The invention has the beneficial effects that: stirring rod 1 is integrated with stirring leaf 12 and stopper 11, and operating personnel can realize taking in, homogeneity and cultivation of sample with sampling tube 2 cooperation step by step, need not to turn to and handle the sample in the special homogenizer, also need not to transfer the sample after handling to the blake bottle and cultivates. Puddler 1 is disposable aseptic consumptive material, need wash and disinfection processing puddler 1 after need not just handling a sample like when traditional homogenizer handles the sample to avoid coming from puddler 1's cross contamination, improve operating personnel's work efficiency simultaneously. The handheld electric part 4 is provided with the connecting part 41, the fixing claw connected with the clamping mouth 45 can be detachably connected with the connecting end 14 of the stirring shaft 13, the size is small, the carrying is convenient, the experimental personnel can be used by one hand, and the treatment efficiency of samples is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A hand-held homogenizer is characterized by comprising a stirring rod, a sampling tube rack and a hand-held electric piece; handheld electric part and the detachable connection of puddler, the puddler comprises stopper, stirring leaf and (mixing) shaft, is provided with stirring leaf and stopper on the (mixing) shaft, and sampling pipe is sealed to the stopper, is equipped with the limit structure of restriction sampling pipe rotation between sampling pipe and the sampling pipe support.

The hand-held homogenizer of claim 1, wherein the hand-held electric actuator comprises a connecting portion, a handle and a motor, the handle is a hollow cylinder, one end of the handle is fixed to the connecting portion, the motor is located inside the connecting portion and the handle, the handle is internally provided with a battery, one side of the handle is provided with an on-off switch, the on-off switch is connected with the motor, the connecting portion is provided with a button and a connecting clamping nozzle, and the connecting clamping nozzle comprises a fixed claw.
3. The hand-held homogenizer of claim 1, wherein the sampling tube is a cylinder, and the nozzle of the sampling tube is capable of being sealably and fixedly connected and disconnected with the plug of the stirring rod.

The hand-held homogenizer of claim 1, wherein the limiting structure comprises a first limiting part disposed on the sampling tube and a second limiting part disposed on the sampling tube rack, the first limiting part is disposed at the bottom of the sampling tube and the second limiting part is in planar contact with each other to limit the rotation of the sampling tube.

The hand-held homogenizer of claim 4, wherein the first limit portion comprises a limit block disposed at the bottom of the sampling tube, the limit block protruding from the bottom of the sampling tube; the second limiting part comprises a groove arranged on the sampling pipe support, and the groove is matched with the limiting block.

The hand-held homogenizer of claim 1, wherein the position-limiting structure is arranged on the sampling tube and the sampling tube frame to be matched through a tooth socket, the sampling tube frame comprises a positioning groove matched with the tube bottom of the sampling tube, and teeth or grooves matched with the sampling tube are arranged on the groove wall of the positioning groove.

The hand-held homogenizer of claim 1, wherein the plug of the stirring rod is in the shape of a circular truncated cone, the plug is provided with a through hole, a bearing is installed at the through hole of the plug, the shape of the plug is matched with that of the opening of the sampling tube, the plug is made of a soft material, and the plug can be fixed with the opening of the sampling tube in a sealing manner and is in flexible contact with the stirring shaft.

The hand-held homogenizer of claim 1, wherein the stirring shaft comprises a connecting end and a fixed end, the connecting end is located above the plug, the connecting end of the stirring shaft can be connected with the connecting clamping mouth of the hand-held electric component in a matching manner, the connecting end of the stirring shaft passes through the through hole of the plug, the fixed end of the stirring shaft is provided with the stirring blade, the stirring shaft is in sealing contact with the through hole of the plug, and the stirring shaft passes through the through hole of the plug and can rotate at the through hole of the plug.
9. The hand-held homogenizer of claim 1, wherein the impeller is paddle-type and/or turbine-type and/or screw-type and/or anchor-type and/or brucau-type.

The hand-held homogenizer of claim 1, wherein the sampling tube rack comprises a base, a column and a top plate, the base is fixedly connected with the top plate through the column, the base of the sampling tube rack is a cuboid, a second limiting portion is arranged on the upper surface of the base, the second limiting portion is matched with the first limiting portion at the bottom of the sampling tube, the second limiting portion is arranged on the surface of the base, the second limiting portion is a circular groove and/or a crossed cross groove and/or a straight groove, the top plate of the sampling tube rack is rectangular, the top plate is provided with a round hole, and the round hole is matched with the diameter of the sampling tube.
