For example, the connection can be fixed, detachable or integrated; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate member, or they may be connected through the inside of two elements, or they may be connected only through surface contact or through surface contact of an intermediate member. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a toilet 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a wash bowl 110, a seat 130, a water tank 150, a soil pipe 170, and a spray water channel 190, wherein the seat 130 and the soil pipe 170 are connected to the wash bowl 110, the water tank 150 is connected to the seat 130, and the spray water channel 190 is connected between the water tank 150 and the soil pipe 170.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the flush tank 110 is a cavity structure (i.e., a colloquially understood "bedpan") having an opening 111 at the top and a drain 113 at the bottom. The flushing tank 110 is a funnel-type urinal, that is, the aperture of the opening 111 is larger than that of the sewage outlet 113. Further, the shape of the opening 111 may be an ellipse, a circle, an irregular shape, or the like, and is not particularly limited herein. Likewise, the shape of the drain 113 may be an ellipse, a circle, an irregular shape, or the like, and is not particularly limited herein. The soil outlet 113 is used to communicate with the soil pipe 170 so as to discharge soil from the soil pipe 170.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the inner wall of the wash basin 110 includes a cleaning surface 115, and the water entering the wash basin 110 from the opening 111 flows along the cleaning surface 115 to the drain 113. For convenience of description, the cleaning surface 115 is a substantially funnel-shaped surface formed around the opening 111 and the drain outlet 113, and has a circumferential direction and a radial direction. Since the water tends to flow from the opening 111 to the drain 113 in the cleaning surface 115 as a whole, the water is defined to flow in the circumferential direction of the cleaning surface 115 to flow around the opening 111 and to the drain 113 in the present embodiment. The flow of water in the radial direction of the cleaning surface 115 is substantially in the direction in which the water flows down along the cleaning surface 115 toward the drain 113 along the opening 111.
Further, the inner wall of the flush tank 110 further includes a step surface 120, and the step surface 120 surrounds the circumference of the flush tank 110. Wherein, the step surface 120 is arranged between the opening 111 and the sewage discharge outlet 113 and protrudes relative to the washing surface 115. In the embodiment of the present invention, the step surface 120 protrudes from the cleaning surface 115 toward the drain outlet 113 to form an annular protrusion. Therefore, when the water flows in the radial direction on the step surface 120, the water can flow in the circumferential direction of the cleaning surface 115, that is, when the water flows on the step surface 120, the water flows around the opening 111 in the circumferential direction and then flows toward the drain outlet 113.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the step surface 120 includes a first end 121 and a second end 123, the first end 121 is far away from the sewage draining exit 113, and the second end 123 is close to the sewage draining exit 113. When the toilet 100 is installed, the side of the toilet 100 close to the floor (or other installation plane) is the installation surface 101, and the distance between the first end 121 and the installation surface 101 is greater than the distance between the second end 123 and the installation surface 101. As shown in fig. 3, a1 is greater than a2, a1 is the distance between the first end 121 and the mounting surface 101, and a2 is the distance between the second end 123 and the mounting surface 101. It should be noted that, since the step surface 120 is a substantially annular protrusion, where the first end 121 is the end of the annular protrusion farthest from the sewage discharge outlet 113, the second end 123 is the end of the annular protrusion closest to the sewage discharge outlet 113, the step surface 120 is formed to incline from the first end 121 to the second end 123. Therefore, the water falling on the step surface 120 flows from the first end 121 to the second end 123, that is, the step surface 120 can guide the water.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the step surface 120 further includes an inner side 125 and an outer side 127, the inner side 125 is close to the drain 113, and the outer side 127 is far from the drain 113. Wherein the distance of inner side 125 from mounting surface 101 is less than the distance of outer side 127 from mounting surface 101. As shown in fig. 4, B1 is smaller than B2, B1 is the distance between inner side 125 and mounting surface 101, and B2 is the distance between outer side 127 and mounting surface 101. In the embodiment of the present invention, the stepped surface 120 is projected from the cleaning surface 115, the inner side 125 is also a side of the stepped surface 120 relatively distant from the cleaning surface 115, and the outer side 127 is a side of the stepped surface 120 connected to the cleaning surface 115. Therefore, the water falling on the stepped surface 120 can flow from the outer side 127 to the inner side 125, and further fall into the drain 113 through the cleaning surface 115, thereby achieving an effect of cleaning the cleaning surface 115. Due to the structure between the first end 121 and the second end 123 of the step surface 120 and the structure between the inner side 125 and the outer side 127, the water can flow along the circumferential direction of the cleaning surface 115 while flowing along the first end 121 to the second end 123 of the step surface 120, and then the washing is performed along the circumferential direction of the cleaning surface 115.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the seat 130 is disposed at the opening 111 of the wash bowl 110 and surrounds the opening 111. Wherein the seat 130 matches the shape and size of the opening 111. For example, the shape of the seat 130 is substantially the same as the shape of the opening 111, and the size of the seat 130 is the same as or slightly larger than the size of the opening 111.
