本发明公开一种双电机重型混动变速箱总成,包括两个电机,一个位于离合器之后主要负责发电,一个位于侧面以输出动力为主。双电机混动可以用更小的发动机,整车油耗预计比单电机混动可以再降低20%左右;而且动力耦合形式更多样,可以驱动电机单独驱动整车,也可以发电机和驱动电机同时驱动整车,更能使用发动机、第二电机、第一电机三个动力源一起驱动整车,更能适应各种整车动力需求。

本发明涉及电动汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种双电机重型混动变速箱总成。
背景技术
由于排放和环境要求,新能源汽车逐渐变成了一种重要的交通工具,愈发的收到世界各国的重视。现有技术中,混合动力多采用P2方案,即将驱动电机放置于发动机与变速箱之间,实现混合动力驱动。
但是这种方案存在以下缺陷:
1)为了提供足够大的扭矩,P2混动方案的电机一定是低速高扭电机,重量重,成本高;
2)P2动力混合***电机主要是提供动力,那么发电时的效率较低。
目前商用车上的混动都是单电机混动,随着混动的进一步发展,双电机混动将是一个重要方向,如果以发展较快的乘用车混动作为参考的话,这一点体现的非常明显。
发明内容
针对背景技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、传动效率高、成本低的双电机重型混动变速箱总成。
为达到上述目的,本发明设计的双电机重型混动变速箱总成,其特征在于:
包括壳体,所述壳体内设有第一腔室和第二腔室;所述第一腔室内设有离合器、第一电机和输入轴;所述第二腔室内设有主轴、输出轴、中间轴、同步器和第二电机;
所述离合器与输入轴连接,所述第一电机位于所述输入轴上,所述输入轴通过输入轴齿轮与位于中间轴上的中间轴齿轮相连;
所述主轴和中间轴上设有行星齿轮组,所述第二电机与中间轴上的其中一个行星齿轮相连,所述同步器用于切换行星齿轮组的挡位。
为了更好的平顺性,作为优选方案,在同步器切换不同挡位时,通过所述第二电机对行星齿轮组进行调速。
优选的,所述主轴设有第一至第五齿轮和主轴齿轮,所述主轴齿轮与设在输出轴上的输出轴齿轮啮合;所述中间轴上设有与所述主轴第一至第五齿轮相适配的第六至第十齿轮;所述第二电机的输出端与所述第六齿轮啮合。
进一步优选的,所述输入轴齿轮与第一齿轮之间设有第一同步器,第一齿轮旁还设有第二同步器,第二和第三齿轮之间设有第三同步器,第四齿轮和第五齿轮之间设有第四同步器;所述壳体与输出轴之间设有第五同步器;所述第一同步器与所述输入轴连接,所述第二至第四同步器与所述主轴连接,所述第五同步器位于后副箱内。
优选的,所述第二电机与中间轴之间设有减速机,第二电机的输出端通过与第二电机中间齿与减速机相连,所述减速机的输出端与第六齿轮啮合。
优选的,所述第一电机为ISG电机,所述第二电机为高速电机。第一电机主要负责发电,也能输出动力;第二电机为驱动电机,以输出动力为主。

本发明的有益效果是:具有两个电机,一个位于离合器之后主要负责发电,一个位于侧面以输出动力为主。双电机混动可以用更小的发动机,整车油耗预计比单电机混动可以再降低20%左右;而且动力耦合形式更多样,可以驱动电机单独驱动整车,也可以发电机和驱动电机同时驱动整车,更能使用发动机、第二电机、第一电机三个动力源一起驱动整车,更能适应各种整车动力需求。
同时,由于采用了双电机,当电池电量不足的时候,发动机可以带动第一电机发电,这时候,整车任然可以用第二电机继续行驶。如果第二电机功率不足以应对整车工况,发动机还可以在带动第一电机的同时,利用后备功率和驱动电机一起驱动整车,实现边正向驱动边充电。
在整车所需驱动力很小的情况下,第二电机可以直接驱动整车;在整车所需动力中等的情况下,第二电机和第一电机同时工作,驱动整车;在极端情况下,发动机、第二电机和第一电机同时工作,提供非常大的驱动力给整车。

所述主轴和中间轴上设有行星齿轮组,所述第二电机与中间轴上的其中一个行星齿轮相连,所述同步器用于切换行星齿轮组的挡位。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双电机重型混动变速箱总成,其特征在于:所述主轴设有第一至第五齿轮和主轴齿轮,所述主轴齿轮与设在输出轴上的输出轴齿轮啮合;所述中间轴上设有与所述主轴第一至第五齿轮相适配的第六至第十齿轮;所述第二电机的输出端与所述第六齿轮啮合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双电机重型混动变速箱总成,其特征在于:所述输入轴齿轮与第一齿轮之间设有第一同步器,第一齿轮旁还设有第二同步器,第二和第三齿轮之间设有第三同步器,第四齿轮和第五齿轮之间设有第四同步器;所述壳体与输出轴之间设有第五同步器;所述第一同步器与所述输入轴连接,所述第二至第四同步器与所述主轴连接,所述第五同步器位于后副箱内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的双电机重型混动变速箱总成,其特征在于:所述第二电机与中间轴之间设有减速机,第二电机的输出端通过与第二电机中间齿与减速机相连,所述减速机的输出端与第六齿轮啮合。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的双电机重型混动变速箱总成,其特征在于:所述第一电机为ISG电机,所述第二电机为高速电机。
7.根据权利要求4所述的双电机重型混动变速箱总成,其特征在于:所述第二电机能够直接驱动整车,此时离合器断开、输入轴通过第一同步器与输入轴齿轮和第一齿轮断开,第二至第五同步器根据需要切换挡位。
8.根据权利要求4所述的双电机重型混动变速箱总成,其特征在于:所述第一电机和第二电机能同时驱动整车,此时离合器断开、输入轴通过第一同步器与输入轴齿轮或者第一齿轮结合,第二至第五同步器根据需要切换挡位。
9.根据权利要求4所述的双电机重型混动变速箱总成,其特征在于:所述第一电机和第二电机以及发动机能同时驱动整车,此时离合器结合、输入轴通过第一同步器与输入轴齿轮或者第一齿轮结合,第二至第五同步器根据需要切换挡位。
10.根据权利要求4所述的双电机重型混动变速箱总成,其特征在于:在制动时,第一电机和第二电机同时发电,此时,离合器断开、输入轴通过第一同步器与输入轴齿轮或者第一齿轮结合,第二至第五同步器根据需要切换挡位。
