In order to avoid the situation that the recorded information is inconsistent with the actual situation due to repeated recording of the management server, the article management terminal can record the recording time when the content information of the article to be recorded is recorded. And simultaneously, when the article input information of the article to be input is reported to the management server, the input time is also reported. At this time, if the management server finds that the same item entry information reported by other item management terminals is received before the entry time and after the last reporting time of the item management terminal, the entry and forwarding of the same item entry information may not be performed.

It should be noted that, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, after the article management terminal establishes a communication connection with the management server for the first time, or after the article management terminal establishes a communication connection with the management server again, the content information of the article recorded in the management server and the recording position corresponding to each recorded content information may be acquired. And then emptying the content information of the locally recorded article, and recording the content information of the article recorded in the management server into the recording position corresponding to each content information according to the recording position corresponding to each content information recorded in the management server, so that the consistency of each content information recorded in the article management terminal and the management server is ensured. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, when receiving the article entry information reported by a certain article management terminal, the management server sends the article entry information to the other article management terminals that establish a communication connection with the management server except the article management terminal that reports the article entry information. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the article management terminal may receive the article entry information forwarded by the management server. When receiving the item entry information, the item management terminal needs to enter the content information of the item to be entered in the item entry information into an entry position corresponding to the content information of the item to be entered in the item entry information, so as to ensure that the data in the management server and the other item management terminals in the group are synchronized.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 4, the article management terminal may include an electronic display 2 fixed on the housing of the article storage box 1, and a mobile terminal 4. Therefore, the user can realize the convenience management of the article storage box 1 in use through the electronic display screen 2. And the management of the articles in the article storage box at any position carrying the mobile terminal can be realized through the mobile terminal 4 (such as a mobile phone and the like). In this application embodiment, electronic display 2 can be fixed in on the article storage box shell through mounting such as support to be convenient for take in a flexible way.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, a shopping list function may also be provided to further facilitate the management of the items in the item storage box by the user. For example, a special shopping list interface may be set in the item management terminal, so that the user can input in the interface to generate a shopping list according to the input of the user. Therefore, when a user shops outside, the shopping list can be conveniently checked through the portable mobile terminal, and the risk of shopping omission of the user is reduced. It should be noted that, after a shopping list is generated on a certain article management terminal in the embodiment of the present application, the shopping list may be synchronized to all article management terminals in the group in the same synchronization manner as the content information of the article to be entered.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, when the content information of the item to be entered is entered, if a shopping list exists and the entered item is an item in the shopping list, the item with the number entered in the shopping list can be automatically cleared. In order to prevent the mistaken deletion, in the embodiment of the application, when the entered item is determined to be an item in the shopping list, firstly, whether the user needs to synchronously clear the item in the shopping list is inquired in a mode of a pop-up box or the like, and after the confirmation information of the user is received, the operation of automatically clearing the number of the items entered in the shopping list is executed.
To sum up, according to the management method and system for the articles in the article storage box provided by the embodiment of the application, the article management terminal obtains the article entry information of the articles to be entered in the article storage box and enters the content information of the articles to be entered into the corresponding entry position according to the article entry information, so that a user can effectively inquire the articles in the article storage box through the article management terminal, the user is not required to record the article content on the panel of the article storage box by using a sticky note or a writable article storage box, and the simple and efficient management of the articles in the article storage box is realized. And when receiving the article entry information reported by a certain article management terminal, the management server sends the article entry information as article synchronization information to other article management terminals except the article management terminal reporting the article entry information, which are in communication connection with the management server. Therefore, information synchronization of input articles can be realized among article management terminals, and therefore practicability and reliability of the scheme of the embodiment of the application are improved.
Example two:
the present embodiment takes an article management process applied to a refrigerator as an example on the basis of the first embodiment, and further illustrates the present application.
