the upper part of the cross beam (3) is movably provided with a storage box (7), the bottom of the storage box (7) is fixedly connected with a buckling plate (27), two sides of the inside of the buckling plate (27) are respectively rotatably provided with a moving wheel (26), the moving wheels (26) are arranged inside a sliding groove (18), rotating shafts (31) are respectively arranged below two ends of the storage box (7), two ends of each rotating shaft (31) are respectively connected with a fixed plate (24), the top of each fixed plate (24) is connected with the storage box (7) through a second electric telescopic column (28) which is vertically arranged, a plurality of screen plates (23) are connected outside the rotating shafts (31), a plurality of cutting knives (29) are respectively arranged on two sides of each screen plate (23), conveying belts (25) which are obliquely arranged are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the storage box (7), and the top of each conveying belt (25) is arranged inside the storage box, the bottom faces one side of the mesh plate (23).

step four: during the rotation of the screen plate (23), a plurality of cutting knives (29) on the side surface of the screen plate (23) cut and crush the garbage, so that the volume of the garbage is reduced, the rotating directions of the screen plates (23) on two sides are opposite, the screen plate (23) on one side close to the impeller (6) rotates clockwise, and the screen plate (23) on the other side rotates anticlockwise.
