Example 4
The embodiment provides a loudspeaker cone, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion into the paper pulp, wherein the addition amount is 10% of the mass of the oven-dried pulp, and uniformly stirring to obtain a prefabricated pulp;
(2) carrying out slurry fishing, hot-press molding and punching on the prefabricated slurry obtained in the step (1) to obtain a pretreated cone;
(3) and (3) mixing emulsified paraffin with the mass being 4% of that of the oven dry stock with water (the mass ratio of the emulsified paraffin to the water is 1:2), uniformly stirring, spraying the mixture on the surface of the pretreated cone paper obtained in the step (2), and drying at 105 ℃ for 30min to obtain the loudspeaker cone paper.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a loudspeaker cone, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion into the paper pulp, wherein the addition amount is 5% of the mass of the oven-dried pulp, and uniformly stirring to obtain a prefabricated pulp;
(2) carrying out slurry fishing, hot-press molding and punching on the prefabricated slurry obtained in the step (1) to obtain a pretreated cone;
(3) and (3) mixing emulsified paraffin with the mass being 1% of that of the oven dry stock with water (the mass ratio of the emulsified paraffin to the water is 1:2), uniformly stirring, spraying the mixture on the surface of the pretreated cone paper obtained in the step (2), and drying at 107 ℃ for 25min to obtain the loudspeaker cone paper.

The embodiment provides a loudspeaker cone, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion into the paper pulp, wherein the addition amount is 15% of the mass of the oven-dried pulp, and stirring; continuing to add emulsified paraffin into the pulp after 15min, wherein the addition amount is 5% of the mass of the oven-dried pulp, and uniformly stirring to obtain prefabricated pulp;
(2) and (3) carrying out slurry fishing, hot-press molding and punching on the prefabricated slurry obtained in the step (1) to obtain the loudspeaker cone.

The embodiment provides a loudspeaker cone, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion into the paper pulp, wherein the addition amount is 3 percent of the mass of the oven-dried pulp, and stirring; continuing adding emulsified paraffin into the pulp after 15min, wherein the adding amount is 1% of the mass of the oven-dried pulp, and uniformly stirring to obtain prefabricated pulp;
(2) and (3) carrying out slurry fishing, hot-press molding and punching on the prefabricated slurry obtained in the step (1) to obtain the loudspeaker cone.
Example 8
The embodiment provides a loudspeaker cone, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion into the paper pulp, wherein the addition amount is 15% of the mass of the oven-dried pulp, and stirring; continuing adding emulsified paraffin into the pulp after 15min, wherein the adding amount is 1% of the mass of the oven-dried pulp, and uniformly stirring to obtain prefabricated pulp;
(2) and (3) carrying out slurry fishing, hot-press molding and punching on the prefabricated slurry obtained in the step (1) to obtain the loudspeaker cone.
Example 9
The embodiment provides a loudspeaker cone, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion into the paper pulp, wherein the addition amount is 3 percent of the mass of the oven-dried pulp, and stirring; continuing to add emulsified paraffin into the pulp after 15min, wherein the addition amount is 5% of the mass of the oven-dried pulp, and uniformly stirring to obtain prefabricated pulp;
(2) and (3) carrying out slurry fishing, hot-press molding and punching on the prefabricated slurry obtained in the step (1) to obtain the loudspeaker cone.
Example 10
The difference between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 is that the addition amount of the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion in the step (1) is 18 percent of the mass of the oven-dried pulp.

This example is different from example 1 in that the amount of the emulsified paraffin added in step (1) is 8% by mass of the oven-dried slurry.

