The extending states of the push rods of the first push rod motor 36, the second push rod motor 38, the third push rod motor 43 and the fourth push rod motor 23 correspond to the determined integral inclination angle of the bedstead 2, the tilting angle of the back bed board 3, the arching angle of the leg bed boards and the left-right turning angle of the turning mechanism. The first push rod motor 36, the second push rod motor 38, the third push rod motor 43 and the fourth push rod motor 23 can feed the extending state of the push rods back to the controller in real time, and the extending state of the push rods can be converted into corresponding angle values through the processing of the controller and control the display screen to display the angle values in real time. The controller can be set to be a PLC or a single chip microcomputer. Therefore, signals can be input to the controller through the operation keys to control the first push rod motor 36, the second push rod motor 38, the third push rod motor 43 and the fourth push rod motor 23 to act, so that the purpose of accurately controlling all angles is achieved. In addition, the integral inclined function of the bed frame 2 can meet the requirement that some patients need to be kept in the positions with high feet and low feet and high head for a long time. The operation keys comprise an upturning key and a downturning key on the back, an upturning key and a downturning key on the leg, an upturning key and a downturning key on the bedstead, and a left-turning key and a right-turning key on the turning main shaft. And a plurality of keys with preset positions can be arranged. When the key is pressed down, the electric monitoring bed automatically moves to a certain integrated position. For example, a key is provided to position the bed at 30 °. The operation keys can be physical keys or virtual keys on the operation screen.
Wherein, the first link mechanism comprises two slide rails 26 fixed on both sides of the width direction of the bottom surface of the bed frame 2 and extending along the length direction of the bed frame 2, and the two slide rails 26 are symmetrically distributed about the longitudinal axis center line of the bed frame 2. As shown in fig. 5, each slide rail 26 is provided with two slide blocks 27, the slide blocks 27 can slide along the slide rail 26, and the slide blocks 27 can be configured as linear bearings; both ends of one side of the bed head or the bed tail of the bed underframe 1 along the width direction are provided with slideways 30, and the slideways 30 extend along the length direction of the bed underframe 1. The bed is characterized by further comprising two bottom cross rods 29 extending along the width direction of the bed underframe 1, pulleys 31 are arranged at two ends of one bottom cross rod 29, the pulleys 31 are arranged in the slide ways 30, the pulleys 31 can roll and move along the slide ways 30, and the other bottom cross rod 29 is fixedly connected to the other side of the head or tail of the bed underframe 1; also included are four main support struts 28, the four main support struts 28 being symmetrically disposed about the longitudinal and transverse axes centerlines of the bed chassis 1. Each main support bar 28 is pivotally connected at one end to the slide block 27 via a pin and at the other end to an adjacent one of two bottom cross bars 29, wherein the bottom cross bar 29 is cylindrical, the main support bar 28 is provided with a through hole matching with the main support bar 28, and the post support bar 28 is sleeved on the bottom cross bar 29 via the through hole to form a pivotal connection. The bed frame also comprises two middle cross bars 34, wherein the two middle cross bars 34 are respectively and fixedly connected with two pairs of two main supporting rods 28 which are oppositely arranged along the width direction of the bed frame 2; the two first push rod motors 36 are arranged, one end of each first push rod motor 36 is rotatably connected with the bedstead 2 through a pin shaft, the extending rod end is rotatably connected with an inclined connecting rod 35 through a pin shaft, the other end of each inclined connecting rod 35 is rotatably connected with one of the two middle cross rods 34 adjacent to the other end of each inclined connecting rod 35, the middle cross rods 34 are cylindrical, the inclined connecting rods 35 are provided with through holes matched with the inclined connecting rods 35, and the inclined connecting rods 35 are sleeved on the middle cross rods 34 through the through holes to form rotatable connection; still include four side stay bars 33, the head of a bed and the end of a bed of bedstead 2 all are fixed and are provided with top horizontal pole 32, and every side stay bar 33 one end is rotationally connected through the round pin axle with a main tributary vaulting pole 28, and the other end rotationally is connected with one of two top horizontal poles 32, and wherein top horizontal pole 32 sets up to cylindrically, and side stay bar 33 is provided with assorted through-hole with it, and side stay bar 33 passes through the through-hole cover and establishes on top horizontal pole 32, forms and rotationally connects. The bed frame 2 can be wholly inclined and lifted only by the two first push rod motors 36. When the push rods of the two first push rod motors 36 extend out simultaneously, the bed frame 2 ascends integrally; when the push rods of the two first push rod motors 36 are contracted simultaneously, the bed frame 2 descends integrally; when the push rods of the two first push rod motors 36 are retracted and extended one by one, the frame 2 is higher on the side where the first push rod motor 36 is extended than on the side where the first push rod motor 36 is retracted.
