溶解氧探测器、自动控制阀、排气管、取样管、温度传感器、冷却水进管、冷却水出管、放料管、空气进管、放料管阀门、控制开关阀。本发明提高了发酵菌与发酵基质的混合均匀性,实现了好氧菌的快速培养,发酵效果好,安全卫生,操作方便,能精确调控,易于自动化,完全可以运用于处理量大,大体积大的发酵罐的场合,为微生物饲料添加剂的推广应用提供了良好的物质基础。

本发明涉及微生物发酵技术领域,特别涉及一种液体饲料添加剂生产用微生物发酵罐。
背景技术
发酵罐广泛应用于制药、精细化工、生物工程等行业,是微生物在发酵过程中生长、繁殖和物料反应的装置。微生物发酵即是指利用微生物,在适宜的条件下,将原料经过特定的代谢途径转化为人类所需要的产物的过程。微生物菌种广泛应用于饲料添加剂中,对于提高饲料添加剂的品质,改善饲料性能具有重要作用。微生物菌种发酵过程中,需要提供稳定、适宜的发酵环境,满足菌种繁衍及培养条件,才能保证微生物菌种发酵的质量和效率。现有技术在进行微生物菌种发酵过程中,通常由于发酵物内部通气性差,菌种与发酵基质均匀度差,致使发酵周期长,发酵效率低,发酵获得的微生物菌群活性低,限制了微生物菌种在饲料添加剂中的应用和推广。现有的好氧菌种在培养时,采用的发酵罐功能单一,无法适应现代化高效率的微生物菌种发酵,为此有必要对现有技术进行改进。
基于以上分析,对现有用于饲料添加剂中微生物菌种发酵技术进行改进,如何设计与新的发酵技术匹配的微生物发酵罐,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液体饲料添加剂生产用微生物发酵罐,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
液体饲料添加剂生产用微生物发酵罐,其特征在于,该发酵罐包括发酵罐体、加热管、钢筒套、外保温层、电动机、无菌轴封、消泡器、搅拌轴、搅拌器、空气喷射装置、空气过滤器、水阀门、视镜、数字显示温度计、进料口、压力表、PH计、溶解氧探测器、自动控制阀、排气管、取样管、温度传感器、冷却水进管、冷却水出管、放料管、空气进管、放料管阀门、控制开关阀。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:本发明实现了好氧菌的快速培养、发酵效果好、安全卫生、操作方便、能精确调控、易于自动化和总效率高的优点。完全可以适用于处理量大、大体积、大发酵罐的场合,为微生物的规模化生产奠定了良好的基础,具有广阔的市场前景和应用前景。

所述的发酵罐体1是呈圆柱形,内罐体表面镜面抛光处理,各进出口管口工艺开孔与内罐体焊接处均采用圆弧过渡,光滑易清洗无死角,保证生产过程的可靠性、稳定性。
所述的加热管2的横截面为矩形,设置在发酵罐体1外壁上,本发明采用矩形的结构形式对发酵罐体1进行加热,其加热的速度快,热量传递均匀,发酵罐体1内的温度相对比较恒定,容易控制和掌握,避免了热能供应不充分带来的突发状况,合理的控制了热能的消耗和利用,有效的控制了运行的成本。
所述的钢筒套3设于加热管2的外侧,为封闭容器,内有循环冷却水,冷却水通过冷却水进管23,并经水阀门12进入,水阀门12控制进水的流量,工作时循环水受热通过冷却水出管24输送出去。
所述的外保温层4采用超细玻璃棉,外保温层4的设置使得本发明的保温效果更佳,防止环境温度的变化对发酵过程造成不良影响。
所述的电动机5与搅拌轴8连接,搅拌轴8设置在发酵罐体1内部,搅拌轴8上端装有消泡器7,搅拌轴8上装有多个搅拌器9。本发明实现菌种的混合均匀,提高了发酵的速率,也提高了发酵过程中温度、压力对发酵过程的影响,保证了发酵过程的稳定进行。
所述的无菌轴封6设在发酵罐体1顶部与搅拌轴8的结合部空隙内。无菌轴封6能够有效控制发酵罐体1内微生物及细菌滋生情况,有利于提高发酵效果。
所述的空气喷射装置10设于发酵罐体1的内底部,空气喷射装置10上设有多个喷雾孔,并通过管路与发酵罐体1外部的空气过滤器11连通,空气过滤器11入口端与空气进管26连通。
所述的视镜13设于发酵罐体1上端,便于观察内部发酵情况。
所述的数字显示温度计14设于发酵罐体1的外部上端,与发酵罐体1内部温度传感器22连接,随时指示发酵罐体1内工作温度。所述的温度传感器22可由一个或多个组成,镶嵌在发酵罐体1的内部侧壁上。
所述的进料口15设于发酵罐体1上端,发酵物料从进料口15进入发酵罐体1。
所述的压力表16安装于发酵罐体1上端,压力表16观察内部的压力,自动控制阀19自动控制内部的压力大小,当发酵罐体1内压力增加并超过规定的工作压力时自动控制阀19开启,通过排气管20放气,使发酵罐1内压力始终不超过工作压力,同时发酵过程产生的废气通过排气管20排出,方便发酵过程的进行。
所述的PH计17和溶解氧探测器18设于发酵罐体1上端,且PH计17和溶解氧探测器18的下端均插接于发酵罐体1内,通过溶解氧探测器18可检测到发酵罐体1内的溶解氧量,根据此数值,可控制空气进管26进入空气量,以达到增氧目的。
所述的取样管21设于发酵罐体1上端,且取样管21的下端插接于发酵罐体1内,取样管21上设置控制开关阀28,取样管21在发酵罐体1内的管路最下端应超过1/2发酵罐体1的位置。
所述的放料管阀门27和放料管25设于发酵罐体1外下端,放料管阀门27上端通过管路与发酵罐体1下端连接,下端与放料管25连接。