A diversion cavity 131 is arranged in the seat ring 130, optionally, the diversion cavity 131 has the same shape as the seat ring 130, and the diversion cavity 131 penetrates through the interior of the seat ring 130 along the circumferential direction of the seat ring 130. In the embodiment of the present invention, the seat 130 is provided with a first washing hole 133 and a second washing hole 135 communicating with the guide chamber 131, the first washing hole 133 is disposed toward the soil discharge outlet 113, and the opening 111 of the second washing hole 135 is disposed along the circumferential direction of the top of the wash water tank 110. The sizes of the first flushing hole 133 and the second flushing hole 135 may be set according to different requirements, and are not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In the specific implementation, the water in the diversion cavity 131 can flow to the cleaning surface 115 through the first and second flushing holes 133 and 135 to flush the cleaning surface 115.
Specifically, the first flushing aperture 133 is located at an end of the seat 130 remote from the discharge outlet 113, i.e. the first flushing aperture 133 is located at a greater distance above the wash surface 115 than the discharge outlet 113. The water flowing into the cleaning surface 115 through the first washing holes 133 can flow down along the cleaning surface 115 and reach the drain 113 through a long distance above the cleaning surface 115, and the washing area of the cleaning surface 115 by the water flowing out of the first washing holes 133 is increased to improve the washing effect of the cleaning surface 115.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the inner wall of the flushing tank 110 is further provided with a drainage area 140 opposite to the first flushing hole 113, and the drainage area 140 is recessed relative to the cleaning surface 115. Therefore, the water flowing out of the first washing holes 133 flows to the washing surface 115 again through the flow guide area 140. Optionally, the drainage area 140 is concavely disposed at an end of the step surface 120 opposite to the first flushing hole 133, and breaks the annular continuation of the step surface 120, so as to drain the water flowing out through the first flushing hole 133, thereby preventing the water flowing out through the first flushing hole 133 from flowing through the guide of the step surface 120. For example, a gap is formed at a position of the stepped surface 120 opposite to the first flushing hole 133, the drainage area 140 is communicated with the gap, and water flowing out of the first flushing hole 133 enters the drainage area 140 through the gap. By providing the diversion area 140, the water flowing out of the first flushing holes 133 is guided to the cleaning surface 115, and the impact force for washing the cleaning surface 115 is increased, thereby improving the effect of washing the cleaning surface 115 by the water flowing out of the first flushing holes 133. Meanwhile, the diversion area 140 can also adjust the water flow angle and prevent the water from splashing due to the too high speed of the water flowing out of the first flushing hole 133, thereby improving the use experience of the toilet 100.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning surface 115 is arranged between the seat 130 and the sewage outlet 113, a bulge 137 is arranged on one side of the seat 130 close to the cleaning surface 115, and the bulge 137 is arranged at one end of the seat 130 far away from the sewage outlet 113. The second flushing hole 135 is provided at an end of the protrusion 137 near the soil discharge opening 113 to allow water of the second flushing waterway to flow toward the soil discharge opening 113 along a circumferential direction of the washing surface 115. The seat ring 130 is substantially annular, the protruding portion 137 is a substantially arc-shaped structure matching the annular shape, and the end portion of the protruding portion 137 is an end of the arc-shaped structure, so that the water flowing out through the second flushing hole 135 can flow in the circumferential direction of the seat ring 130.
