Air fryer, its characterized in that: the fryer comprises an upper shell (40) and a lower shell (41) positioned below the upper shell (40), wherein a hot air device (42) generating heat flow is arranged in the upper shell (40), the hot air device (42) comprises a heating element (43) and a fan (44), the lower shell (41) is provided with a cavity (45) accommodating a fryer, the fan (44) drives the heating element (43) to generate heat so as to heat food in the fryer, the side wall of the lower shell (41) is connected with a door assembly (46), the door assembly (46) is slidably connected onto the lower shell (41) through a guide rail, at least one positioning part (47) is distributed on the door assembly (46), correspondingly, a limiting groove (48) is formed on the lower shell (41), and a limiting part (49) is installed in the limiting groove (48); when the door assembly (46) is in sliding connection with the lower shell (41), the positioning piece (47) is in adaptive clamping connection with the limiting piece (49); the upper shell (40) comprises an annular side wall (400) and a top wall (401), a vent hole (402) is formed in the top wall (401), a panel (403) is arranged above the top wall, a gap is formed between the panel (403) and the top wall (401), cold air enters the upper shell (40) through the vent hole through the gap, and an air outlet hole (405) is formed in the rear end of the annular side wall (400); an accommodating groove (51) is formed at the bottom of the lower shell (41), a wire box (52) is assembled in the accommodating groove (51), and a connecting plate (53) is installed outside the wire box (52); the wire box (52) and the connecting plate (53) are enclosed to form an accommodating cavity (58); a built-in power line (54) is arranged in the accommodating cavity (58), an access power line (55) connected with the built-in power line (54) is arranged in the accommodating groove (51) of the lower shell (41), a through hole (59) for the access power line (55) to pass through is formed in the wire box (52), and the access power line (55) passes through the through hole (59) and the end part of the built-in power line (54) respectively extends into the accommodating cavity (58) and then is connected with the end part of the built-in power line (54); the bottom of the wire box (52) is provided with a positioning hole (56) for the built-in power line (54) to pass through, and the outside of the built-in power line (54) is connected with a plug (57).

An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting plate (53) comprises a positioning plate (53-1) and partition plates (53-2) positioned on two sides of the positioning plate (53-1); the positioning plate (53-1) is fixedly connected with the isolation plates (53-2) at the two sides and is integrally formed.
3. An air fryer according to claim 2, wherein: the inclination angle of the isolation plate (53-2) and the positioning plate (53-1) is alpha, and alpha is more than or equal to 95 degrees and less than 175 degrees.
4. An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein: a positioning ring (60) is clamped in the positioning hole (56), and a connecting hole (61) through which the built-in power line (54) passes is formed in the positioning ring (60); the positioning ring (60) is made of plastic materials.
5. An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the lower shell (41) is provided with a mounting groove (62) for placing a plug (57), and the mounting groove (62) is positioned at the bottom of the wire box (52).
6. An air fryer according to claim 5, wherein: the outer end of the mounting groove (62) is fixedly provided with a baffle (63), and the distance between the top of the baffle (63) and the top of the mounting groove (62) is not more than the width of the plug (57).

An air fryer according to claim 5, wherein: the wire box (52) is internally provided with a connecting block (64), a connecting bulge (65) used for clamping the built-in power line (54) is formed in the middle of the connecting block (64), and the connecting bulge (65) is in circular arc transition.
