and on the basis of the above-mentioned acquisition of the credit information of the interactive user B and the historical interactive data generated by the past participation interaction thereof, constructing and acquiring a second credit interaction relationship network of the target user B as shown in fig. 2(B), wherein the node B is a node corresponding to the identity ID of the user B, the node B0 is a node corresponding to the credit score (750 point) of the user B on a credit platform, the node B1 is a node corresponding to the transfer interaction record B1 generated by the transfer interaction between the user B and the user a in a manner of signing a credit transfer contract, the node B2 is a node corresponding to the commonweal interaction record B2 generated by the commonweal interaction between the user B and the user a in a manner of signing a credit activity contract, and the node B3 is a loan interaction record B3 generated by the loan interaction between the user B and the user E in a manner of signing a credit loan contract;

And step S108, calculating the credibility score of the interaction user for interacting with the target user based on the credit interaction relation chain.
The credibility score in this embodiment refers to a result score that quantifies the credibility of the user relative to other users by comprehensively evaluating the credit of the user with a plurality of interaction dimensions such as history, interaction types, interaction importance, interaction quality, interaction frequency and the like between the users on the basis of a credit score determined by the credit platform for credit evaluation of each user. It should be noted that each user has a uniqueness score with respect to another user, i.e., the trustworthiness score of another user when interacting with the user is unique.
In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the following manner is specifically adopted to calculate the interactive credibility score of the interactive user for the target user, that is: the credibility score of the target user relative to the interactive user is as follows:
(1) determining a credit interaction node pair with an interaction relationship in the credit interaction relationship chain and a credit node corresponding to the credit score of the target user;
(2) and calculating the credibility score of the interaction user for interacting with the target user according to the credit score of the target user corresponding to the credit node, the credit weight corresponding to the credit node and the interaction weight of each credit interaction node on the interaction target under each interaction dimension, which corresponds to each interaction dimension.
Still taking the interactive user a and the target user B as an example, as shown in fig. 3, the credit interaction node pair having an interaction relationship in the credit interaction relationship chain of the interactive user a and the target user B includes two pairs, the first pair is a credit interaction node pair a1-B1 formed by a node a1 corresponding to the transfer interaction record a1 having a transfer interaction relationship and a node B1 corresponding to the transfer interaction record B1, and the second pair is a credit interaction node pair a2-B2 formed by a node a2 corresponding to the public interest interaction record a2 having a public interest interaction relationship and a node B2 corresponding to the public interest interaction record B2;
meanwhile, the credit node corresponding to the credit score (750 points) of the target user B is node B0;
further, according to the credit weight omega 1 corresponding to the credit node b0 and the credit node, the interaction dimension of the credit interaction node pair a1-b1 is a transaction dimension, the interaction of the credit interaction node pair a1-b1 in the transaction dimension is marked as the amount of transfer funds (5000 yuan), and the interaction weight in the transaction dimension is omega 2; the interaction dimension of the credit interaction node pairs a2-b2 is a public welfare interaction dimension, the interaction mark of the credit interaction node pairs a2-b2 in the public welfare interaction dimension is public welfare participation duration (3h), and the interaction weight in the public welfare interaction dimension is omega 3;
accordingly, the credibility score of the target user B relative to the interactive user A is calculated as follows: credit score ω 1+ transfer funds amount ω 2+ commonweal participation duration ω 3 750 ω 1+5000 ω 2+3 ω 3.
And step S110, carrying out interactive processing on the interactive request under the condition that the credibility score is greater than a credibility relation threshold value.
After the interactive credibility score of the interactive user and the target user is obtained based on the calculation, the calculated credibility score is compared with a preset credibility relation threshold, and if the credibility score is greater than the credibility relation threshold, the credibility of the target user relative to the interactive user is high, so that the interactive user and the target user have low possibility of interaction or risk occurrence, and the interactive user can perform interactive processing on the interactive request submitted by the interactive user aiming at the target user.
For example, the user a selects the user B in the friend list as a target user for performing the public welfare activity interaction, initiates the public welfare activity interaction by initiating an offer request for establishing a public welfare activity credit contract for the target user B, and performs interaction processing on the public welfare activity, specifically, the user a sends an offer for inviting the target user B to sign the public welfare activity credit contract to the target user B, and after the target user B agrees to the offer, the user B and the target user B participate in the public welfare activity to achieve contract agreement.
Further, in order to perfect the management of the interactive user on the target user based on the interactive credibility, after the interactive request submitted by the interactive user for the target user is interactively processed, the target user with higher credibility in the interactive process is managed by adding the target user into a credible user list of the interactive user and displaying the credible user list to the target user in a mode of sending a display page carrying the credible user list to the target user, so that the interactive user can timely sense the target user with higher credibility in the interactive process, and the interaction between the interactive user and the target user with higher credibility is promoted.