The embodiment provides a loudspeaker cone, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) carrying out pulp fishing, hot-press forming and punching on the paper pulp to obtain a pretreated cone;
(2) mixing cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion with the mass being 10% of the oven dry pulp, emulsified paraffin with the mass being 2% of the oven dry pulp and water (the mass ratio of the emulsified paraffin to the water is 1:2), uniformly stirring, spraying the mixture on the surface of the pretreated paper cone obtained in the step (1), and drying at 105 ℃ for 30min to obtain the loudspeaker paper cone.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example differs from example 1 in that no emulsified paraffin and no cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion were added in step (1).
Comparative example 2
This comparative example differs from example 1 in that no emulsified paraffin was added in step (1).
Comparative example 3
The comparative example is different from example 1 in that no emulsified paraffin is added in step (1) and the addition amount of the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion is 15% of the mass of the oven-dried pulp.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example differs from example 1 in that no cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion was added in step (1).
Comparative example 5
The comparative example is different from example 1 in that no cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion is added in step (1), and the addition amount of the emulsified paraffin is 12% of the mass of oven-dried pulp.
Comparative example 6

Comparative example 7
The comparative example provides a loudspeaker cone, and the preparation method is as follows:
(1) adding refined rosin PC-8000 into the paper pulp, wherein the adding amount is 2% of the weight of the oven-dried pulp, and stirring; continuously adding aluminum sulfate into the slurry after 15min, wherein the addition amount of the aluminum sulfate is 8% of the mass of the oven-dried slurry, and uniformly stirring to obtain a prefabricated slurry;
(2) and (3) carrying out slurry fishing, hot-press molding and punching on the prefabricated slurry obtained in the step (1) to obtain the loudspeaker cone.
And (3) performance testing:
(1) moisture resistance: the lower the water absorption, the better the moisture resistance. The specific test method comprises the following steps: and (3) placing the cone in an environment with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the humidity of 85% for 14 days, and recording the weight gain percentage of the cone before and after storage, namely the water absorption rate.
(2) Waterproof performance:
IPX5 grade test standard: carrying out a water spraying test; test equipment: the inner diameter of a water spraying opening of the nozzle is 6.3 mm; the test conditions are as follows: the distance between a sample to be detected and a water spray nozzle is 2.5-3 m, and the water flow is 12.5L/min; test time: calculated according to the surface area of the shell of the sample to be tested, each square meter is 1min (excluding the installation area), and the total test time is not less than 3 min.
IPX6 grade test standard: carrying out a strong water spraying test; test equipment: the inner diameter of a water spraying opening of the nozzle is 12.5 mm; the test conditions are as follows: the distance between a sample to be detected and a water spray nozzle is 2.5-3 m, and the water flow is 100L/min; test time: calculated according to the surface area of the shell of the sample to be tested, the total test time is not less than 3min (excluding the installation area) per square meter for 1 min.
IPX7 grade test standard: short-time soaking test; test equipment and test conditions: the size of the water immersion tank is such that after a sample to be detected is placed in the water immersion tank, the distance from the bottom of the sample to the water surface is at least 1m, and the distance from the top of the sample to the water surface is at least 0.15 m; test time: and (3) 30 min.
The moisture resistance and the water resistance of the speaker cones provided in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 7 of the present invention were tested according to the above methods, and the specific data are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the data in table 1, compared with the speaker cone disclosed in the prior art in comparative example 7, the speaker cones provided in the embodiments 1 to 6 of the present invention have excellent waterproof property and moisture resistance, the waterproof property can reach IPX7 level, the water absorption rate is lower than 4.72%, even as low as 3.35%, and the application requirements of the speaker in harsh environments such as underwater or humid outdoor can be fully satisfied.
If the mass of the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion in the preparation raw material of the loudspeaker cone is more than 15% of the mass of the oven dry stock (example 10) and the mass of the emulsified paraffin is more than 5% of the mass of the oven dry stock (example 11), the operability in the production of the cone is adversely affected, and the production efficiency is reduced. If the mass ratio of the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion to the emulsified paraffin is beyond the preferable range (1-7): 1 (examples 8 and 9) of the invention, the waterproof and moistureproof performance of the loudspeaker cone is reduced.
In addition, in the speaker cone provided by the invention, the emulsified paraffin can be added in the slurry fishing stage (examples 1-3), or can be sprayed on the cone after punching (examples 4 and 5), and the technical effect of water resistance and moisture resistance can be achieved only by adding the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion in the slurry fishing stage. If the cationic benzo emulsion is sprayed onto the cone after die cutting (example 12), the absorption of the cone will increase and the moisture resistance will decrease.
If the speaker cone is not subjected to any waterproof and moistureproof treatment in the preparation process (comparative example 1) and only a single cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion or emulsified paraffin is added (comparative examples 2-6), the cone with waterproof and moistureproof performances cannot be obtained, the waterproof and moistureproof performances of the speaker cone are proved to be realized based on the synergistic compounding of the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion and the emulsified paraffin, and the technical effects of the waterproof and moistureproof the speaker cone cannot be achieved by singly adding any one or even increasing the dosage of the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion and the emulsified paraffin.
The applicant states that the present invention is described by the above embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above process steps, i.e. it does not mean that the present invention must rely on the above process steps to implement the speaker cone of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (19)

