Abstract

本发明涉及焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,包括粘结剂和主料;所述的粘结剂为磷酸二氢铝,所述的主料包括骨料、填料、金属氧化物和烧结助剂;所述的骨料为刚玉,所述的填料为氧化铝为主的无机耐火填料。本发明用不定型的可塑料来代替原来的定型莫来石砖,增加炉门的整体性提高炉门的强度。该耐火可塑料,致密度高,具有优异的耐磨性。施工方便,使用时只需将主料和粘结剂按照比例进行混合搅拌均匀,涂抹在需要修补的炉门部位后压实,室温下固化干燥后即可。

技术领域
本发明涉及焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,属于耐火技术领域。
背景技术
焦化炉门在改造前一般是使用莫来石砖砌筑的,由于莫来石砖的强度不够好,通常60个压力左右,加上砖与砖之间的结合不好,在长期运行的过程中有碰撞,同时也要经受高温1350℃、低温-35℃的频繁考验,很容易产生砖与砖之间的脱落和开裂,所以要在生产时不断的更换和修复。
发明内容
为了解决目前存在的问题,本发明提供了焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,本发明焦化炉门用耐火可塑料相比于以往的莫来石砖,强度更高,耐磨性更好,。本发明提高了锅炉的修补水平,延长了保修期,提高了运行质量和经济效益。
具体技术方案为:
焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,包括粘结剂和主料;所述的粘结剂为磷酸二氢铝,所述的主料包括骨料、填料、金属氧化物和烧结助剂;所述的骨料为刚玉,所述的填料为氧化铝为主的无机耐火填料。
所述粘结剂为浓度1.35-1.70g/mL磷酸二氢铝水溶液;所述的主料与粘结剂的用量,按照重量比为100:15-25。
所述金属氧化物为氧化镁、氧化锌、氧化铜、氧化锆、氧化钙中的任意一种或者多种混合。
所述烧结助剂为氧化镍、铝酸钠中的任意一种或者多种。
所述骨料用量占主料质量的42%-65%,填料的用量占主料质量的25%-35%。
所述骨料的粒径不大于3mm。
与现有技术相比有以下优点:
用不定型的可塑料来代替原来的定型莫来石砖,增加炉门的整体性提高炉门的强度。该耐火可塑料,致密度高,具有优异的耐磨性。施工方便,使用时只需将主料和粘结剂按照比例进行混合搅拌均匀,涂抹在需要修补的炉门部位后压实,室温下固化干燥后即可。

实施例1
焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,包括粘结剂和主料;所述的粘结剂为磷酸二氢铝,所述的主料包括骨料、填料、金属氧化物和烧结助剂;所述的骨料为刚玉,所述的填料为氧化铝为主的无机耐火填料。
所述粘结剂为浓度1.70g/mL磷酸二氢铝水溶液;所述的主料与粘结剂的用量,按照重量比为100:15。
所述金属氧化物为氧化镁。
所述烧结助剂为氧化镍。
所述骨料用量占主料质量的65%,填料的用量占主料质量的35%。
所述骨料的粒径不大于3mm。
实施例2
焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,包括粘结剂和主料;所述的粘结剂为磷酸二氢铝,所述的主料包括骨料、填料、金属氧化物和烧结助剂;所述的骨料为刚玉,所述的填料为氧化铝为主的无机耐火填料。
所述粘结剂为浓度1.55g/mL磷酸二氢铝水溶液;所述的主料与粘结剂的用量,按照重量比为100: 25。
所述金属氧化物为氧化锌、氧化铜混合。
所述烧结助剂为铝酸钠。
所述骨料用量占主料质量的55%,填料的用量占主料质量的30%。
所述骨料的粒径不大于3mm。
实施例3
焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,包括粘结剂和主料;所述的粘结剂为磷酸二氢铝,所述的主料包括骨料、填料、金属氧化物和烧结助剂;所述的骨料为刚玉,所述的填料为氧化铝为主的无机耐火填料。
所述粘结剂为浓度1.65g/mL磷酸二氢铝水溶液;所述的主料与粘结剂的用量,按照重量比为100:20。
所述金属氧化物为氧化镁、氧化锌、氧化铜、氧化锆、氧化钙中的任意一种或者多种混合。
所述烧结助剂为氧化镍、铝酸钠中的任意一种或者多种。
所述骨料用量占主料质量的45%,填料的用量占主料质量的35%。
所述骨料的粒径不大于3mm。

1.焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,其特征在于,包括粘结剂和主料;所述的粘结剂为磷酸二氢铝,所述的主料包括骨料、填料、金属氧化物和烧结助剂;所述的骨料为刚玉,所述的填料为氧化铝为主的无机耐火填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为浓度1.35-1.70g/mL磷酸二氢铝水溶液;所述的主料与粘结剂的用量,按照重量比为100:15-25。
3.根据权利要求1所述的焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,其特征在于,所述金属氧化物为氧化镁、氧化锌、氧化铜、氧化锆、氧化钙中的任意一种或者多种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,其特征在于,所述烧结助剂为氧化镍、铝酸钠中的任意一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,其特征在于,所述骨料用量占主料质量的42%-65%,填料的用量占主料质量的25%-35%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的焦化炉门用耐火可塑料,其特征在于,所述骨料的1.35-1.70粒径不大于3mm。
