Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly provides a control method for an air conditioner.
Background
The air conditioner is a device capable of refrigerating/heating the indoor, and as time goes on, the dust deposition on the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner increases gradually, and after the dust deposition accumulates to a certain degree, a large amount of bacteria can be bred, and especially when the indoor air flows through the indoor unit, a large amount of dust and bacteria can be carried, so that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned in time.
At present, the air conditioner is generally cleaned manually or by starting a self-cleaning device through a key, but the user cannot accurately judge when the air conditioner needs to be cleaned, so that the air conditioner cannot be cleaned in time, and the use experience of the user is affected. Some existing air conditioners also adopt a self-cleaning mode, for example, patent publication No. CN107525209A discloses a self-cleaning control method for an air conditioner, which specifically includes detecting a current operation mode of the air conditioner, and if the current operation mode of the air conditioner is a non-cooling mode, adjusting the air conditioner to a cooling mode; detecting the rotating speed of a motor of an indoor unit fan of the air conditioner and a first current value of the motor under the rotating speed; and comparing the first current value of the motor at the rotating speed with a first preset current value at the rotating speed, and if the first current value is less than or equal to the first preset current value, starting a self-cleaning mode of the air conditioner and executing self-cleaning treatment of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit. That is, the above patent uses the fan current of the indoor unit to determine whether to perform self-cleaning of the indoor unit, however, the position of the guide plate of the indoor unit affects the fan current of the indoor unit, i.e. the smaller the opening angle of the guide plate, the smaller the air output of the indoor unit, the larger the load of the fan, and accordingly, the smaller the fan current, and the wind speed of the indoor unit also affects the fan current, i.e. the smaller the wind speed, the smaller the current, so if it cannot be determined by only a single condition of the fan current of the indoor unit whether the current of the indoor unit is reduced to the end due to the guide plate position and/or the wind speed of the air conditioner or due to the dust deposition of the air conditioner, if the fan current of the indoor unit is reduced only due to the smaller opening angle and/or the smaller wind speed of the guide plate of the indoor unit, it may happen that the indoor unit still performs self, this results in a waste of energy.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a control method for an air conditioner to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problems that the prior air conditioner cannot enable a user to accurately judge when the air conditioner needs to be cleaned by manual cleaning, so that the air conditioner cannot be cleaned in time, and the air conditioner is prone to misjudge by itself and frequently performs self-cleaning by a self-cleaning method, the present invention provides a control method for an air conditioner, the air conditioner comprises an indoor unit, the control method comprises: adjusting the air conditioner to a set detection mode; acquiring a fan current value of an indoor unit of an air conditioner in a set detection mode; and selectively prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned according to the current value of the fan.
In a preferred technical solution of the above control method, the step of "selectively prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned according to the fan current value" specifically includes: calculating the variation value of the current value of the fan relative to the standard current value; comparing the variation value with a preset value; and selectively prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned according to the comparison result.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "selectively prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned according to the comparison result" includes: if the variation value is larger than the preset value, the air conditioner is prompted to need to be cleaned.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "selectively prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned according to the comparison result" further includes: if the variation value is not greater than the preset value, the air conditioner is not prompted to be cleaned.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned" includes: and changing an indicator lamp on the indoor unit into an early warning color.
In the preferable technical scheme of the control method, the early warning color is red.
In a preferred technical solution of the above control method, the variation value is equal to a difference between the standard current value and the fan current value.
In a preferred technical scheme of the control method, the standard current value is a fan current value of the indoor unit when the air conditioner is completely cleaned and the air conditioner is in a set detection mode.
In a preferred embodiment of the control method, before the step of "adjusting the air conditioner to the set detection mode", the control method further includes: the detection mode of the air conditioner is set.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "setting a detection mode of the air conditioner" includes: setting the operation condition of the air conditioner; and setting the position of a guide plate of the indoor unit and/or the wind speed of the indoor unit.
The technical scheme includes that a detection mode is set for the air conditioner, the air conditioner is adjusted to the set detection mode before the fan current of the indoor unit is detected, then the fan current value of the indoor unit of the air conditioner in the set mode is obtained, then the change value of the fan current value of the indoor unit relative to the standard current value is calculated, then the change value is compared with a preset value, the air conditioner is selectively prompted to be cleaned according to the comparison result, if the change value is larger than the preset value, the air conditioner is prompted to be cleaned, and if the change value is not larger than the preset value, the air conditioner is not prompted to be cleaned. Compared with the mode of manually cleaning the air conditioner in the prior art, the control method can prompt the user to clean the air conditioner immediately when the air conditioner needs to be cleaned, so that the air conditioner can be cleaned in time, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In addition, compared with the self-cleaning mode adopted by the air conditioner in the prior art, the invention sets the detection mode for the air conditioner, namely, the air conditioner is firstly adjusted to the set detection mode (the set detection mode can be the operation mode of the air conditioner when the standard current value is set), then the fan current of the indoor unit is detected, through the arrangement, the influence of the air conditioner on the fan current due to the mode inconsistency can be avoided, namely, under the set detection mode, the current operation condition and parameters of the air conditioner can be kept consistent with the operation condition and parameters when the detection mode is set, so that the influence of the operation condition and the parameter inconsistency on the fan current is eliminated, the set detection mode can comprise three elements of the operation condition (such as a refrigeration condition, a heating condition or a dehumidification condition and the like) of the air conditioner, the position of the guide plate of the indoor unit and the wind speed of the indoor unit, firstly, setting the operation condition of the air conditioner, for example, firstly making the air conditioner operate under the heating condition (the operation condition can be the operation condition of the air conditioner when the standard current value is determined), then the guide plate is rotated to a set position (the set position can be the position where the guide plate is located when the standard current value is determined), the wind speed is adjusted to a set wind speed (the set wind speed can be the size of the wind speed when the standard current value is determined), thereby avoiding the condition that the air conditioner is judged to be ash-deposited by mistake and the self-cleaning mode is frequently executed to cause energy waste due to different operation working conditions, the opening angle of the guide plate of the indoor unit is reduced and/or the wind speed is reduced, therefore, the air conditioner can be accurately judged when the air conditioner needs to be cleaned, namely, the air conditioner is automatically cleaned in the most proper time, and the user experience is improved.
