Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a water spraying plate, which comprises a forming step, wherein a raw material plate made of plastics is processed into a formed plate by a vacuum plastic-sucking forming process, a compression molding process or a roll forming process; a hydrophilization treatment step, which is to coat the formed plate with silica sol gel or water glass paint to form a water spraying plate. Therefore, the invention can make the raw material plate made of plastics into the water spraying plate, avoids the processes of sintering and the like which are time-consuming, energy-consuming and high-cost in the manufacturing process of the existing ceramic water spraying plate, and hydrophilizes the water spraying plate, thereby achieving the effects of improving the working efficiency of the washing device in the outdoor air conditioning box and reducing the manufacturing cost of the water spraying plate.

Therefore, the invention can make the raw material plate made of plastics into the water spraying plate, avoids the processes of sintering and the like which are time-consuming, energy-consuming and high-cost in the manufacturing process of the existing ceramic water spraying plate, and hydrophilizes the water spraying plate, thereby achieving the effects of improving the working efficiency of the washing device in the outdoor air conditioning box and reducing the manufacturing cost of the water spraying plate.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a water-spraying plate, which comprises the following steps: a molding step S1 and a hydrophilization treatment step S2.
In the forming step S1, a raw material plate made of plastic is processed into a formed plate by vacuum forming, compression molding, or rolling. The plastic of the raw material sheet is Polystyrene (PS), ABS resin (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer), Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or Polycarbonate (PC), but the plastic is not limited thereto.
Wherein, the vacuum plastic-sucking molding process utilizes the vacuum suction force generated by a vacuum pump to suck the heated and softened raw material plate into a desired shape through a mold to form a molded plate; the compression molding process is to put the raw material plate into the lower mold (at the moment, the upper mold also reaches the operating temperature), and then the upper mold and the lower mold are closed and pressurized to form the required shape, so as to form a molded plate; the roll forming process is to roll the raw material plate into a formed plate by using the mutually matched rotation of rollers with opposite rotation directions under the heating state (so that the thickness of the raw material plate is reduced and the length of the raw material plate is extended) to change the cross section shape of the raw material plate. In this embodiment, the shape of the formed plate may be a corrugated plate or other corrugated plates with repeating rules, and the specific shape of the formed plate may be adjusted and changed according to the design requirement through the mold, which is not limited in the present invention. The steps of the vacuum forming process, the compression molding process, the roll forming process, and the like, the related software and hardware devices, detailed operation flows and process parameters also belong to the common general knowledge well known to those skilled in the art, and are not described herein again.
Further, the hydrophilization step S2 is to coat the molded plate with silica sol gel or water glass paint to form a water-sprayed plate. Wherein the silica sol gel used in the coating treatment is formed by polymerizing at least one silicone monomer. The organosilicon monomer is an oxysilane of the general formula Rx-Si- (OR) y, x + y being 4, R being an alkyl group from 1 to 8, R being predominantly ethyl (C2H5), although in practice this is not restricted to the above list.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the coating process is to cover the surface of the formed plate with an organosilicon monomer by dip coating or spray coating, then place the formed plate in a temperature control device, set the temperature and time of the organosilicon monomer according to the temperature and time set by the temperature control device (the temperature and time are determined according to the monomer type), and make the surface of the formed plate hydrophilic by the hydrophilicity of silicon oxide to form a water-spraying plate.
The water glass coating material used in the coating treatment is formed by polymerizing sodium silicate monomer, but is not limited thereto. In the preferred embodiment, the coating process is performed by coating the sodium silicate monomer on the surface of the formed plate by dip coating or spray coating, placing the formed plate in a temperature control device, and polymerizing the sodium silicate monomer according to the set temperature and time of the temperature control device, so that the surface of the formed plate is hydrophilic by utilizing the hydrophilicity generated by polymerizing the sodium silicate, thereby forming the water-sprayed plate.
Therefore, by the forming step S1 and the hydrophilization step S2 (including steps S21 and S22), the present invention can manufacture the raw material plate made of plastic into the water spraying plate, thereby avoiding the time-consuming, energy-consuming and high-cost sintering process in the conventional ceramic water spraying plate manufacturing process, hydrophilizing the water spraying plate, and further achieving the effects of improving the working efficiency of the washing device in the outdoor air conditioning box (increasing the effective contact area between the gas to be treated and the water) and reducing the manufacturing cost of the water spraying plate.

1. A method for manufacturing a water spraying plate comprises the following steps:
a forming step, namely processing a raw material plate made of plastics into a formed plate by a vacuum plastic-sucking forming process or a compression molding process or a rolling forming process;
a hydrophilization treatment step, which is to coat the formed plate with silica sol gel or water glass paint to form a water spraying plate.