Referring to fig. 4, an electronic display screen 2 (in the embodiment of the present application, a tablet computer may be used as the electronic display screen) is disposed on the refrigerator 1, and is in communication connection with the management server 3, and the management server 3 is also in communication connection with a mobile terminal 4 of a user. The electronic display screen 2 and the mobile terminal 4 form a group, the group corresponds to each refrigerator in units of refrigerators, namely, one group corresponds to one refrigerator, and the electronic display screen 2 and the mobile terminal 4 in the group can manage articles in the refrigerator 1.
The electronic display screen 2 and the mobile terminal 4 are both installed with application programs capable of executing the method provided by the embodiment of the application.
The user is required to log in to activate the electronic display 2 when the electronic display 2 is first used on a certain refrigerator. The specific login process can be seen in fig. 5. It should be understood that in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the electronic display 2 may not be required to be logged in to activate, but the electronic display 2 is directly bound to the management server 3, and the electronic display 2 is dedicated to the article management of the refrigerator.
After the electronic display screen 2 and the mobile terminal 4 can be used, the user can input the content information of the article to be input through the electronic display screen 2 or the mobile terminal 4. The recording process can be referred to the description in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
After the content information of the article to be input is input on the electronic display screen 2 or the mobile terminal 4, the input can be realized under the action of the management server 3. Illustratively, it is assumed that the user enters content information of "red grape" on the electronic display screen 2, the entered information is reported as "red grape" on the electronic display screen 2, and the entered position is "fruit-grape-red grape". The management server 3 sends the recorded information "red mention" and the recorded position "fruit-grape-red mention" to the mobile terminals 4 in the group, and the mobile terminals 4 automatically record the "red mention" into the storage positions corresponding to the red mention pages according to the hierarchical sequence of the "fruit-grape-red mention".
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 6, a member a in a group may invite other members to enter the group in a form of a two-dimensional code, so that the scheme of the present application has extensibility.
In the embodiment of the application, a shopping list function can be further provided in the application program, and a user can enter the shopping list management interface through a shopping list management interface provided in advance in the application program and input an article to be purchased in the interface, so that a shopping list is generated. The input method of the item to be purchased is similar to the input method of the content information of the item to be entered, and is not described in detail herein.
According to the scheme of the embodiment of the application, effective management of articles stored in the refrigerator can be achieved, meanwhile, information sharing can be achieved among people using the refrigerator, and reliability management of multiple people on the same refrigerator is achieved.
Example three:
based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application also provides an article management device 100 and an article management device 200. Referring to fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 shows an article management apparatus corresponding to steps executed by a management server in the method shown in fig. 1, and fig. 8 shows an article management apparatus corresponding to steps executed by an article management apparatus in the method shown in fig. 1. It should be understood that the various steps involved in the method of FIG. 1 described above may be performed by the apparatus 100 and the apparatus 200 acting together; the specific functions of the apparatus 100 and the apparatus 200 can be referred to the above description, and the detailed description is appropriately omitted here to avoid redundancy. The devices 100 and 200 include at least one software functional module that can be stored in memory in the form of software or firmware or solidified in the operating system of the devices 100 and 200. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
referring to fig. 7, the apparatus 100 is applied to a management server, and includes: a first receiving module 101 and a first transmitting module 102;
the first receiving module 101 is configured to receive article entry information reported by an article management terminal; the article input information comprises content information of an article to be input and an input position corresponding to the content information;
the first sending module 102 is configured to send the article entry information to other article management terminals that are in communication connection with the management server and that are not the article management terminal that reports the article entry information, so that the other article management terminals can enter the content information of the article to be entered in the article entry information and an entry position corresponding to the content information of the article to be entered in the article entry information.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the apparatus 100 further includes an entry unit 103, where the entry unit 103 is configured to, when the first receiving module 101 receives the item entry information reported by a certain item management terminal, enter content information of an item to be entered in the item entry information into an entry position corresponding to the content information of the item to be entered in the item entry information.
