闭式循环冷却水调节阀涉及一种冷却水调节阀,广泛用于电站、冶金、石油化工等工业行业,为各类主辅机提供洁净、稳定的冷却水,以控制各类主付机冷却介质,使轴承温度控制在一定范围内,确保各类主辅机安全可靠运行,如空气冷却器,氢气冷却器,冷油器及其它各类辅机轴承提供冷却水量。如温度高则开大调节阀门增加供水量,温度过低则减少冷却水量,保证各类主辅机正常运行。

本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构简单、压降损失小、流通量大、显示直观、方便调节、可调节范围大、流量控制精度高、抗震性能好、生产成本低、使用寿命长的新型电动控制阀门。

本发明结构简单、压降损失小、流通量大、显示直观、方便调节、可调节范围大、流量控制精度高、抗震性能好、生产成本低、使用寿命长。

一种新型电动控制阀门,所述的阀门包括阀体1、阀座2、阀芯3、导向套4、垫片5、阀盖6、填充料7、阀杆8、支架9、控制器11,所述的阀体1设置在电子阀底部,所述的阀座2连接在阀体1上,所述的阀芯3设置在阀座2内,所述的阀体1两端设有进水口、出水口,所述的阀盖6连接在阀座2上并设置垫片5,所述的导向套4设置在阀座2内,所述的阀座2内设置有填充料,所述的控制器11通过支架9设置在阀盖6上部,所述的支架9为镂空支架,所述的阀杆8连接在控制器11下部并穿过导向套4设置在阀芯3内,所述的支架9为镂空支架,所述的支架9为非直杆状,支架9中部为直杆,支架9上下部分为曲杆,并向内部弯曲带有R弧增加支架9的强度,所述的支架9上设置有刻度线10。
