A soil conditioner containing super absorbent resin is prepared by mixing 50-60 parts of horse manure, 20-30 parts of peat, 10-15 parts of vinegar residues, 20-40 parts of super absorbent resin, 20-25 parts of humic acid, 10-20 parts of bean pulp and 15-30 parts of organic garbage in parts by weight.
