Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of slot hole repair, and discloses a method for repairing a fixed waist-round long slot hole of a slotting cutter rest. Because the inner slotted hole of the existing slotting cutter rest is easy to be damaged or even broken in the long-term use process, the wear-resistant steel plates are arranged on the left and right sides of the damaged part of the inner slotted hole of the slotting cutter rest during repair, so that the damaged part of the slotted hole is positioned on one side of the wear-resistant steel plate, then the damaged part is welded, filled and repaired, after the filled materials are solidified, the wear-resistant steel plate is detached and the materials are ground, so that the damaged part of the slotted hole is repaired more firmly and is more suitable for the original slotted hole, the damaged part of the slotted hole is restored to a perfect state, and the work of a subsequent machine tool is powerfully guaranteed.

Background
The numerical control tool rest is the most common auxiliary device of the numerical control lathe, and can enable the numerical control lathe to finish various and even all machining processes in one-time clamping of a workpiece so as to shorten the auxiliary time of machining and reduce errors caused by multiple times of installation of the workpiece in the machining process, thereby improving the machining efficiency and the machining precision of the machine tool. In other large-scale equipment, such as emergency diesel engines, turbines and other bodies of nuclear power plants, the shells are usually cast parts, and once cracks are found in the cast parts during the operation of the equipment, the defects are difficult to treat. In the prior art, the conventional means for repairing cracks is repair welding, but the weldability is obviously extremely poor due to higher carbon content and poor toughness of cast iron materials, the welding success rate is low even if a machine body with crack defects is specially welded, and in the process of attempting repair welding, cracks can be expanded due to thermal stress, and even parts are scrapped frequently. Therefore, we propose a method for repairing the fixed waist-round long slotted hole of the slotted tool rest to solve the above problems.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the conventional slotted hole repairing method only uses a welding tool to simply weld the damaged part, the stability of the welded part is not strong, and the welded part has depressions and bulges, so that the normal use of the slotting cutter frame is influenced.

The conventional slotted hole repairing method only uses a welding tool to simply weld the damaged part, the stability of the welded part is not strong, and the welded part has depressions and bulges, so that the normal use of the slotting cutter frame is influenced.

s1, selecting materials, selecting three groups of slotting tool rests with damaged slotted holes, and measuring the slotted holes in the slotting tool rests to ensure that the slotted holes are equal in size and volume;
s2, cleaning the slotted holes, and cleaning the inner walls of the slotted holes by using a cleaning brush to ensure that no impurities are attached to the insides of the slotted holes;
s3, welding, namely, welding and filling the damaged part of the slotted hole in the slotting cutter rest, wherein the filled part is not higher than the horizontal plane at the top of the slotting cutter rest, arranging a wear-resistant steel plate above the filled groove, wherein the periphery of the wear-resistant steel plate is movably connected with the inside of the slotted hole by fillet welding, the wear-resistant steel plate is provided with another slotted hole, and the slotted hole is welded with the slotting cutter rest;
s4, filling and repairing, namely filling welding materials into one side of the wear-resistant steel plate, waiting for 1.5-3h, and removing the wear-resistant steel plate after the welding materials are solidified;
s5, repairing, namely polishing redundant welding materials by using a polishing device to enable the redundant welding materials to be positioned at the same horizontal plane with the inner wall of the slotted hole, cleaning the polished welding materials, and smearing lubricating materials on the inner wall of the slotted hole;
and S6, testing, namely, mounting the repaired slotted holes of the slotted knife rest on a machine tool, and testing the strength and toughness of the three groups of repaired slotted holes to finish repairing.
2. The method for repairing a slotted hole fixed by a slotted knife rest according to claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the slotted knife rest is made of the same material and has the same size as the slotted hole, and the slotted hole is damaged to a similar degree.

The method for repairing a fixed kidney-shaped long slot hole of a slotting tool rest according to claim 1, wherein in the step S3, wear-resistant steel plates are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the damaged position of the slot hole in the slotting tool rest, and the inner part of each wear-resistant steel plate is movably connected with the slot hole of the slotting tool rest through the opened hole.

6. The method for repairing a fixed kidney-round long slot hole of a slotting tool rest according to claim 1, wherein in the step S6, three groups of repaired slotting tool rests are tested simultaneously, and the type and model of a machine tool used for the test are completely the same.
