本发明涉及推拉窗技术领域,尤其涉及一种高密封防水隔热的铝木推拉窗,包括外框架,所述外框架的内部设置有两个平行的方形滑轨,且每个方形滑轨上通过滑动机构设置有一个窗户框架,所述滑动机构包括开设在窗户框架外侧四周相通的方形槽和固定安装在窗户框架下端且位于方形槽内部的滑轮,所述滑轮与方形滑轨相抵,且方形滑轨卡接在方形槽的内部,所述方形槽的内部设置有密封机构,所述密封机构包括固定胶连在方形槽两端侧壁上的弹性胶条。通过设置密封机构,使得弹性胶条在弹力机构的作用下,始终挤压着方形滑轨,不会因为后期弹性胶条老化造成密封性变差,此外钢化真空玻璃的设置可以起到良好的隔热隔音效果,实用性强,适合推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及推拉窗技术领域,尤其涉及一种高密封防水隔热的铝木推拉窗。
背景技术
推拉窗有不占据室内空间的优点,外观美丽、价格经济、密封性较好,采用高档滑轨,轻轻一推,开启灵活,配上大块的玻璃,既增加室内的采光,又改善建筑物的整体形貌,窗扇的受力状态好、不易损坏,并且现在又因为美观环保设计出一种铝木推拉窗,是由铝合金和木材合并打造完成,造型美观。但是现有的推拉窗在长时间使用后,密封性会随着密封胶条老化而逐渐变得一般,为此,设计一种高密封防水隔热的铝木推拉窗是现在亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在推拉窗的密封性逐渐降低的缺点,而提出的一种高密封防水隔热的铝木推拉窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种高密封防水隔热的铝木推拉窗,包括外框架,所述外框架的内部设置有两个平行的方形滑轨,且每个方形滑轨上通过滑动机构设置有一个窗户框架,所述滑动机构包括开设在窗户框架外侧四周相通的方形槽和固定安装在窗户框架下端且位于方形槽内部的滑轮,所述滑轮与方形滑轨相抵,且方形滑轨卡接在方形槽的内部,所述方形槽的内部设置有密封机构,所述密封机构包括固定胶连在方形槽两端侧壁上的弹性胶条,所述弹性胶条的内部设置有弹力机构,所述弹力机构包括固定连接在方形槽内壁上的弹簧,且弹簧位于弹性胶条的内部,所述弹性胶条的内部弧形顶端固定粘连有橡胶顶块,所述弹簧的另一端与橡胶顶块相连,所述窗户框架的内部固定安装有钢化真空玻璃。
优选的,所述窗户框架与钢化真空玻璃之间胶连有密封条。
优选的,两个所述窗户框架之间设置有锁扣。
优选的,所述窗户框架上且远离锁扣的一端通过螺丝固定安装有把手。
优选的,所述外框架的一侧固定安装有均匀分布的栏杆。
本发明提出的一种高密封防水隔热的铝木推拉窗,有益效果在于:该高密封防水隔热的铝木推拉窗通过设置密封机构,使得弹性胶条在弹力机构的作用下,始终挤压着方形滑轨,不会因为后期弹性胶条老化造成密封性变差,此外钢化真空玻璃的设置可以起到良好的隔热隔音效果,实用性强,适合推广。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,一种高密封防水隔热的铝木推拉窗,包括外框架1,外框架1的内部设置有两个平行的方形滑轨5,且每个方形滑轨5上通过滑动机构设置有一个窗户框架2,两个窗户框架2之间设置有锁扣11,锁扣11的设置可以方便我们将两个窗户框架2的位置固定,窗户框架2上且远离锁扣11的一端通过螺丝固定安装有把手12,把手12的设置可以方便我们移动窗户框架2,滑动机构包括开设在窗户框架2外侧四周相通的方形槽4和固定安装在窗户框架2下端且位于方形槽4内部的滑轮6,滑轮6与方形滑轨5相抵,且方形滑轨5卡接在方形槽4的内部,在滑轮6的作用下可以实现窗户框架2在方形滑轨5上的自由移动,且在方形滑轨5和方形槽4的配合作用下,可以实现窗户框架2的限位滑动。
本发明中,方形槽4的内部设置有密封机构,密封机构包括固定胶连在方形槽4两端侧壁上的弹性胶条7,弹性胶条7的内部设置有弹力机构,弹力机构包括固定连接在方形槽4内壁上的弹簧8,且弹簧8位于弹性胶条7的内部,弹性胶条7的内部弧形顶端固定粘连有橡胶顶块9,弹簧8的另一端与橡胶顶块9相连,窗户框架2的内部固定安装有钢化真空玻璃3,窗户框架2与钢化真空玻璃3之间胶连有密封条10,外框架1的一侧固定安装有均匀分布的栏杆13,通过设置密封机构,使得弹性胶条7在弹力机构内弹簧8的作用下,始终挤压着方形滑轨5,不会因为后期弹性胶条7老化造成密封性变差,钢化真空玻璃3的设置可以起到良好的隔热隔音效果,栏杆13的安装可以提高推拉窗的安全性。

1.一种高密封防水隔热的铝木推拉窗,包括外框架(1),其特征在于,所述外框架(1)的内部设置有两个平行的方形滑轨(5),且每个方形滑轨(5)上通过滑动机构设置有一个窗户框架(2),所述滑动机构包括开设在窗户框架(2)外侧四周相通的方形槽(4)和固定安装在窗户框架(2)下端且位于方形槽(4)内部的滑轮(6),所述滑轮(6)与方形滑轨(5)相抵,且方形滑轨(5)卡接在方形槽(4)的内部,所述方形槽(4)的内部设置有密封机构,所述密封机构包括固定胶连在方形槽(4)两端侧壁上的弹性胶条(7),所述弹性胶条(7)的内部设置有弹力机构,所述弹力机构包括固定连接在方形槽(4)内壁上的弹簧(8),且弹簧(8)位于弹性胶条(7)的内部,所述弹性胶条(7)的内部弧形顶端固定粘连有橡胶顶块(9),所述弹簧(8)的另一端与橡胶顶块(9)相连,所述窗户框架(2)的内部固定安装有钢化真空玻璃(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封防水隔热的铝木推拉窗,其特征在于,所述窗户框架(2)与钢化真空玻璃(3)之间胶连有密封条(10)。
