the two sealing elements 93 and 93 ' are respectively arranged at the gaps at the two sides of the two supporting bodies 21 and 22 of the steel coil fixing seat 2, and the bottom ends of the sealing elements 93 and 93 ' are slidably arranged on the guide wheels 92 and 92 ' of the fixed bottom plate 91;
the drive mechanism 94, including,
two racks 941 horizontally disposed on the two sealing members 93 and 93 ', respectively, one end of the rack 941 being connected to the sealing members 93 and 93';
a driving shaft 942 horizontally disposed on the other side of the supporting body 21 with respect to the gap via two bearing blocks 943; a gear 944 is provided at each end of the driving shaft 942, and the gear 943 is engaged with the rack 941.
Preferably, the bearing bracket 943 is disposed on one side of the supporting body 221 through a fixing plate 944, a through hole 9451 is disposed on one side of the fixing plate 945 and used for the rack 941 to pass through, and a roller 946 abutted to the top surface of the rack 941 is disposed on the outer side surface of the fixing plate 945 above the through hole 9451.
Preferably, the sealing member 93 is a composite layer structure, the middle is made of a heat insulating material, and the two sides are coated by high temperature resistant steel plates.

Preferably, a positioning sleeve 12 is arranged at the lower part of the side surface of the heat-insulating cover 4, and correspondingly, a positioning pin 13 matched with the positioning sleeve 12 is arranged on the heat-insulating cover tray 3; the positioning pin 13 is preferably conical.
Preferably, the heat-insulating cover 4 is provided with a vent hole and a corresponding exhaust valve 41.
Preferably, the heat-insulating cover 4 is of a composite structure, the outer protective layer is a high-strength steel plate, the middle layer is a heat-insulating material, and the inner layer is a high-temperature-resistant stainless steel plate.
Preferably, the heat-insulating cover 4 is a composite structure, and comprises an inner radiation layer 42, an electric heating wire layer 43, an intermediate mesh cover 44, an intermediate heat-insulating layer 45 and an outer protective layer 46 from inside to outside in sequence. The heat-insulating cover composite structure is fixed by adopting anchoring nails 47.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the heat-insulating cover 4 is a square heat-insulating cover or a circular heat-insulating cover.
Preferably, the electric heating device 5 is an electric heating wire, and the temperature sensor is a thermocouple.
The invention carries out heat preservation treatment on the steel coil of strip steel after being coiled, simultaneously realizes the purpose of carrying out waste heat utilization on the steel coil which is just coiled to achieve annealing treatment, and greatly improves the problems of insufficient performance improvement caused by long time of entering a heat preservation and annealing device after the steel coil is coiled and large performance fluctuation in the length direction and the width direction of the strip steel.
The special treatment such as deep processing and the like is required to be carried out on the hot-rolled strip steel of special batches, and the heating device integrated in the heat-insulating cover and the cooling input of the protective gas can be matched to realize the temperature control under the necessary state.

Claims (20)

