Abstract
The invention discloses a printing process of pearl effect, which greatly enhances the pearl effect of a finished cigarette case by coloring an image-text layer and then performing pearl treatment, and simultaneously further beautifies the color and the pattern of the image-text layer.

s6, selecting and warehousing: screening finished products of the packaging boxes according to the process quality standard, wherein the screening standard is as follows: the distance from the mouth piece to the finished product line is 15mm, patterns and characters are printed accurately, the overprinting deviation is less than or equal to 0.3mm, and the position deviation of the symmetrical patterns and characters is less than or equal to 0.4 mm; the patterns and characters are clear and complete, the surface is smooth, no missing printing or wrong printing exists, no obvious defects, scratches, ghost images, pasting, burrs and pulling grinding occur, and the patterns and the characters are packaged, warehoused and stored for later use after being screened.