1. The loudspeaker cone is characterized in that raw materials for preparing the loudspeaker cone comprise paper pulp, cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion and emulsified paraffin; the mass of the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion is 4-15% of that of the oven dry stock, and the mass ratio of the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion to the emulsified paraffin is (1-7): 1.
2. The loudspeaker cone of claim 1, wherein the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion is 5-15% of oven dry pulp by mass.
3. The loudspeaker cone of claim 1, wherein the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion has a pH of 4.0-6.0.
4. The loudspeaker cone of claim 1, wherein the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion has latex particles with a particle size of 50-100 nm.
5. The loudspeaker cone of claim 1, wherein the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion has a Zeta potential of 40-60 mV.
6. The loudspeaker cone of claim 1, wherein the mass of the emulsified paraffin is 1-5% of the mass of the oven dried pulp.
7. The loudspeaker cone of claim 1, wherein the emulsified paraffin has a pH of 3.0 to 5.0.
8. A method for preparing a loudspeaker cone as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the loudspeaker cone is prepared by the following preparation method I or preparation method II:
the preparation method I comprises the following steps: mixing and dispersing paper pulp, cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion and emulsified paraffin, and then carrying out pulp fishing, hot-press molding and punching to obtain the loudspeaker cone;
the preparation method II comprises the following steps: mixing and dispersing paper pulp and cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion, and then carrying out pulp fishing, hot-press molding and punching to obtain a pretreated cone; and coating emulsified paraffin on the surface of the pretreated cone paper, and drying to obtain the loudspeaker cone paper.
9. The production method according to claim 8, wherein the pulp in both production method I and production method II is pulp obtained by beating.
10. The method of manufacturing according to claim 9, wherein the beating is performed by: and (3) shredding the pulp board, placing the shredded pulp board in a pulping machine, adding water, pulping, and diluting the obtained pulp with water to obtain the paper pulp.
11. The process according to claim 8, wherein the mixing and dispersing are carried out by the processes of production I and production II under stirring.
12. The method of claim 8, wherein the coating is performed by spray coating.
13. The method according to claim 8, wherein the drying temperature in the method II is 100 to 110 ℃.
14. The method according to claim 13, wherein the drying temperature in the method II is 103 to 107 ℃.
15. The method according to claim 8, wherein the drying time in method II is 10 to 50 min.
16. The method according to claim 15, wherein the drying time in method II is 25 to 35 min.
17. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the preparation method I is specifically: shredding a pulp board, placing the shredded pulp board in a pulping machine, adding water, and pulping to obtain pulp, and diluting the obtained pulp with water to obtain the paper pulp; and adding the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion and the emulsified paraffin into the paper pulp, stirring and dispersing, and then carrying out pulp fishing, hot press molding and punching to obtain the loudspeaker cone.

The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the preparation method II is specifically: shredding a pulp board, placing the shredded pulp board in a pulping machine, adding water, and pulping to obtain pulp, and diluting the obtained pulp with water to obtain the paper pulp; adding cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion into paper pulp, stirring and dispersing, and then carrying out pulp fishing, hot-press molding and punching to obtain a pretreated paper basin; and spraying emulsified paraffin on the surface of the pretreated cone paper, and drying at 100-110 ℃ for 10-50 min to obtain the loudspeaker cone paper.
19. A loudspeaker, characterized in that the loudspeaker comprises a loudspeaker cone according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
