Abstract
The invention provides a plastic part surface treating agent for repairing injection molding surface defects and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of surface engineering, wherein the treating agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 25-35wt% of cyclohexanone or a derivative of cyclohexanone; 15-25wt% of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate; 15-25wt% of diacetone alcohol; 15-25wt% of dichloropropane; 5-15wt% of ethanol. The material of the plastic part can be dissolved through the cyclohexanone or the derivative of the cyclohexanone, and the flow lines are fused through the dissolution of the material of the plastic part, so that the flow lines on the surface of the plastic part are relieved; the ethanol can be used as a solvent to dissolve cyclohexanone, so that the dispersion efficiency is improved, uniform coating is formed on the surface of a plastic part, the thickness of the coating is reduced, the uniformity and the adhesive force of the coating and the thinning degree of the coating after curing are further effectively improved, and the method is simple and easy to control.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surface engineering, in particular to a plastic part surface treating agent for repairing injection molding surface defects and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, a large number of plastic products exist in various industries, the plastic products are mainly formed through an injection molding process, the injection molding is to fill thermoplastic plastics or thermosetting materials into a forming mold by using an injection molding machine to form the plastic products with various shapes, in the process, the size, the temperature, the speed and the like of a pouring gate are all key parameters, and because the influence factors are more, surface flow lines, snake-shaped flow lines and wavy line threads exist on the surface of the plastic products which are subjected to injection molding, and the flow lines with different shapes appear along with the difference of the parameters and the mold structure, so that the appearance of the plastic products is seriously influenced.
In addition, some plastic parts are directly used as appearance covering parts, such as plastic shells used on electric vehicles and automobiles, flow lines are generated to seriously affect the quality of the whole automobile, so the repair is needed, the existing repair is mainly carried out by spraying coating on the surface, the coating mainly comprises acrylate coating, the coating thickness is 45-80 μm, the time and labor are wasted, the cost is high, the environmental protection performance is poor, and the cost of a single plastic part is increased invisibly when a large number of plastic parts are repaired.
Meanwhile, along with the increase of national requirements on environmental protection, the standards of the coating and other chemical industries are also improved, the traditional coating is mainly used for surface covering, the coating is uniformly coated on a flow pattern area on the surface of a plastic part, a covering layer is formed by curing, and the flow pattern is covered, but the existing flow pattern is mainly caused by the fact that injected plastic flows to generate connecting marks due to stability difference, so that the requirement on the bonding property between the coating and the plastic part after curing is higher.
At present, the treatment agent which can be used for quickly repairing the flow lines on the surface of the plastic part, is thin in coating after curing, good in repairing effect and high in efficiency is lacking in the market.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a plastic part surface treating agent for repairing injection molding surface defects and a preparation method thereof. The plastic part surface treating agent for repairing the injection molding surface defects has high plastic part repairing efficiency, thin coating after curing, thickness of only 15-25 mu m, environmental protection and low cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

15-25wt% of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate;