Further, the stepped surface 120 is provided between the seat 130 and the cleaning surface 115, and the plane of the seat 130 is substantially parallel to the plane of the mounting surface 101. Thus, the distance between the first end 121 and the race 130 is less than the distance between the second end 123 and the race 130, and the distance between the inner side 125 and the race 130 is greater than the distance between the outer side 127 and the race 130. Further, when the water flowing out through the second washing hole 135 flows out in the circumferential direction of the seat 130, the washing surface 115 can be washed in the circumferential direction through the guide of the stepped surface 120, and the washing surface 115 can be washed over the entire surface.
Optionally, the protrusion 137 is spaced apart from the first flushing hole 133, and an end of the protrusion 137 away from the drain 113 may drain water flowing out of the first flushing hole 133. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the protrusion 137 may be two, and two protrusions 137 are provided at opposite sides of the first washing hole 133. The water flowing out through the first washing holes 133 is restricted by the end portions of the two protrusions 137 and flows in a direction toward the diversion area 140, thereby washing the cleaning surface 115.
Referring again to fig. 3, the water tank 150 is disposed at one side of the flush tank 110 and near the drain port 113. The water tank 150 is communicated with the guide chamber 131, the first flushing water path 161 is formed by the water tank 150, the guide chamber 131 and the first flushing hole 133, and water in the first flushing water path 161 flows out through the first flushing hole 133 and then flows downwards along the inner wall of the flushing tank 110 to the sewage outlet 113. The water tank 150, the diversion cavity 131 and the second flushing hole 135 form a second flushing waterway 163, and after the water in the second flushing waterway 163 flows out through the second flushing hole 135, the water is flushed along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the flush tank 110 and flows to the sewage outlet 113. In a specific implementation process, the wash water tank 110 is washed by the first wash water path 161, and the wash water tank 110 is washed by the second wash water path 163 along the circumferential direction of the wash water tank 110, so that the first wash water path 161 and the second wash water path 163 wash the wash water tank 110 in different directions, thereby improving the cleaning effect on the cleaning surface 115.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the seat ring 130 is disposed opposite to the step surface 120 at an interval, and optionally, after the water in the diversion cavity 131 flows out through the second flushing hole 135, the water washes the circumferential direction of the washing surface 115 through the step surface 120. Specifically, the distance between the first end 121 and the race 130 is less than the distance between the second end 123 and the race 130, and the distance between the inner side 125 and the race 130 is greater than the distance between the outer side 127 and the race 130. Further, the water in the second flushing water passage 163 is guided by the step surface 120 and flows to the drain 113, and more specifically, the water in the second flushing water passage 163 can flow along the first end 121 to the second end 123 and along the outer side 127 to the inner side 125, thereby achieving a good flushing effect on the cleaning surface 115.
In some embodiments, referring again to fig. 2, the seat ring 130 further has a third flushing hole 139, and the third flushing hole 139 is connected to the flow guiding cavity 131 and is disposed toward the step surface 120. Further, the water tank 150, the guide chamber 131, and the third flushing hole 139 form a third flushing waterway 165, and a part of water of the third flushing waterway 165 flows to the drain 113 through the cleaning surface 115, and another part of the water flows to the drain 113 through the step surface 120. That is, the third washing holes 139 serve as auxiliary washing holes for enhancing the washing effect of the washing surface 115 and further realizing better washing of the washing surface 115.
In some embodiments, the third flushing hole 139 may be provided on a side of the protrusion 137 facing the step face 120 and between the first flushing hole 133 and the second flushing hole 135. That is, the protrusion 137 is provided with both the second washing hole 135 and the third washing hole 139.
Referring to fig. 5, a sewage pipe 170 is communicated with the sewage outlet 113, the shape and size of the communication portion of the sewage pipe 170 and the sewage outlet 113 are matched with those of the sewage outlet 113, and the sewage pipe 170 is used for discharging the sewage discharged from the sewage outlet 113 of the flushing tank 110 out of the toilet 100. In fig. 5, the position of the drain 113 is indicated by a dotted line, and is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the drain pipe 170 is provided with the trap 171, the trap 171 communicates with the drain port 113, and the trap 171 is provided with the injection port 1715. The drain pipe 170 forms a siphon by providing the trap 171 and the jet port 1715, thereby improving the ability of the toilet bowl 100 to discharge the filth.
