In the preferred embodiment, the coating process is performed by coating the sodium silicate monomer on the surface of the formed plate by dip coating or spray coating, placing the formed plate in a temperature control device, and polymerizing the sodium silicate monomer according to the set temperature and time of the temperature control device, so that the surface of the formed plate is hydrophilic by utilizing the hydrophilicity generated by polymerizing the sodium silicate, thereby forming the water-sprayed plate.