15-25wt% of dichloropropane;
5-15wt% of ethanol.
Preferred mass ratios are:
30wt% of cyclohexanone;
20wt% of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate;
20wt% of diacetone alcohol;
20wt% of dichloropropane;
ethanol 10wt%
The derivatives of cyclohexanone include: one or more of 1, 3-cyclohexanedione, 1, 4-cyclohexanedione, methylcyclohexanone, dimethylcyclohexanone, phenylcyclohexanone, hydroxycyclohexanone, 4-alkylcyclohexanone and 4- (4-alkylphenyl) cyclohexanone;
the dichloropropane is 1, 2-dichloropropane or 1, 3-dichloropropane or a mixed solution of 1, 2-dichloropropane and 1, 3-dichloropropane;
the invention provides a preparation method of a plastic part surface treating agent for injection molding surface defect repair, which comprises the following steps:
premixing cyclohexanone or cyclohexanone derivatives, ethanol and diacetone alcohol, stirring with a coating dispersion machine, adding ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate and dichloropropane during stirring, and dispersing at the rotation speed of 500-800r/min for 15-20 min;
and (3) performing viscosity detection and spraying plate observation on the surface of the mixture, and filtering the mixture after the mixture is qualified by adopting a 200-mesh and 300-mesh filter screen to obtain the plastic part surface treating agent for repairing the injection molding surface defects.
The plastic part surface treating agent for repairing the injection molding surface defects can dissolve the material of the plastic part through cyclohexanone (a derivative of cyclohexanone), and the flow lines are fused through the dissolution of the material of the plastic part, so that the flow lines on the surface of the plastic part are relieved; the ethanol can be used as a solvent to dissolve the cyclohexanone, so that the dispersion efficiency is improved, uniform coating is formed on the surface of the plastic part, and the uniformity and the adhesive force of the coating and the thinning degree of the cured coating are further effectively improved. Therefore, the plastic part surface treating agent for repairing the injection molding surface defects provided by the invention has excellent repairing capability, is environment-friendly and has low cost. Compared with the traditional coating coverage, the plastic part surface treating agent for repairing the injection molding surface defects provided by the invention has good repairing capability, the thickness of the coating after curing can be controlled to be 15-25 mu m, the overall cost is reduced, and the increase of the wall thickness of the plastic part is limited to the greatest extent possible during the repairing.
The invention provides a preparation method of a plastic part surface treating agent for repairing injection molding surface defects. According to the invention, ethanol is used as a solvent to dissolve and disperse cyclohexanone, so that the dissolving uniformity of flow marks on the surface of a plastic part is improved; according to the invention, the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is controlled, so that the dispersion efficiency is improved, and the time cost of the preparation process is reduced; the invention changes the dispersing efficiency of each component in ethanol by changing the adding sequence of the components, shortens the mixing time and avoids the mutual reaction of each component in the dispersing process; the invention can control the quality of the treating agent by filtering through the filter screen, and avoids the influence on the appearance caused by granular feeling on the surface of the plastic part. Therefore, the preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of good component uniformity and high purity, so that the repair of the surface of the plastic part is improved, and the preparation method is simple and easy to control.
Detailed Description
The following will describe in detail the surface treating agent for injection molding surface defect repair and the preparation method thereof according to the present invention with reference to the examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The invention provides a plastic part surface treating agent for repairing injection molding surface defects, and the plastic part surface treating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: cyclohexanone, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, diacetone alcohol, dichloropropane and ethanol in the following weight ratio:
cyclohexanone 25wt%
Ethylene glycol Ether acetate 25wt%
Diacetone alcohol 20wt%
25% by weight of dichloropropane
Ethanol 5-wt%
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) premixing 25wt% of cyclohexanone, 5wt% of ethanol and 20wt% of diacetone alcohol;
2) then stirring by a coating dispersion machine;
3) adding 25wt% of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate and 25wt% of dichloropropane;
4) dispersing for 15min at the rotating speed of 800 r/min;
5) carrying out viscosity detection and spraying plate observation on the mixture;
6) and filtering the qualified product by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain the plastic part surface treating agent for repairing the injection molding surface defects.
Example 2
The invention provides a plastic part surface treating agent for repairing injection molding surface defects, and the plastic part surface treating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: phenylcyclohexanone, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, diacetone alcohol, 1, 2-dichloropropane and ethanol, wherein the weight ratio is as follows:
35wt% of phenylcyclohexanone
Ethylene glycol Ether acetate 15wt%
Diacetone alcohol 15wt%
1, 2-dichloropropane 20wt%
Ethanol 15wt%
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) premixing 35wt% of cyclohexanone, 15wt% of ethanol and 15wt% of diacetone alcohol;
2) then stirring by a coating dispersion machine;
3) 15wt% of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate and 20wt% of dichloropropane are added;
4) dispersing at 500r/min for 20 min;
5) carrying out viscosity detection and spraying plate observation on the mixture;
6) and filtering by adopting a 250-mesh filter screen after the detection is qualified to obtain the plastic part surface treating agent for repairing the injection molding surface defects.
Example 3
The invention provides a plastic part surface treating agent for repairing injection molding surface defects, and the plastic part surface treating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: cyclohexanone, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, diacetone alcohol, dichloropropane and ethanol in the following weight ratio:
cyclohexanone 30wt%
Ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate 20wt%
Diacetone alcohol 20wt%
Dichloropropane 20wt%
Ethanol 10wt%
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) premixing 30wt% of cyclohexanone, 10wt% of ethanol and 20wt% of diacetone alcohol;
2) then stirring by a coating dispersion machine;
3) adding 20wt% of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate and 20wt% of dichloropropane;
4) dispersing for 18min at the rotating speed of 600 r/min;
5) carrying out viscosity detection and spraying plate observation on the mixture;
6) and filtering by adopting a 220-mesh filter screen after the detection is qualified to obtain the plastic part surface treating agent for repairing the injection molding surface defects.
The surface treatment agent for repairing injection molding surface defects, prepared in example 1 ~ 3, is transparent and film-like after being cured into a film, has a smooth and glossy surface, and is dissolved and cured at the positions of flow marks on the surface of a plastic part under the action of the treatment agent, so that the positions are uniformly dissolved and repaired on the surface.
The performance of the plastic part surface treating agent for repairing injection molding surface defects prepared in example 1 ~ 3 was tested, a blank control was performed during the test, the verification was performed in combination with physical repair, and a conventional plastic part repair coating was used as a comparative example.
(1) Post cure coating thickness detection
The coating prepared in the embodiment 1 ~ 3 and the acrylate coating used as a comparative example are respectively coated on the surface of an ABS plastic plate, multiple ABS plastic plates are sprayed once to cover the whole surface, the thickness of the coating on the surface of the ABS plastic plate is respectively monitored after the coating is solidified into a film, and the thickness of the ABS plastic plate before and after the coating is monitored and compared.
The ABS plastic plate has the size of 100 × 2, the thickness detection randomly selects 9 points in the plane range, and when the ABS plastic plate is aligned front and back, the thickness detection points are the same;
the data were examined and the results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the acrylate coating, the coating thickness of the plastic part surface treating agent for repairing the injection molding surface defects provided by the invention after curing is one third of that of the coating after curing of the acrylate, the data is far better than that of the acrylate coating, and the influence on the size of the plastic part is small.

