The natural Chinese herbal medicine hair-loss-preventing and hair-nourishing liquid as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in proportion range: 2-7% of black sesame, 1-4% of mulberry leaf, 0.7-3.8% of dark plum, 0.75-2.5% of fleece-flower root, 0.7-3.3% of ligusticum wallichii, 1.2-4.5% of cortex mori, 1.5-3% of castor bean, 0.75-1.5% of semen plantaginis, 0.8-1.2% of mulberry, 0.6-1.3% of mint, 0.6-3% of cacumen biotae, 5-10% of beer, 3-7% of olive oil, 10-17% of ethanol and 45-60% of deionized water.

The natural Chinese herbal medicine hair-loss-preventing and hair-nourishing liquid as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 4.1% of black sesame, 3% of mulberry leaf, 2.6% of dark plum fruit, 2% of fleece-flower root, 3.2% of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 3.7% of white mulberry root-bark, 2.5% of castor-oil plant, 1.3% of semen plantaginis, 1.1% of mulberry, 1.2% of mint, 2.3% of cacumen biotae, 6% of beer, 5% of olive oil, 12% of ethanol and 50% of deionized water.
4. The hair loss preventing and nourishing natural Chinese herbal medicine liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the concentration of the beer wort is 12% and the concentration of the ethanol is 90%.
5. The method for preparing the natural Chinese herbal medicine alopecia preventing and hair nourishing liquid according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, putting black sesame, mulberry leaves, dark plums, polygonum multiflorum, ligusticum chuanxiong hort, cortex mori radicis, castor beans, semen plantaginis, mulberries, mint and cacumen biotae into a reaction kettle, adding ethanol, and then sealing;
s2, after sealing, adding part of deionized water and beer into the reaction kettle, then heating, and stirring during heating;
s3, filtering after heating is finished, and taking out first juice;
s4, adding the rest deionized water and beer, then heating, and stirring during heating;
s5, filtering after heating is finished, and taking out the second juice;
and S6, mixing the first juice and the second juice together, carrying out secondary filtration, stirring until the mixture is cooled, adding the olive oil, and packaging after the completion.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step S1 is performed by sealing for 60-80 hours, adding ethanol, and stirring for 3-10 circles.

The method of claim 5, wherein the deionized water is added in an amount of 30% and the beer is added in an amount of 4% in step S2, the heating temperature is first 100 degrees for 1-1.2H, the stirring speed is 40-50r/min, the temperature is then 85 degrees for 1.5-2.5H, and the stirring speed is 30-40 r/min.