In addition, if the credibility score of the interaction user for interacting with the target user is less than or equal to the credibility relation threshold, optionally, the credibility score is further compared with a preset incredible relation threshold, and if the credibility score is less than or equal to the incredible relation threshold, whether the interaction credibility rate of the target user is less than a preset interaction credibility threshold is judged;
if the target user is a non-credible user, sending a risk prompt that the target user is a non-credible user to a terminal device of the interactive user submitting the interaction request, wherein the risk prompt carries the credibility score of the target user and the interaction credibility of the target user, so as to prompt the interactive user that the credibility of the target user selected by the interactive user is low, and reduce the risk caused by interaction between the interactive user and the target user with low credibility;
if not, the target user is indicated that the interaction trust rate of the previous interaction participation of the target user is not lower than the reminding threshold value, and the processing is not required.
The interaction trust ratio refers to a ratio of the number of interactions in which the target user participates in and successfully completes the interaction to the total number of interactions in which the target user participates in the interaction, for example, the total number of interactions in which the target user B participates in the interaction is 100, where the number of interactions in which the interaction is successfully completed is 97, and the interaction trust ratio of the target user B is 97/100 ═ 97%.
Further, after the risk prompt that the target user is an untrusted user is sent to the terminal device of the interactive user submitting the interactive request, the target user is added to an untrusted user list of the interactive user, the target user with a low credibility (with a high untrusted degree) is managed, and the untrusted user list is displayed to the target user by sending a display page carrying the untrusted user list to the target user, so that the interactive user can timely perceive the target user with a low credibility, and the risk caused by interaction between the interactive user and the target user with a low credibility is reduced.
Further, for the trusted user recorded in the determined trusted user list or the untrusted user recorded in the untrusted user list, in order to further improve perception of trustworthiness of the trusted user in the trusted user list or perception of untrusted degree of the untrusted user in the untrusted user list, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, after receiving a touch instruction for any one user identifier displayed on the display page, a viewed user corresponding to the user identifier triggered by the touch instruction is determined, and user information, credit information, trustworthiness score, and interaction information of the viewed user are read and displayed based on the display page.
In addition, after a touch instruction aiming at any user identifier displayed on the display page is received, the credential type of the credit credential of the viewed user and the access interface of the credit credential of each credential type can be displayed on the basis of the display page, after an access application aiming at any one access interface is received, the access application is sent to the viewed user, and if the viewed user authorizes the access application, the credit credential of the credential type corresponding to the access interface is read and displayed.
As shown in fig. 4, the credit relationship display page of the user a is provided with a trusted relationship list and an untrusted relationship list, and when the trusted relationship list in the trusted relationship display page is in the display state shown in fig. 4, if the user a clicks the avatar of any trusted user (taking the user B as an example) in the trusted relationship list, the personal trusted information display page of the clicked user (the user B) is displayed, as shown in fig. 5;
if the user A wants to apply for one or more of the 3 credit vouchers of the user B, namely the house property certificate, the driving license and the deposit certificate, an access application can be sent to the user B by clicking an icon of the credit voucher, and the corresponding credit voucher is displayed for access and viewing after the user B authorizes the credit voucher.
In specific implementation, after the credit information and the historical interaction record of the interactive user and the target user are obtained in step S102, and before the interactive request is processed in step S110, in order to reduce a risk caused by interaction between the interactive user and a target user with a low credibility, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, whether a corresponding interaction risk exists in the interaction type of the target user is evaluated from an interaction type of the interaction request submitted by the interactive user, and a more targeted risk reminder is given to the interactive user when the interaction risk exists, so as to reduce the interaction risk of the interactive user, specifically, the following implementation is adopted:
1) determining an interaction type to which the interaction request belongs;
2) inquiring the interaction record of the interaction type in the interaction record of the target user in the interaction state as a risk interaction record;
3) generating a risk interaction prompt of risk interaction of the target user, which is sent to the terminal equipment of the interaction user submitting the interaction request, based on the searched risk interaction record;
wherein the risk interaction reminder comprises the interaction type and the number of the risk interaction records.
For example, the interactive user a and the target user C perform a fund borrowing interaction to submit a corresponding interaction request, the interaction type to which the interaction request belongs is the fund borrowing interaction, whether the target user C signs a credit fund borrowing contract in a fulfillment state is inquired, if so, a prompt that the target user C currently has an unreturned credit fund borrowing contract is sent to a mobile terminal which submits the interaction request of the fund borrowing interaction of the interactive user a, so that the interactive user a is prompted that the current credit borrowing to the target user C may have risks, and therefore, the situation that an interactive object (the target user C) of the interactive user a has a plurality of unreturned credit fund borrowing contracts with multiple persons, and cannot be paid or not paid is avoided.
