In the packing printing industry, the cardboard generally adopts the conveyer belt to pay-off, but when the preparation carton, the conveyer belt can't send into the processing station with the cardboard, consequently current cardboard feeding mechanism still need improve and just can satisfy the production demand.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention discloses a paperboard feeding device with a rotating mechanism, which comprises a base, a conveying belt, a pushing block, a baffle and a pushing mechanism, wherein the conveying belt is obliquely arranged above the base, the pushing block is arranged on the conveying belt, the baffle is arranged above the conveying belt, paperboards are stacked on the left side of the baffle, and a gap for a paper feeding plate to pass through is arranged between the bottom end of the baffle and the conveying belt; the pushing mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the base and comprises a support, a feeding plate, a feeding cylinder, a feeding piston rod, a clamping cylinder and a clamping piston rod; the lower end of the support is fixed on the upper surface of the base, the upper end of the support is hinged with the first end of the feeding plate, the feeding cylinder is arranged below the feeding plate, the lower end of the feeding piston rod is arranged in the feeding cylinder, the upper end of the feeding piston rod is pressed against the bottom of the other end of the feeding plate, the clamping cylinder is arranged beside the support, the lower end of the clamping piston rod is arranged on the clamping cylinder, and the clamping cylinder can drive the clamping piston rod to move along the vertical direction; the feeding plate is characterized by further comprising a rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating shaft and a rotating motor, a containing groove is formed in the upper surface of the feeding plate, the rotating shaft is arranged in the containing groove, the top of the rotating shaft protrudes out of the containing groove, the rotating motor is connected with the rotating shaft, and a rubber layer is arranged on the surface of the rotating shaft.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention discloses a paperboard feeding device with a rotating mechanism, which comprises a base 11, a conveyor belt 12, a pushing block 13, a baffle 14 and a pushing mechanism, wherein the conveyor belt 12 is obliquely arranged above the base 11, the pushing block 13 is arranged on the conveyor belt 12, the baffle 14 is arranged above the conveyor belt 12, paperboards are stacked on the left side of the baffle 14, and a gap through which a paper feeding plate passes is arranged between the bottom end of the baffle 14 and the conveyor belt 12; the pushing mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the base 11 and comprises a support 21, a feeding plate 22, a feeding cylinder 23, a feeding piston rod 24, a clamping cylinder 25 and a clamping piston rod 26; the lower end of the support 21 is fixed on the upper surface of the base 11, the upper end of the support 21 is hinged to the first end of the feeding plate 22, the feeding cylinder 23 is arranged below the feeding plate 22, the lower end of the feeding piston rod 24 is arranged in the feeding cylinder 23, the upper end of the feeding piston rod 24 is pressed against the bottom of the other end of the feeding plate 22, the clamping cylinder 25 is arranged beside the support 21, the lower end of the clamping piston rod 26 is arranged on the clamping cylinder 25, and the clamping cylinder 25 can drive the clamping piston rod 26 to move in the vertical direction; the feeding plate is characterized by further comprising a rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating shaft and a rotating motor, a containing groove is formed in the upper surface of the feeding plate, the rotating shaft is arranged in the containing groove, the top of the rotating shaft protrudes out of the containing groove, the rotating motor is connected with the rotating shaft, and a rubber layer is arranged on the surface of the rotating shaft. The surface of the conveyor belt 12 is provided with a smooth plastic film layer. The bottom surface of the pushing block 13 is provided with a clamping groove, the surface of the conveying belt 12 is provided with a clamping block, and the clamping block is clamped into the clamping groove. The cross section of the clamping block is T-shaped, and the shape of the clamping groove is matched with that of the clamping block.
After the paper boards are stacked on the left side of the baffle plate 14, the conveyor belt 12 starts to run, the pushing block 13 moves clockwise along with the conveyor belt 12, when the pushing block 13 moves to the upper surface of the conveyor belt 12, the pushing block 13 pushes the paper board at the bottommost layer, because there is only a gap between the baffle 14 and the conveyor belt 12, the cardboard is pushed out from between the baffle 14 and the conveyor belt 12 and falls onto the pushing mechanism, at this time, the blocking piston rod 26 is in an extended state, the cardboard sheets pushed out from the conveyor 12 fall forward on the feeding plate 22 and are stopped by the stopper piston rod 26, and when the cardboard sheets are to be used, the blocking piston rod 26 retracts, the feeding cylinder 23 drives the feeding piston rod 24 to ascend, the feeding piston rod 24 pushes the second end of the feeding plate 22 to rise, the feeding plate 22 rotates around the hinge point of the first end, and the paper board on the feeding plate 22 slides down to the target station. In this embodiment, the distance between the baffle 14 and the conveyor belt 12 is the thickness of one cardboard sheet.
The paperboard feeding device with the rotating mechanism is simple in structure and low in cost, and feeding of a single paperboard is completed through matching of different components.
