Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of travel switches, in particular to a travel limit stop, a travel limit device using the travel limit stop and equipment using the travel limit device.
Background
In many machines with position sensing, roller travel switches are typically used to control the position of the moving parts, and the range of motion can be controlled to within a safe and effective range by the roller travel switches. The roller type travel switch is also called position switch or limit switch, it is a common low current master control electric appliance, it is mainly installed on the mechanical moving part, the mechanical moving direction or travel can be controlled by the contact action of the roller type travel switch, it changes the mechanical displacement into electric signal, the motor running state changes, thus limits the mechanical movement, realizes the safety protection, electric linkage or program control.
The conventional roller type travel switches can be classified into mechanical contact type roller type travel switches (direct-acting type, roller type and microswitch type) and non-contact type (photoelectric type and induction type) according to structures, wherein the single-roller type limit switch with the contact type roller type travel switch having the automatic reset function is widely applied. The structure principle of a roller type travel switch is shown in fig. 1, and the roller type travel switch comprises a roller 1, a rotating arm 2 and a return spring 3. When a limit stop on a controlled machine impacts a rotating arm 2 with a roller 1, the rotating arm 2 rotates, and when the rotating angle reaches a certain value, a normally closed contact of the roller type travel switch is opened, and a normally open contact of the roller type travel switch is closed. When the roller type travel switch leaves a certain distance from the limit stop, the rotating arm 2 is gradually restored to the original non-rotating state under the action of the return spring 3, and the contact of the roller type travel switch is also reset accordingly. The roller type travel switch often fails in application, that is, a roller of the roller type travel switch cannot break a control circuit after contacting a limiting block, and common faults are that the return spring of the roller type travel switch is weakened or even damaged. The roller type travel switch is connected with a moving part of mechanical equipment, not only plays roles of position detection and limiting by itself, but also can be completed by being matched with a limit stop. The damage of the roller type travel switch is related to the state of frequently colliding a limit stop and the mechanical motion itself, and the mechanical motion is often in the limit of two ends in practical application, such as the detection of the retraction and extension state of a hydraulic cylinder and the opening and closing of an electric door. Therefore, the working state of the roller type travel switch after collision with the limit stop needs to be adjusted, the service life of the roller type travel switch is prolonged, and the failure rate of mechanical equipment is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a travel limit stop block which can prolong the service life of a roller type travel switch and reduce the failure rate of mechanical equipment.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a stroke limiting device which can prolong the service life of the roller type stroke switch and reduce the failure rate of mechanical equipment.

In order to achieve the first object, the invention provides a travel limit stop having a switch contacting portion, the switch contacting portion having a first impact inclined plane, a maintaining plane and a reset groove, wherein the first impact inclined plane, the maintaining plane and the reset groove are sequentially disposed on the same side of the switch contacting portion in a direction of the roller type travel switch impacting the travel limit stop.
According to the scheme, the travel limit stop disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the reset groove is formed, so that the roller type travel switch can be reset at the reset groove after the roller type travel switch impacts the first impact inclined plane to complete a switching task, the condition that the rotating arm cannot be restored to the original state due to the fact that the spring in the roller type travel switch is in a compressed state for a long time is changed, and the service life of the roller type travel switch is prolonged.
In a further scheme, the reset groove is provided with a second impact inclined plane, and the second impact inclined plane is arranged on one side, away from the first impact inclined plane, of the reset groove.
Therefore, the reset groove is provided with the second impact inclined plane, so that the roller type travel switch can complete the switching task by impacting the second impact inclined plane when the roller type travel switch cannot complete the switching task after impacting the first impact inclined plane, the reliable stop of the moving machine is realized, the reliability of the moving machine is improved, and the failure rate of mechanical equipment is reduced.
In a further scheme, in the direction that the roller type travel switch impacts the travel limit stop, the length of the first impact inclined surface is smaller than or equal to that of the second impact inclined surface.
Therefore, the length of the first impact inclined surface is less than or equal to that of the second impact inclined surface, so that when the second impact inclined surface is impacted, enough capacity is available for completing the switching task, and the moving machine can be reliably stopped.
In a further aspect, the second impact ramp is disposed at a first predetermined angle relative to the retaining plane.
Therefore, the second impact inclined plane and the maintaining plane are arranged at a first preset angle, and the inclination angle of the second impact inclined plane can be set according to the actual condition of the travel switch, so that the moving machine can be reliably stopped.

According to the scheme, the travel limit stop block of the travel limit device is provided with the reset groove, so that the roller type travel switch can be reset at the reset groove after impacting the first impact inclined plane to complete a switching task, the problem that a rotating arm cannot be restored to an original state due to the fact that a spring in the roller type travel switch is in a compressed state for a long time is solved, and the service life of the roller type travel switch is prolonged.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 2, the travel limit device of the present invention includes a roller type travel switch 10 and a travel limit stop 20, and the roller type travel switch 10 and the travel limit stop 20 are cooperatively disposed, wherein the travel limit stop 20 is made of a metal material, and preferably, the metal material includes an alloy material. The arrangement of the roller type position switch 10 and the position limit stopper 20 is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein. The roller type travel switch 10 may be a conventional roller type travel switch, and the structure of the roller type travel switch is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein. The travel limit device of the invention can be applied to equipment with the travel limit device, and the equipment with the travel limit device can be a machine tool with travel limit detection, a hoisting machine with travel limit detection, a door with travel limit detection (such as an automatic door of an elevator) and the like.
As can be seen from the above, the travel limit stop of the present invention, by providing the reset groove 24, the roller type travel switch 10 can be reset at the reset groove 24 after impacting the first impact inclined plane 22 to complete the switching task, which changes the situation that the rotating arm cannot be restored to the original state due to the long-term compression of the spring inside the roller type travel switch 10, and improves the service life of the roller type travel switch 10. In addition, the reset groove 24 is provided with the second impact inclined surface 25, so that when the roller type travel switch 10 cannot complete the switching task after impacting the first impact inclined surface 22, the second impact inclined surface 25 is impacted to complete the switching task, thereby realizing the reliable stop of the moving machine, improving the reliability of the moving machine and reducing the failure rate of mechanical equipment.