25-35wt% of cyclohexanone or a derivative of cyclohexanone;
15-25wt% of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate;
15-25wt% of diacetone alcohol;
15-25wt% of dichloropropane;
5-15wt% of ethanol.

The plastic part surface treating agent for injection molding surface defect repair according to claim 1, wherein the derivative of cyclohexanone comprises: 1, 3-cyclohexanedione, 1, 4-cyclohexanedione, methylcyclohexanone, dimethylcyclohexanone, phenylcyclohexanone, hydroxycyclohexanone, 4-alkylcyclohexanone, 4- (4-alkylphenyl) cyclohexanone.
3. The plastic part surface treating agent for repairing injection molding surface defects according to claim 1, wherein the dichloropropane is 1, 2-dichloropropane, or 1, 3-dichloropropane, or a mixed solution of 1, 2-dichloropropane and 1, 3-dichloropropane.
4. The plastic part surface treating agent for repairing injection molding surface defects according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
30wt% of cyclohexanone;
20wt% of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate;
20wt% of diacetone alcohol;
20wt% of dichloropropane;
10wt% of ethanol.

premixing cyclohexanone or cyclohexanone derivatives, ethanol and diacetone, stirring by using a coating dispersion machine, and adding ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate and dichloropropane during stirring;
and (3) performing viscosity detection and spraying plate observation on the surface of the mixture, and filtering the mixture by using a filter screen after the mixture is qualified to obtain the plastic part surface treating agent for repairing the injection molding surface defects.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the dispersion machine disperses for 15-20min at a rotation speed of 500-800 r/min.
7. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the filter screen is 200-300 mesh.