1. A hot rolling strip steel heat treatment line is characterized in that a heat treatment conveying chain roller way is arranged between a bundling device and a cold rolling unit behind a hot rolling strip steel coiling machine, at least one movable hot coiling heat preservation heat treatment device is arranged on the heat treatment conveying chain roller way, and correspondingly, two ends of the heat treatment conveying chain roller way are respectively provided with a lifting device capable of loading and unloading strip steel to the movable hot coiling heat preservation heat treatment device; the movable hot coil heat preservation heat treatment device is provided with a heat preservation cover capable of carrying out closed on-line heat preservation on the hot rolled steel coil.
2. The hot rolled strip thermal processing line of claim 1, wherein a coil holding area is provided at one side of the heat treatment chain roller, the coil holding area providing at least one holding chain roller connected to the heat treatment chain roller.
3. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line according to claim 1 or the heat treatment train or the heat preservation train is provided with at least one heat treatment station in which a heating system or/and a shielding gas cooling input system for the inside of the heat preservation cover of the movable hot-rolled heat preservation and heat treatment apparatus are integrated.
4. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 1, wherein the heat treatment transport chain roller way is provided with an information coding and printing device corresponding to one end of the cold rolling unit for printing the information of the steel coil on the steel coil.
5. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein the moving hot coil heat preservation heat treatment apparatus comprises,
a base plate;
the steel coil fixing seat is arranged in the center of the bottom plate;
the tray is of an annular structure and is horizontally sleeved in the middle of the steel coil fixing seat;
the lower end of the heat-preservation cover is provided with an opening, the heat-preservation cover covers the tray, and the volume of the inner cavity of the heat-preservation cover is larger than that of the steel coil;
the electric heating device is arranged on the inner side wall of the heat-preservation cover;
the temperature sensor is arranged in the heat-preservation cover;
the electric heating device and the temperature sensor are electrically connected with the information acquisition control module.
6. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 5, wherein the mobile hot coil heat treatment apparatus further comprises a gas protection apparatus and a gas sensor, and the gas protection apparatus and the gas sensor are respectively electrically connected to the information acquisition control module.
7. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 6, wherein the information acquisition control module is provided with a signal transmission module.
8. The hot rolled strip steel heat treatment line according to claim 5, wherein the steel coil fixing seat comprises two support bodies which are arranged in parallel, and the upper end surfaces of the two support bodies are inclined planes and are symmetrically arranged; and a side surface sealing device is respectively arranged at the gap positions at the two sides of the two supporting bodies.
9. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 5, wherein a bottom sealing means is provided between the bottoms of the two supporting bodies of the steel coil holder to seal a gap between the bottoms of the two supporting bodies.
10. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 9, wherein the bottom sealing means comprises,
the supporting plate is arranged between the two supporting bodies of the steel coil fixing seat, the supporting plate is vertically arranged, and a plurality of rollers are uniformly arranged at intervals along the length direction at the lower parts of the two side surfaces of the supporting plate to form a slidable mechanism;
and the sealing plate is horizontally arranged on the top surface of the supporting plate, and the size of the sealing plate corresponds to the gap between the bottoms of the two supporting bodies.
11. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line according to claim 10, wherein an electromagnetic block is provided on one side end surface of the supporting plate, and correspondingly, a metal stopper engaged with the electromagnetic block is provided between one side end portions of the two supporting bodies of the steel coil holder.
12. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 8, wherein the side sealing means comprises,
the two fixed bottom plates are respectively and horizontally arranged at the outer sides of the two supporting bodies of the steel coil fixed seat and at the bottom of the gap; a plurality of guide wheels are axially arranged on the outer side surface of the fixed bottom plate at intervals;
the two sealing pieces are respectively arranged at the gaps at the two sides of the two supporting bodies of the steel coil fixing seat, and the bottom ends of the sealing pieces are arranged on the guide wheels of the fixing bottom plate in a sliding manner;
the driving mechanism comprises a driving mechanism and a driving mechanism,
the two racks are respectively horizontally arranged on the two sealing pieces, and one end of each rack is connected with the sealing piece;
the driving shaft is horizontally arranged on the other side of the supporting body opposite to the gap through two bearing seats; two ends of the driving shaft are respectively provided with a gear which is meshed with the rack.
13. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line as claimed in claim 12, wherein the bearing housing is provided at one side of the support body through a fixing plate, one side of the fixing plate is provided with a through hole through which the rack passes, and an outer side surface of the fixing plate above the through hole is provided with a roller against which a top surface of the rack abuts.
14. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 10 or 12, wherein the sealing plates and the sealing elements are of a composite layer structure, the middle is a thermal insulation material felt, and the two sides are coated by high temperature resistant steel plates.
15. The hot rolled steel strip heat treatment line of claim 12 or 14, wherein the seal is of a right angle plate configuration.
16. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 5, wherein a positioning sleeve is provided at a lower portion of a side surface of the heat-insulating cover, and a positioning pin engaged with the positioning sleeve is correspondingly provided on the tray of the heat-insulating cover; the locating pin is preferably a cone.
17. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 5, wherein the heat-retaining hood is provided with air vents and corresponding exhaust valves.
18. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 5, wherein the heat-insulating cover is a composite structure, the outer protective layer is a high-strength steel plate, the middle layer is a heat-insulating material, and the inner layer is a high-temperature-resistant stainless steel plate.
19. The hot rolled strip thermal processing line of claim 5, wherein the heat-insulating cover is a composite structure comprising an inner radiation layer, an electric heating wire layer, an intermediate mesh cover, an intermediate heat-insulating layer, and an outer protective layer in this order from the inside to the outside.
20. The hot rolled strip heat treatment line of claim 5, wherein the electric heating means is an electric heating wire and the temperature sensor is a thermocouple.
