Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of excitation coils, in particular to a novel excitation coil.
Background
Tumors seriously endanger the health life of human beings so as to become a killer of human beings, and are the biggest public health problem in the world. In the traditional treatment scheme, surgery is the first choice for treating tumors, and is often supplemented with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy to inhibit postoperative recurrence and improve the quality of life of patients, but this is not suitable for patients with poor physical condition. Apart from the treatment of tumors by surgery, there are other forms of therapy, hyperthermia.
The heat treatment is to heat the whole or local part of the human body by physical energy to raise the temperature of the tumor tissue to the effective treatment temperature and maintain for a certain time, and to achieve the treatment purpose of apoptosis of the tumor cells and no damage to the normal tissue by utilizing the difference of the temperature tolerance of the normal tissue and the tumor cells.
The ideal therapeutic method for tumor therapy is to inhibit and destroy tumor cells without damaging the cells of normal tissues, and magnetic induction thermotherapy is proposed. The magnetic induction thermotherapy for tumor is a therapeutic method in which a magnetic material introduced into the tumor site by a specific method is heated by an external alternating magnetic field, so that the tumor cells are killed. The magnetic material implanted into the tumor tissue generates heat through eddy current generated by induction under the action of an external alternating magnetic field, and locally transfers heat in the tumor tissue to form a high-temperature area. When the temperature of the tumor tissue is above 42 ℃, the functions of some tissues and enzyme proteins in the cells are changed, thereby influencing the growth and differentiation of cancer cells and inducing apoptosis, effectively killing the cancer cells and stimulating the self immune function of a human body. The magnetic material implanted into the tumor tissue utilizes eddy current effect, magnetic hysteresis effect and magnetic after-effect relaxation effect to make the heat seed quickly heat and make it close to the tissue locally raise its temperature by means of heat conduction, so that the interior of tumor tissue can form high-temperature zone, at the same time the temperature of normal tissue can be controlled in normal range, so that it can not be damaged by high temperature.
The magnet exciting coil applied to the magnetic induction thermal therapy generally adopts an enameled copper wire. The most important index of the excitation coil is inductance, when the frequency is fixed and the power requirement is fixed, the smaller the inductance, the higher the current requirement is, so in the field of medium-high frequency induction heating, especially in the field of magnetic induction thermotherapy, when the coil with low inductance (lower than 10uH) is adopted, the higher working frequency is generally adopted, and meanwhile, the current requirement is high, and in the process, the excitation coil can generate larger heat. The inductance of the excitation coil can be successfully wound according to the working requirements of an electromagnetic controller at present. However, in the aspect of the electromagnetic induction controller host, application research that a low inductance coil can work is not carried out. The heat dissipation system of the excitation coil mainly adopts a thicker hollow copper pipe, and the copper pipe is forcibly cooled in a water cooling or strong wind high-speed copper pipe circulating cooling mode, but the copper pipe is easy to damage in the moving process.
Based on this, the present invention has devised a novel field coil to solve the above-mentioned problems.
