Detailed Description
The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the predetermined creation purpose is further described below with reference to the drawings and the preferred embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the packaging structure of the removable product insulation sheet of the present invention includes a box 10 and at least one content 20.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the box 10 includes an opening 11 and two removable covers 12, the two removable covers 12 selectively close the opening 11, but the number of the removable covers 12 is not limited to two, and may be only one; specifically, in the first embodiment, the two detachable covers 12 are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the periphery of the opening 11 in a bendable manner and open or close the opening 11 in a split manner, while in the embodiment where only one detachable cover 12 is provided, the detachable cover 12 is connected to the periphery of the opening 11 in a bendable manner and extends to the opposite side of the periphery of the connection to close or open the opening 11; the removable cover 12 is not limited to be flexibly connected to the periphery of the opening 11, and in an embodiment with only one removable cover 12, the removable cover 12 may be detachably covered on the periphery of the opening 11, so that the removable cover 12 can be completely removed to open the opening 11.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 6, the content 20 includes a detachable insulation sheet 21 fixed on the detachable cover 12; specifically, in the first embodiment, each of the removable covers 12 has at least one through hole 121, and the insulation sheet 21 of each of the contents 20 passes through the through hole 121 and is attached to the outer side of the removable cover 12, that is, the insulation sheet 21 passes through the through hole 121 under the condition that the removable cover 12 is completely pressed and closes the opening 11, and is then attached to the outer side of the removable cover 12, where the insulation sheet 21 only has a short length between the removable cover 12 and the contents 20.
In addition, the relationship between the number of the through holes 121 and the number of the insulating sheets 21 is not limited, and only one through hole 121 may be provided, and all the insulating sheets 21 may penetrate through the same through hole, or any number of through holes 121 may be provided, such as the number of the through holes being the same as the number of the insulating sheets 21 and corresponding to the number of the through holes, or the like, and even in the second embodiment, there may be no through hole at all.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the second embodiment, the insulation sheet 21A of the content 20A is directly attached to the inner side of the removable cover 12A, that is, for the convenience of attachment, the insulation sheet 21A is fixed to the removable cover 12A under the condition that the removable cover 12A is not completely pressed and a gap is left, and at this time, the length of the insulation sheet 21A left between the removable cover 12A and the content 20A is longer than that of the embodiment with through holes.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the removing cover 12 is opened, the insulating sheet 21 is removed from the content 20; the opening is not limited to the opening degree, and may be slightly opened, that is, the insulating sheet 21 is removed from the content 20 (for example, the cover 12 of the flip-top type is opened by 10 to 30 degrees, or the cap cover is separated by 5 to 10 cm), or the insulating sheet 21 is removed only after the opening is opened to the extent that the content 20 can be taken out (for example, after the cover 12 of the flip-top type is opened by 90 degrees, or the cover 12 of the cap cover is completely separated from the opening 11); further, if the insulation sheet 21 penetrates through the through hole 121 under the condition that the removable cover 12 is completely pressed and seals the opening 11, and is fixed on the outer side surface of the removable cover 12, the insulation sheet 21 can be removed from the content 20 when the removable cover 12 is slightly opened, because the insulation sheet 21 has a short length between the removable cover 12 and the content 20 when being fixed, the removable cover 12 only needs to move a short distance to pull the insulation sheet 21.
On the contrary, referring to fig. 7 and 8, if the insulation sheet 21A is fixed to the detachable cover 12A without a gap (for example, but not limited to, the second embodiment, it is also possible that the first embodiment has a through hole, but the insulation sheet is fixed without completely pressing the detachable cover), the detachable cover 12A needs to be opened a larger distance to detach the insulation sheet 21A, because the insulation sheet 21A has a longer length between the detachable cover 12A and the content 20A during the fixing, so the detachable cover 12A needs to move more than the distance between the detachable cover 12A and the content 20A to pull the insulation sheet 21A.
In both cases, when the insulation sheet 21 is fixed, the distance that the insulation sheet 21 can move relative to the content 20 during the opening process of the removing cover 12 must be ensured to be greater than the length of the insulation sheet 21 inside the content 20, so that the insulation sheet 21 can be removed by opening the removing cover 12.
In addition, referring to fig. 9 and 10, in the first embodiment, the content 20 includes a box 22 and a plurality of products 23, the box 22 has a display area 221, one of the products 23 is located in the display area 221, and the insulation sheet 21 is detachably disposed on the product 23 in the display area 221, but the type of the content 20 is not limited thereto, and there may be no box 22 and only one product 23; also, only the products 23 in the display area 221 may be provided with the insulating sheet 21, or each product 23 may be provided with the insulating sheet 21, but in this case only the insulating sheet 21 of the product 23 in the display area 221 is fixedly attached to the detachable cover.
When the invention is used, firstly, the content 20 is put into the box body 10, then the removing cover 12 is close to the content 20, and the insulation sheet 21 of each content 20 is fixedly arranged on the removing cover 12; in the embodiment where the removable cover 12 has the through hole 121, the closing is to completely close the opening 11 with the removable cover 12 and to fix the insulating sheet 21 on the removable cover 12 after the insulating sheet 21 penetrates through the through hole 121; in the embodiment without the through hole 121, the removable cover 12 is as close as possible to the position completely closing the opening 11 and a gap is reserved for fixing the insulating sheet 21, so as to shorten the length between the removable cover 12 and the content 20 of the insulating sheet 21 as much as possible; in both cases, when the insulation sheet 21 is fixed, each insulation sheet 21 must be fixed at a position where the insulation sheet 21 can move relative to the content 20 by a distance greater than the length of the insulation sheet 21 inside the content 20 during the opening process of the removal cover 12, so that the removal cover 12 can be ensured to pull the insulation sheet 21 out of the content 20 completely during the opening process.
By means of the structure and the box sealing method, when the worker opens the removing cover 12 in the box opening process, the worker can pull the insulating sheets 21 on all the contents 20 in the box out of the interiors of the contents 20, so that the time for removing the insulating sheets 12 when a large number of commodities are put on shelves can be greatly reduced, and the time and the labor cost are further reduced so as to better meet the economic benefit.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