Further, the standard current value is the fan current value of the indoor unit of the air conditioner in a completely clean state and in a set detection mode, when the air conditioner is in a completely clean state, the standard current value is selected at the moment, the dust deposition degree of the air conditioner in the use process can be fed back more accurately, namely, the air conditioner is always compared with the fan current parameter in the completely clean state in the use process, on the basis of eliminating the influence of the air conditioner operation mode on the fan current, the dust deposition degree of the air conditioner can be fed back more accurately, when the dust deposition is serious, a user can be prompted to clean the air conditioner in time, and when the dust deposition degree is in an acceptable range, the user can be temporarily not prompted to clean the air conditioner.
Furthermore, the mode of prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned is that the indicator light on the indoor unit is changed into red, so that a user can more intuitively observe that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned, the user can timely and manually clean the air conditioner or start a self-cleaning mode of the air conditioner, and the normal experience of the user is prevented from being influenced due to the fact that the air conditioner is not cleaned in time and the filth is serious.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
The prior air conditioner pointed out based on the background technology cannot enable a user to accurately judge when the air conditioner needs to be cleaned by adopting manual cleaning, so that the air conditioner cannot be cleaned in time, and the air conditioner is easy to cause misjudgment and frequently executes self-cleaning by adopting a self-cleaning mode. The invention provides a control method for an air conditioner, and aims to prompt a user to clean the air conditioner when the air conditioner needs to be cleaned, so that the air conditioner can be cleaned in time, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, the air conditioner of the present invention includes an indoor unit, and as shown in fig. 1, the control method of the present invention includes: adjusting the air conditioner to a set detection mode; acquiring a fan current value of an indoor unit of an air conditioner in a set detection mode; and selectively prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned according to the current value of the fan. It should be noted that the current of the fan of the indoor unit can directly reflect the dust deposition degree of the air conditioner, because the load of the fan is determined under the condition that the operation mode of the air conditioner is fixed, when the load of the fan of the air conditioner is increased under the same operation mode, the current of the fan is correspondingly reduced, at this moment, the wind resistance of the fan is increased, that is, the dust deposition on the indoor unit is caused, and the more serious the dust deposition is, the smaller the current of the fan is, therefore, the dust deposition degree of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be fully judged according to the current of the fan.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, before the step of "adjusting the air conditioner to the set detection mode", the control method further includes: the detection mode of the air conditioner is set. The step of setting the detection mode of the air conditioner specifically comprises the following steps: setting the operation condition of the air conditioner, setting the position of a guide plate of the indoor unit and setting the air speed of the indoor unit; of course, alternatively, the step of "setting the detection mode of the air conditioner" may specifically include: the method comprises the following steps of setting the operation condition of the air conditioner and the position of a guide plate of an indoor unit, or setting the detection mode of the air conditioner, wherein the step of setting the detection mode of the air conditioner can further comprise the following steps: and setting the operation condition of the air conditioner and setting the air speed of the indoor unit. The operation condition of the air conditioner can be set as a refrigeration condition, or a heating condition, or a dehumidification condition; the position of the guide plate can be set to be a position with a guide plate opening angle of 30 degrees, or to be a position with a guide plate opening angle of 45 degrees, or to be a position with a guide plate opening angle of 60 degrees; the wind speed can be set to be a low-grade wind speed, or a medium-grade wind speed, or a high-grade wind speed, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific working condition of the operation of the air conditioner, the specific position of the guide plate and the specific size of the wind speed in practical application. In addition, a corresponding detection mode is set under each operation condition of the air conditioner, and through the arrangement, multiple detection modes are set, so that the air conditioner only needs to adjust the position of the guide plate and/or the size of the wind speed when entering the set detection mode, and the operation condition of the air conditioner does not need to be adjusted. For example, if only one detection mode is set and the set detection mode is set under the heating condition of the air conditioner, however, the air conditioner operates under the cooling condition, when the fan current needs to be detected, the air conditioner needs to be adjusted from the cooling condition to the heating condition first, and if the air conditioner also sets a corresponding detection mode under the cooling condition, only the position and/or the wind speed of the guide plate need to be adjusted, and the operation condition of the air conditioner does not need to be adjusted, so that the time and the energy are saved, and the user experience is improved. Of course, each operation condition of the air conditioner is not limited to one corresponding detection mode, and two or three detection modes can be set.