Referring to fig. 8, the apparatus 200 is applied to an article management terminal, and includes: a second receiving module 201, a logging module 202, and a second sending module 203;
the second receiving module 201 is used for inputting the article input information of the article to be input into the article storage box; the article input information comprises content information of an article to be input and an input position corresponding to the content information;
the recording module 202 is used for recording the content information of the article to be recorded into a recording position;
the second sending module 203 is configured to report the article entry information to the management server when a communication connection is established with the management server, so that the management server synchronizes the article entry information to other article management terminals.
In this embodiment of the application, the second receiving module 201 is further configured to, when establishing a communication connection with the management server, obtain content information of an item recorded in the management server and a recording position corresponding to each recorded content information; the entry module 202 is further configured to empty the content information of the locally entered item, and enter the content information of the item entered in the management server into an entry position corresponding to each content information according to an entry position corresponding to each content information entered in the management server.
In this embodiment of the application, the second receiving module 201 is further configured to receive article synchronization information sent by the management server; the article synchronization information comprises content information of the article to be synchronized and an entry position corresponding to the content information of the article to be synchronized. The entry module 202 is further configured to, when the second receiving module 201 receives the article synchronization information sent by the management server, enter content information of an article to be synchronized in the article synchronization information sent by the management server into an entry position in the article synchronization information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the article management terminal applied by the apparatus 200 is any article management terminal in a preset group. The default group is a group consisting of all article management terminals capable of having the apparatus 200. Referring to FIG. 10, the apparatus 200 further comprises a group management module 204. The second receiving module 201 is further configured to receive a group invitation instruction for a preset group, and receive group entry request information sent by other article management terminals through scanning a group two-dimensional code. The group management module 204 is configured to display a group two-dimensional code of the preset group when the second receiving module 201 receives a group invitation instruction for the preset group; when the second receiving module 201 receives the group entering request information sent by the other article management terminals through scanning the group two-dimensional code, the other article management terminals are added into the preset group.
It should be understood that the content of the method steps in fig. 1 described in the first embodiment can be implemented by the apparatus 100 and the apparatus 200 of the present embodiment, and for the sake of brevity, the content described in some first embodiments is not repeated in this embodiment.
Example four:
the present embodiment provides an electronic device, which is shown in fig. 11 and includes a processor 1101, a memory 1102 and a communication bus 1103. Wherein:
the communication bus 1103 is used to enable communications between the processor 1101 and the memory 1102.
The processor 1101 is configured to execute one or more first programs stored in the memory 1102 to implement the method performed by the management server in the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment;
or, the processor 1101 is configured to execute one or more second programs stored in the memory 1102 to implement the method performed by the article management terminal in the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment.
It is noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may be a server or a terminal. When the electronic device is a server, the electronic device executes the method executed by the management server in the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment. In this case, the electronic device should further have a communication interface to realize communication with the article management terminal. And when the electronic device is a terminal, the electronic device executes the method executed by the article management terminal in the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment. The electronic device should also have a communication interface to enable and manage communication between the service areas, and a display screen to provide the displayed item information to the user.
The present embodiment further provides a readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, an optical disk, a hard disk, a flash Memory, a usb (Secure Digital Card), an MMC (Multimedia Card), etc., in which one or more programs for implementing the above steps are stored, and the one or more programs can be executed by one or more processors to implement the method executed by the management server in the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment, or to implement the method executed by the article management terminal in the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment. And will not be described in detail herein.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. receiving article input information of articles in an article storage box reported by a certain article management terminal;
and sending the article entry information to other article management terminals which are in communication connection with the management server and except the article management terminal reporting the article entry information, so that the other article management terminals can enter the content information of the article to be entered in the article entry information into the entry position corresponding to the content information of the article to be entered in the article entry information.