In addition, in a specific implementation, after the credit information and the historical interaction record of the interactive user and the target user are obtained in step S102, and before the interactive request is processed interactively in step S110, in order to reduce a risk caused by interaction between the interactive user and a target user with a low credibility, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, whether the target user has a corresponding interaction risk is evaluated from the historical interaction record of the target user, and a more targeted risk alert is given to the interactive user when the interaction risk exists, so as to reduce the interaction risk of the interactive user, specifically, the following manner is adopted:
1) searching a risk interaction record of the target user as an interaction target participating in interaction in a preset time interval in the historical interaction record of the target user;
2) and generating a risk interaction prompt of risk interaction of the target user, which is sent to the terminal equipment of the interaction user submitting the interaction request, based on the searched risk interaction record.
In summary, the credit-based interaction processing method starts from a target user for which an interaction request submitted by an interaction user is directed, constructs a credit interaction relation chain representing the interaction relation and the credit relation between the interaction user and the target user on the basis of credit information of the interaction user and the target user and a historical interaction record generated by interaction participation, and calculates the credibility score of the target user relative to the interaction user by means of the constructed credit interaction relation chain, so as to serve as an evaluation of the credibility degree of the interaction between the interaction user and the target user, thereby reducing or even avoiding the interaction risk caused by the interaction between the interaction user and the target user with lower credibility, and ensuring the authenticity and safety of interaction activities among users.
The embodiment of the credit-based interaction processing device provided by the specification is as follows:

The credit-based interaction processing device provided by the present specification, through cooperation among the interaction request acquisition module 602, the historical interaction record acquisition module 604, the credit interaction relationship chain construction module 606, the credibility score calculation module 608, and the interaction processing module 610, starts from a target user for whom an interaction request submitted by an interaction user is directed, constructs a credit interaction relationship chain representing the interaction relationship and the credit relationship between the interaction user and the target user on the basis of credit information of the interaction user and a historical interaction record generated by interaction participation, and calculates a credibility score of the target user relative to the interaction user by means of the constructed credit interaction relationship chain, as an evaluation of the credibility degree of the interaction user interacting with the target user, therefore, the interaction risk caused by interaction between the interactive user and the target user with lower credibility is reduced or even avoided, and the authenticity and the safety of the interaction between the users are ensured.

It should be noted that the computer readable medium may contain content that is subject to appropriate increase or decrease as required by legislation and patent practice in jurisdictions, for example, in some jurisdictions, computer readable media does not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunications signals as is required by legislation and patent practice.
It should be noted that, for the sake of simplicity, the foregoing method embodiments are described as a series of acts, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present embodiment is not limited by the described acts, because some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously according to the present embodiment. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in this specification are preferred embodiments and that acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required for an embodiment of the specification.

Claims (13)

1. A credit-based interaction processing method comprises the following steps:
acquiring an interaction request submitted by an interaction user aiming at a selected target user;
acquiring credit information of the interactive user and the target user and a historical interactive record generated by interaction participation;
constructing a credit interaction relationship chain based on the credit information of the interactive user and the target user and the historical interaction records;
calculating a credibility score of the interaction user for interacting with the target user based on the credit interaction relationship chain;
and under the condition that the credibility score is larger than a credibility relation threshold value, carrying out interactive processing on the interactive request.
2. The credit-based interaction processing method of claim 1, wherein the building a credit interaction relationship chain based on the credit information of the interactive user and the target user and the historical interaction records comprises:
constructing a first credit interaction relationship network of the interactive user, which is composed of each node corresponding to the credit information of the interactive user and each node corresponding to the historical interaction record of the interactive user, based on the communication relationship between the credit information of the interactive user and the historical interaction record of the interactive user; constructing a second credit interaction relationship network of the target user, which is composed of all nodes corresponding to the credit information of the target user and all nodes corresponding to the historical interaction records of the target user, based on the interaction relationship between the credit information of the target user and the historical interaction records of the target user;
and establishing a communication relation between a node corresponding to the interaction relation in the first credit interaction relation network and a node corresponding to the interaction relation in the second credit interaction relation network according to the interaction relation between the history interaction records of the interaction user and the history interaction records of the target user, and taking a target credit interaction relation network formed by the first credit interaction relation network and the second credit interaction relation network after the communication relation is established as the credit interaction relation chain.
3. The credit-based interaction processing method of claim 2, wherein the calculating the credibility score of the interaction user for interacting with the target user based on the credit interaction relationship chain comprises:
determining a credit interaction node pair with an interaction relationship in the credit interaction relationship chain and a credit node corresponding to the credit score of the target user;
and calculating the credibility score of the interaction user for interacting with the target user according to the credit score of the target user corresponding to the credit node, the credit weight corresponding to the credit node and the interaction weight of each credit interaction node on the interaction target under each interaction dimension, which corresponds to each interaction dimension.
