In the practice of long-term design, manufacturing, installation and use and later maintenance, traditional transfer passage has more drawback and not enough, including operate inconvenient, the commonality is poor, maintain the maintenance difficulty, be unfavorable for keeping the atmospheric pressure in the closed box indoor stable, cause easily that radioactive substance reveals etc..
In nuclear facilities or radioactive sites, shielding transfer passages are used more and more, and along with the development of the society, the requirements on the shielding transfer passages are higher and higher, the traditional transfer mode and equipment are not suitable for meeting the practical requirements at present, a novel transfer device is urgently needed to meet the market requirement, and the invention just fills the blank.

The invention can be applied to a radioactive closed box chamber of a concrete wall body, can also be applied to a (metal) modularized radioactive closed box chamber, and is also suitable for a non-closed radioactive box chamber (without air sealing requirement). Meanwhile, the shielding transfer passage can be designed and produced in a standardized manner, and shielding transfer passages of different specifications and models can be selected according to requirements of users so as to meet different transfer requirements in different places.
With the development of economy and society in China, the ball valve type shielding transfer channel can be widely used in nuclear facilities and numerous radioactive research, experiment and production places.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described and thus the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the ball valve type shielding transportation channel provided by the present invention is mainly used for the radioactive objects in radioactive facilities (including nuclear power plants, research reactors, experimental reactors, irradiation inspection and test facilities, radioactive three-waste treatment facilities, radioactive product production plants, radiotherapy sites, radioactive animal and plant research sites, and other radioactive research and test facilities) to enter and exit a closed box room.
The shielding transfer passage provided by the invention adopts a ball valve type structural design and comprises a shielding valve core 7, a shielding valve body 3, a valve core rotating assembly 5, a valve core installation auxiliary assembly 6, a valve core operating assembly 4, a sealing cover assembly 1, an operating cable mechanism and a sealing assembly 2 thereof, a connecting fastener and the like. When the device is installed in a radioactive facility, the device is embedded into a wall body (a concrete wall or a metal shielding wall), one end (one end of a sealing cover) is welded with the closed box chamber, and the other end is a butt joint and operation surface of a transfer container or a transferred object.
The shielding valve core 7 is of a radial hollow cylinder structure and can rotate around a valve core axis (cylinder axis), and a solid steel structure or a lead pouring structure can be selected according to factors such as shielding capacity, wall thickness and the like.
The shielding valve body 3 is rectangular and used for installing a valve core, a valve core rotating assembly, a valve core installation auxiliary assembly, a valve core operating assembly, a connecting sealing cover assembly, a valve core operating assembly, an operating cable sealing assembly and the like, and has the function of locally reinforcing the whole transfer channel. According to factors such as shielding capacity, wall thickness and the like, a solid steel structure can be selected or a lead pouring structure can be adopted.
The valve core rotating component 5 comprises a base, a clamping sleeve, a bearing, a positioning block and the like at the upper end and the lower end, and is used for fixing the valve core and enabling the valve core to have the function of rotating around an axis.
The valve core installation auxiliary assembly 6 is of a roller tray structure and is used for installing the valve core and the valve core rotating assembly into the valve body and facilitating the maintenance, overhaul and replacement of the valve core and the valve core rotating assembly.
The valve core operation component 4 is of a gear pair transmission structure, adopts an external handle operation mode and is used for operating the valve core to rotate around the axis of the valve core, so that the opening and the closing of the shielding transfer channel are realized.
The sealing cover assembly 1 is located on one side of the closed box chamber, a rotary opening and closing mode is adopted, the clamping position of the sealing cover is realized through spring pressing balls on the periphery of the cover, the sealing of the shielding transfer channel is realized through the compression contact of the sealing surface of the cover, and the pressing force of the spring can be adjusted by adjusting the screw in depth of a screw located outside the spring.
The operating cable mechanism and the sealing assembly 2 thereof are used for opening and closing the sealing cover and threading and sealing the rotating shaft, the driving wheel, the cable and the like, when the sealing cover needs to be opened and closed, the hand wheel outside the shielding transfer channel is rotated, the steel wire rope is pulled, and the rotating wheel linked with the rotating shaft of the sealing cover drives the sealing cover to rotate around the rotating shaft, so that the sealing cover is opened and closed.
The invention carries out model selection design, manufacture and installation according to the shielding capacity of a use place, the size requirement of a transported object and other conditions, and only a cavity matched with the ball valve type shielding transport channel needs to be reserved for a closed box chamber connected with the closed box chamber.
The implementation of the invention is to determine the shielding requirement, the size of the transported object, the thickness of the wall body, other installation interfaces and the like, design according to the process structure of the invention, and then manufacture and install the related components. The shielding valve body and the valve core channel can be made of a solid steel structure or a lead pouring structure according to the conditions.
During installation, firstly determining the connection and positioning of the closed box chamber, fixing the shielding valve body by adopting a wall tool or other modes, assembling the lower end part of the valve core rotating assembly with the valve core channel, pushing the valve core channel into the shielding valve body by utilizing the valve core installation auxiliary assembly, positioning and fixing, and then assembling the upper end part of the valve core rotating assembly with the valve core channel and the shielding valve body; and then installing the valve core operation assembly, the sealing cover assembly, the operation cable mechanism, the sealing assembly and the like, and finally completing the installation of external structural parts, fasteners, sealing elements and the like.
During operation, firstly, the sealing cover outside the channel is opened, the transfer container is in butt joint with the shielding transfer channel, then the valve core operation assembly is rotated to enable the shielding transfer channel to be in an open state, then the steel wire rope operation hand wheel outside the channel is rotated, and the sealing cover is opened, pushed and transferred to the shielding transfer channel until the sealing cover is sent into the closed box chamber. After the transfer operation is finished, the steel wire rope operation hand wheel is rotated to close the sealing cover, the valve core operation assembly is rotated again to enable the shielding transfer channel to be in a closed state, the external transfer container is moved away, and finally the sealing cover outside the channel is closed to finish the whole operation process. During reverse transfer, the operation is carried out according to the same path and method, and the only difference is that the operation of pushing the transferred objects is changed into the operation of pulling out the transferred objects.