2. The method for managing the articles in the article storage box according to claim 1, further comprising, after receiving the article entry information of the articles in the article storage box reported from a certain article management terminal:
and recording the content information of the article to be recorded in the article recording information into a recording position corresponding to the content information of the article to be recorded in the article recording information.
3. A method for managing articles in an article storage box is applied to an article management terminal, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring article entry information of articles stored in an article storage box; the article entry information comprises content information of an article to be entered and an entry position corresponding to the content information;
recording the content information of the article to be recorded into the recording position;
when communication connection is established with a management server, the article entry information is reported to the management server, so that the management server synchronizes the article entry information to other article management terminals.
4. The method for managing items in an item storage box according to claim 3, wherein the method for managing items in an item storage box further comprises:
when the communication connection with the management server is established, acquiring the content information of the recorded articles in the management server and the recorded position corresponding to each content information;
emptying the content information of the locally recorded articles, and recording the content information of the articles recorded in the management server into the recording positions corresponding to the content information according to the recording positions corresponding to the content information recorded in the management server.
5. The method for managing items in an item storage box according to claim 3, further comprising:
when receiving the article synchronization information sent by the management server, recording the content information of the article to be synchronized in the article synchronization information sent by the management server into a recording position in the article synchronization information;
the article synchronization information comprises content information of an article to be synchronized and an entry position corresponding to the content information of the article to be synchronized.

The method for managing the items in the item storage box according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the item management terminal is any one of the item management terminals in a preset group; the preset group is a group consisting of all article management terminals capable of executing the method for managing the articles in the article storage box according to any one of claims 3 to 5; the method further comprises the following steps:
when a group invitation instruction aiming at the preset group is received, displaying a group two-dimensional code of the preset group;
and when receiving group entering request information sent by other article management terminals through scanning the group two-dimensional code, adding the other article management terminals into the preset group.
7. A system for managing articles in an article storage bin, comprising:
the article management terminal is used for acquiring article entry information of articles to be entered stored in the article storage box and entering content information of the articles to be entered in the article entry information into an entry position corresponding to the content information in the article entry information; when communication connection is established with a management server, the article entry information is reported to the management server; and content information for displaying the entered item;
and the management server is used for sending the article entry information to other article management terminals which are in communication connection with the management server and except the article management terminal reporting the article entry information when receiving the article entry information reported by a certain article management terminal, so that the other article management terminals can enter the content information of the article to be entered in the article entry information into the entry position corresponding to the content information of the article to be entered in the article entry information.
8. The system for managing objects in an object storage box according to claim 7, wherein the object management terminal is an electronic display screen fixed to a housing of the object storage box; and the other article management terminals are mobile terminals.
9. An article management apparatus applied to a management server, comprising: the device comprises a first receiving module and a first sending module;
the first receiving module is used for receiving the article input information reported by the article management terminal; the article entry information comprises content information of an article to be entered and an entry position corresponding to the content information;
the first sending module is used for sending the article entry information to other article management terminals which are in communication connection with the management server and except the article management terminal reporting the article entry information, so that the other article management terminals can enter the content information of the article to be entered in the article entry information into the entry position corresponding to the content information of the article to be entered in the article entry information.
10. An article management device, applied to an article management terminal, comprising: the system comprises a second receiving module, an entry module and a second sending module;
the second receiving module is used for acquiring article entry information of articles to be entered stored in the article storage box; the article entry information comprises content information of an article to be entered and an entry position corresponding to the content information;
the input module is used for inputting the content information of the article to be input into the input position;
the second sending module is used for reporting the article entry information to the management server when communication connection is established between the second sending module and the management server, so that the management server synchronizes the article entry information to other article management terminals.
11. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, and a communication bus;
the communication bus is used for realizing connection communication between the processor and the memory;
the processor is configured to execute one or more first programs stored in the memory to implement the method of managing items in the item storage box according to claim 1 or 2;
or the processor is used for executing one or more second programs stored in the memory to realize the management method of the articles in the article storage box according to any one of claims 3-6.