4. The credit-based interaction processing method of claim 1, comprising:
under the condition that the credibility score is smaller than or equal to an unreliable relation threshold, judging whether the interaction trust rate of the target user is smaller than a preset interaction trust threshold;
if so, sending a risk prompt that the target user is an untrusted user to the terminal equipment of the interactive user submitting the interactive request;
the risk prompt carries the credibility score of the target user and the interaction credibility rate of the target user; the interaction trust ratio refers to a ratio of the number of interactions in which the target user participates and successfully completes the interaction to the total number of interactions in which the target user participates.
5. The credit-based interaction processing method according to claim 1, wherein after the steps of obtaining the credit information of the interaction user and the target user and participating in the historical interaction record generated by interaction are executed, and before the step of performing interaction processing on the interaction request is executed if the credibility score is greater than the credibility threshold, the method comprises:
determining an interaction type to which the interaction request belongs;
inquiring the interaction record of the interaction type in the interaction record of the target user in the interaction state as a risk interaction record;
generating a risk interaction prompt of risk interaction of the target user, which is sent to the terminal equipment of the interaction user submitting the interaction request, based on the searched risk interaction record;
wherein the risk interaction reminder comprises the interaction type and the number of the risk interaction records.
6. The credit-based interaction processing method according to claim 1, wherein after the steps of obtaining the credit information of the interaction user and the target user and participating in the historical interaction record generated by interaction are executed, and before the step of performing interaction processing on the interaction request is executed if the credibility score is greater than the credibility threshold, the method comprises:
searching a risk interaction record of the target user as an interaction target participating in interaction in a preset time interval in the historical interaction record of the target user;
and generating a risk interaction prompt of risk interaction of the target user, which is sent to the terminal equipment of the interaction user submitting the interaction request, based on the searched risk interaction record.
7. The credit-based interaction processing method of claim 1, wherein the performing of the interaction processing step on the interaction request in the case that the credibility score is greater than the credibility threshold value comprises:
and adding the target user into a trusted user list of the interactive user, and displaying the trusted user list to the target user by sending a display page carrying the trusted user list to the target user.
8. The credit-based interaction processing method of claim 4, wherein after the step of sending a risk prompt that the target user is an untrusted user to the terminal device of the interaction user who submitted the interaction request is executed, the method comprises:
and adding the target user into an untrustworthy user list of the interactive user, and displaying the untrustworthy user list to the target user in a mode of sending a display page carrying the untrustworthy user list to the target user.
9. The credit-based interaction processing method of claim 7 or 8, comprising:
after a touch instruction aiming at any user identifier displayed on the display page is received, determining a viewed user corresponding to the user identifier triggered by the touch instruction;
and reading the user information, the credit information, the credibility score and the interaction information of the checked user, and displaying based on the display page.
10. The credit-based interaction processing method according to claim 9, wherein after receiving the touch instruction for any one of the user identifiers displayed on the display page, determining that the viewed user step corresponding to the user identifier triggered by the touch instruction is executed, the method includes:
displaying the credential types of the credit credentials of the viewed user and the access interfaces of the credit credentials of each credential type based on the display page;
after receiving an access application aiming at any one access interface, sending the access application to the checked user;
and if the checked user authorizes the access application, reading and displaying a credit voucher of the voucher type corresponding to the access interface.
11. A credit-based interaction processing apparatus, comprising:
the interaction request acquisition module is configured to acquire an interaction request submitted by an interaction user aiming at a selected target user;
the historical interaction record acquisition module is configured to acquire credit information of the interaction user and the target user and a historical interaction record generated by interaction participation;
a credit interaction relationship chain construction module configured to construct a credit interaction relationship chain based on the credit information of the interactive user and the target user and the historical interaction records;
a credibility score calculation module configured to calculate a credibility score of the interaction user for interacting with the target user based on the credit interaction relationship chain;
and the interaction processing module is configured to perform interaction processing on the interaction request under the condition that the credibility score is greater than a credibility relation threshold.
12. A computing device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
the memory is to store computer-executable instructions, and the processor is to execute the computer-executable instructions to:
acquiring an interaction request submitted by an interaction user aiming at a selected target user;
acquiring credit information of the interactive user and the target user and a historical interactive record generated by interaction participation;
constructing a credit interaction relationship chain based on the credit information of the interactive user and the target user and the historical interaction records;
calculating a credibility score of the interaction user for interacting with the target user based on the credit interaction relationship chain;
and under the condition that the credibility score is larger than a credibility relation threshold value, carrying out interactive processing on the interactive request.
13. A computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the credit-based interaction processing method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