Preferably, the step of "adjusting the air conditioner to the set detection mode" includes: the air conditioner automatically adjusts to the set detection mode every preset time, wherein the preset time may be one hour, that is, the air conditioner automatically adjusts to the set detection mode every hour of operation, of course, the preset time is not limited to one hour, and may also be one day, one week, or any set period of time. Of course, alternatively, the step of "adjusting the air conditioner to the set detection mode" includes that the air conditioner is adjusted to the set detection mode according to a user instruction, that is, the air conditioner is adjusted to the set detection mode by manual operation of a user; further alternatively, the step of "adjusting the air conditioner to the set detection mode" further includes that the air conditioner is adjusted to the set detection mode at preset time intervals and according to the user instruction, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the manner of adjusting the air conditioner to the preset detection mode in practical applications, for example, the air conditioner is actively adjusted to the set detection mode at preset time intervals, or the air conditioner is adjusted to the set detection mode by the user instruction, or the air conditioner can be adjusted to the set detection mode by both of the above manners as long as the air conditioner can enter the set detection mode, and the adjustment and change of the manner of adjusting the air conditioner to the set detection mode are within the protection scope of the present invention without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention. The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the step of "selectively prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned according to the fan current value" specifically includes: calculating the variation value of the current value of the fan relative to the standard current value; comparing the variation value with a preset value; and selectively prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned according to the comparison result. Further, the step of selectively prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned according to the comparison result comprises: if the variation value is larger than the preset value, prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned; if the variation value is not greater than the preset value, the air conditioner is not prompted to be cleaned. Specifically, the variation value is equal to the difference Δ I between the standard current value Ib and the fan current value If. Namely, If the difference value delta I between the standard current value Ib and the fan current value If is larger than the preset value, the air conditioner is prompted to be cleaned, and If the difference value delta I between the standard current value Ib and the fan current value If is not larger than the preset value, the air conditioner is not prompted to be cleaned. In a possible implementation manner, the preset value is set to 0.1A, that is, if Δ I is greater than 0.1A, it indicates that the filth blockage of the indoor unit is serious at this time, and it is necessary to prompt a user to clean the air conditioner, and if Δ I is less than or equal to 0.1A, it indicates that the indoor unit is not filth blocked or the filth blockage of the indoor unit is still within an acceptable range at this time, and at this time, the user may not be prompted to clean the air conditioner temporarily. Of course, the preset value is not limited to 0.1A in the above example, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific value of the preset value in practical application as long as the demarcation point determined by the preset value can determine whether the air conditioner needs to be cleaned.
In addition, the standard current value may be measured before shipping of the air conditioner, that is, the standard current value of the indoor unit in the set detection mode of the air conditioner may be measured in a state where the air conditioner is completely cleaned. In addition, the standard current value can be measured after the air conditioner leaves the factory, that is, in the using process of the air conditioner, the current value with the highest frequency of occurrence in a plurality of fan current values of the indoor unit of the air conditioner in a set detection mode, which is obtained within a preset time, is taken as the standard current value, and the fan current value with the highest frequency of occurrence is selected as the standard current value by calculating and sequencing the frequency of occurrence of the plurality of fan current values, wherein the sampling data of the fan current values can be 1000, 2000 or other numbers, and technicians in the field can flexibly set the sampling number of the fan current values in practical application. The preset time can be a day, a week, a month or other set time values, as long as the standard current value can be selected from the plurality of fan current values obtained within the preset time, and the adjustment and the change of the specific values of the preset time do not depart from the principle and the scope of the invention, and are all limited within the protection scope of the invention.
Further preferably, the step of "prompting that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned" includes: the indicator light on the indoor unit is changed into the early warning color, wherein the indicator light on the indoor unit can be changed into red or yellow to prompt the user that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned, the specific color of the indicator light can be flexibly set by technicians in the field in practical application as long as the user can be prompted to clean the air conditioner through the selection of the color, of course, the user can be prompted to clean the air conditioner through the sound device (such as a buzzer, a voice broadcaster and the like) on the indoor unit in practical application, or the user is prompted to clean the air conditioner through the combination of the indicator light and the voice device, the technicians in the field can flexibly set the specific prompting mode for the user to clean the air conditioner in practical application, and the adjustment and the change of the prompting mode do not deviate from the principle and the scope of the invention, are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that when the user is prompted that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned, the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be cleaned independently, or the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be cleaned simultaneously, because when the indoor unit is dirty and blocked, the time limit when the outdoor unit is dirty and blocked can be indirectly fed back to some extent. In addition, in the invention, the specific cleaning mode of the air conditioner can be manual cleaning, and also can be cleaning by starting a self-cleaning device of the air conditioner.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
