Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sand lined metal molds, in particular to a narrow line width regulator for a metal mold.
Background
At present, in the sand lining process of iron molds, different sizes and shapes of products determine different thicknesses and widths of the iron molds, so that the width of the iron mold line needs to be adjustable, otherwise, a plurality of iron mold lines need to be built, and the cost is increased. Currently, the commonly used adjustment method for the narrow iron-type line width is as follows: the nut is loosened firstly, and then the nut is knocked by a hammer or pried by a crowbar, so that the width of the iron-shaped line obtained by adjustment is difficult to keep consistent, the labor consumption is high, the production line is seriously damaged, the production beat is seriously influenced, and the production efficiency is greatly reduced.

In view of this, the present invention provides an iron type line width adjustor, which aims to overcome the defects of inconsistent width adjustment, high cost, low production efficiency, etc. existing in the existing iron type line width narrowing process.

Preferably, the clamping groove is an inverted U-shaped clamping groove.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the width of the iron-type wire is adjusted, the adjuster handle is rotated by one person at each of two ends of the iron-type wire, so that the adjustment can be stably and accurately performed, the required size is achieved, and the brutal and inefficient methods of disorderly taking a hammer to knock and disorderly taking a crowbar to pry when the width of the iron-type wire is adjusted in the prior art are thoroughly solved, so that the labor can be saved; the width adjustment is also shortened from the original eight-person four-hour to two-person two-hour once, the efficiency is improved by eight times, and the iron-type wire is also ensured not to be damaged. In addition, one purchased iron-type narrow line width regulator needs to be ten thousand yuan, and the total cost of the self-made iron-type narrow line width regulator is three thousand yuan, so that the production cost is greatly reduced.

as shown in fig. 1, the power structure includes a nut sleeve 21, a screw rod 22 and a handle 23, the screw rod 22 is connected to both ends of the nut sleeve 21, the two screw rods 22 are symmetrically arranged, the axial lines of the two screw rods 22 coincide with the axial line of the nut sleeve 21, the other end of the screw rod 22 is welded to one side of the slot 11 close to the nut sleeve 21, and the handle 23 is perpendicular to the nut sleeve 21 and is connected to the nut sleeve 21 through a screw thread.
The nut sleeve 21 is provided with threads at two ends, one end is left-handed and the other end is right-handed.
The card slot 11 is an inverted U-shaped card slot 11.
The working principle is as follows: the iron-type line width regulator is characterized in that the iron-type line width regulator is respectively arranged along the head end and the tail end of an iron-type line when in use, when the width of the iron-type line is regulated, firstly, nuts of two side rolling frames 12 are loosened, two clamping grooves 11 of the iron-type line width regulator are respectively arranged in the middle of side rolling wheels of the two side rolling frames 12, then, two persons simultaneously rotate handles 23 of the iron-type line width regulator arranged at the head end and the tail end of the iron-type line clockwise or anticlockwise, and the distance between the two clamping grooves 11 is regulated through the matching action of a nut sleeve 21 and a screw rod 22, so that the iron-type line can be stably widened or narrowed, and the requirements can be accurately met.
