Background
The fluidized bed boiler has the advantages of high fuel utilization rate, less pollutant, etc. and may be used widely in power generation, metallurgy, cement, etc. The fluidized bed boiler needs to be added with pulverized coal for combustion, coal blocks are ground into pulverized coal by a vertical mill in enterprises, the working principle of the vertical mill is approximately as follows, a motor drives a grinding disc to rotate through a speed reducer, materials fall to the center of the grinding disc from a feed opening, move towards the edge of the grinding disc under the action of centrifugal force and are rolled by a grinding roller, and the crushed materials overflow from the edge of the grinding disc and are simultaneously brought into a high-efficiency powder selecting machine integrated with the vertical mill by high-speed upward hot air flow from a nozzle ring. Coarse powder is returned to the millstone after being separated by the separator, and is ground again; the fine powder flows out of the mill along with the gas for combustion in the boiler. Coarse particulate material and accidentally entering metal parts not carried by the hot gas stream sink from the nozzle ring and are discharged as non-reshargable material in the form of pebble coal.
Abrasion occurs on the grinding disc after the vertical grinding machine is used, so that the grinding efficiency is reduced. When the abrasion reaches about 80% of the output, the vertical mill needs to enter for maintenance. Therefore, the long-term operation of the vertical mill is between 90% and 80% of the effective output range, and the full utilization of equipment cannot be ensured.

In this embodiment, the outer side of the inner ring is further provided with a pressurizing part, and when the grinding disc deforms radially, the pressurizing part can limit the deformation amount of the grinding disc, support the inner ring, and increase the adhesion force between the inner ring and the grinding roller, so that the output of the vertical grinding machine is further increased.
In addition, the abrasion parts are often unevenly distributed when the grinding disc is abraded, and if one side of the grinding disc is abraded seriously, serious waste is caused by integrally replacing the grinding disc.
