The pulley mounting plate 2 is provided with a U-shaped groove, the wheel shaft of the pulley extends into the U-shaped groove, the U-shaped groove can standardize the moving track of the traction pulley 13, and the traction pulley 13 is prevented from shaking left and right.
When the pulley shaft reaches the bottom of the U-shaped groove, a gap is reserved between the bottom of the pulley fixing plate 12 and the bottom of the pulley mounting plate 2, and the pulley fixing plate 12 is prevented from being reset on the bolt 3 by a compression spring structure when the traction rope 4 is broken to cause direct impact between the quick falling process and the pulley mounting plate 2.
The diameter of the smooth through hole is 1.1 ~ 1.3.3 times of the diameter of the screw, the reason that the diameter of the smooth through hole is larger than the diameter of the screw is that the push rod 11 at the top of the bolt 3 does arc motion in the process of pushing the long arm of the lever, if the through hole is matched with the screw too tightly, the push rod 11 is easy to be blocked, and the purpose of triggering the safety gear 1 cannot be achieved.
Still install 2 between push rod 11 and the pulley mounting panel 2 and pull reset spring 10, pull reset spring 10 symmetry and install in the outside of bolt 3, the total intensity that pulls reset spring 10 does not exceed 1/5 of the spring total intensity of spring compression structure on the screw rod. The length ratio of the short lever arm 9 to the long lever arm 8 is 1:4 ~ 10, so that the pulling stroke of the safety rope 5 can be effectively amplified, and the reaction sensitivity of the protection device is improved.
The operation principle of the invention is as follows:
in the process that the traction rope 4 pulls the bolt 3 through the traction pulley 13 to drive the stacker objective table 14 to move, traction force acts on the pulley mounting plate 2 fixed on the objective table 14 through the bolt 3, a spring on the bolt 3 is stressed and compressed, meanwhile, a fixed push rod 11 at the top end of the bolt 3 is connected with the lever long arm 8, and the lever short arm 9 is connected with the speed-limiting safety rope 5 tensioned in advance. When the objective table 14 normally operates, the elastic force of the spring is balanced with the traction force of the traction rope 4 and the tension force of the safety rope 5, when the traction rope 74 is accidentally broken, the traction force on the traction rope 4 disappears, the spring on the bolt 3 resets to drive the bolt to integrally push the push rod 11 downwards, the push rod 11 pushes the lever long arm 8 to trigger the safety gear 1, when only overspeed occurs, the speed limiter clamps the safety rope 5, the tension force of the safety rope 5 is increased, the lever short arm 9 is pulled to drive the lever long arm 8 to rotate, and the switch of the safety gear 1 is triggered.

5. The stacker carrier overspeed protection device of claim 1 wherein a plurality of traction return springs are further mounted between said push rods and said pulley mounting plate.
6. The stacker carrier overspeed protection device of claim 5 wherein said traction return springs are mounted symmetrically.
7. The stacker carrier overspeed protection device of claim 5 wherein said total strength of said drag spring does not exceed 1/5 of the total spring strength of the spring-on-screw configuration.
8. The stacker carrier overspeed protection device of claim 1 wherein a safety rope tension sleeve is provided where said short lever arm is connected to the safety rope.
9. The stacker carrier overspeed protection device of claim 1 wherein the length ratio between the short lever arm and the long lever arm of said trigger lever is 1:4 ~ 10.