Further, the injection port 1715 is provided at the bottom of the trap 171, and the bottom of the trap 171 is a portion of the trap 171 close to the mounting surface 101. That is, the injection port 1715 is provided in a portion of the trap 171 close to the attachment surface 101. Alternatively, the injection port 1715 may be provided at the lowermost portion of the trap 171, or may be provided at a portion of the trap 171 adjacent to the lowermost portion. The drain pipe 170 forms a siphon channel by providing the trap 171 and the jet port 1715, thereby improving the ability of the siphon type toilet 100 to discharge the filth. Meanwhile, the injection port 1715 provided at the bottom of the trap 171 is hidden, so that the appearance of the siphon toilet 100 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the trap 171 includes a connection end 1711 and a climbing end 1713, the connection end 1711 is communicated with the sewage outlet 113, the connection point between the connection end 1711 and the climbing end 1713 is the lowest point of the trap 171, and the injection port 1715 is disposed at the side of the lowest point of the trap 171 close to the climbing end 1713. Alternatively, the connecting section 1711 forms a descending slope section of the trapway 171, the climbing section 1713 forms an ascending slope section of the trapway 171, and the injection port 1715 is disposed at an end of the climbing section 1713 proximate to the connecting section 1711. It should be noted that the separation between the connecting end 1711 and the climbing end 1713 is illustrated in dashed lines in fig. 5, and in practical applications, the connecting end 1711 and the climbing end 1713 are not clearly demarcated, and only the differences are described herein.
Referring to fig. 3 again, both ends of the injection water channel 190 are respectively communicated with the water tank 150 and the injection port 1715, and the water in the water tank 150 flows to the sewage pipe 170 through the injection water channel 190 and the injection port 1715. The injection port 1715 is provided at the lowest portion of the trap 171 on the side close to the rising end 1713, so that the water injected from the injection port 1715 can flush out the dirt remaining on the bottom of the pipe wall of the trap 171 together, and can be discharged from the drain pipe 170 through the rising end 1713.
Since water is generally stored in the trap 171 in advance for deodorization, if the injection port 1715 is opened at the position of the sewage discharge port 113, the resistance applied to the water entering the trap 171 through the injection port 1715 is large, the water injection momentum is also reduced, and the speed of discharging the sewage is low. The injection port 1715 is provided at the lowest portion of the trap 171, and the resistance received when the water enters the trap 171 through the injection port 1715 is relatively small, so that the injection momentum of the water through the injection port 1715 is large, thereby accelerating the process of the siphon action of the toilet bowl 100 (i.e., shortening the time between the siphon actions generated after the water is sprayed from the injection port 1715), and further increasing the speed of discharging the filth.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the jet port 1715 is located at a side close to the climbing end 1713 and faces the drainage direction of the sewage pipe 170, which can perform a suction function, and the impact of the water sprayed toward the climbing end 1713 at the bottom of the trapway 171 can suck the sewage at the sewage outlet 113 into the sewage pipe 170 to be discharged, so as to accelerate the process of the siphon action of the toilet bowl 100 (i.e., shorten the time between the siphon actions after the water is sprayed out from the jet port 1715), thereby increasing the speed of discharging the sewage. Meanwhile, the jet port 1715 is arranged at the lowest position of the trap 171 and is close to one side of the climbing end 1713, water cannot spill out from the process sprayed by the jet port 1715, dirt cannot be impacted to influence the appearance of a user, and user experience is improved.
In the toilet bowl 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first flushing waterway 161 and the second flushing waterway 163 flush the flushing tank 110 from different directions, so that the flushing tank 110 can be completely cleaned, and a better flushing effect can be achieved. Meanwhile, by arranging the water tank 150, the injection water passage 190 and the injection port 1715 to be connected, the discharge speed of the filth and the washed water through the sewage pipe 170 can be increased, and the washing effect of the toilet 100 can be improved.