The second link mechanism comprises a back link 37, as shown in fig. 6, one end of the back link 37 is rotatably connected with the back bed plate 3, and the other end is rotatably connected with an extending rod end of a second push rod motor 38 through a pin shaft, wherein a cylindrical back cross rod 39 is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the back bed plate 3, and the back link 37 is provided with a through hole matched with the back cross rod; the other end of the second push rod motor 38 is rotatably connected to the frame 2 via a pin.
The third link mechanism comprises a leg link 42, as shown in fig. 7, one end of the leg link 42 is rotatably connected with the thigh bed plate 5, and the other end is rotatably connected with an extending rod end of a third push rod motor 43 through a pin; the other end of the third push rod motor 43 is rotatably connected to the frame 2 through a pin. The bottom surface of the thigh bed board 5 is fixedly provided with a leg cross bar 41, the leg cross bar 41 is cylindrical, and the leg connecting bar 42 is provided with a through hole matched with the leg cross bar 41 and is rotatably connected with the leg cross bar 41 through the matching of the through hole. One end of the shank bed plate 6 is rotatably connected with the thigh bed plate 5 through a pin shaft, and the other end is provided with two leg rollers 44, and the leg rollers 44 can roll and move on the bed frame 2 along the length direction thereof. When the extension rod of the third push rod motor 43 extends out, the thigh bed 5 is pushed upwards to rotate, and the shank bed plate 6 is driven to move towards the thigh bed plate 5 while rotating upwards, so that the shank bed plate is arched upwards.
Weighing sensors 17 are arranged at four corners of the bed bottom frame 1; still include the alarm, weighing sensor 17 and alarm are connected with controller communicably respectively, and weighing sensor 17 is used for monitoring patient's gravity and sends the monitoring value for the controller, and the controller is provided with the default and real-time with the monitoring value is compared, and when the monitoring value is less than the default, the controller control the alarm is reported to the police and is reminded that patient has the risk of leaving the bed. The alarm can select a buzzer. When half of the body of patient is out of the bed board and when lying on the bed board with the whole body of patient is flat, the pressure that four weighing sensor 17 received can change in two kinds of circumstances, and when patient removed, the pressure that weighing sensor 17 received far away from patient can diminish, and the controller is provided with the default, and when minimum pressure value was less than the default, the alarm was reported to the police to controller control. The preset value is set as the minimum sensing value of the four gravity sensors 17 when the patient moves to the position where the patient is in danger of falling out of the bed board. Some patients can lose self-care ability, and have the risk of falling out of the bed board at night. The device is added, so that a caregiver can be reminded to put the patient back to the center of the bed plate in time, and accidents are prevented.
Four corners of the bed frame 2 are provided with anti-collision wheels 18 which can rotate around the vertical axes of the anti-collision wheels, and the outer edges of the anti-collision wheels 18 extend outwards beyond the outer edges of the bed frame 2. Increase anticollision wheel 18, when promoting the electronic monitoring bed and remove, when bumping with the object, the anticollision wheel can take place rolling friction with the thing that is bumped, makes the bed body change direction of motion, and anticollision wheel 18 sets up to flexible material simultaneously, can effectively reduce the impact. So as to reduce the vibration of the bed body and reduce the damage of the collided object and the bed frame 2.
The four feet of the bed underframe 1 are respectively provided with a central control caster 15 with a brake device; the four-wheel linkage brake device also comprises a central control device for linkage braking of the four central control caster wheels 15, wherein the central control device comprises crank arm plates 21 fixedly connected with hexagonal prism rods in the central control caster wheels 15, two crank arm plates 21 positioned on one side of a bed head or a bed tail are respectively and fixedly connected with U-shaped pedal rods 16 arranged along the width direction of the bed underframe, and two crank arm plates 21 on the other side are respectively and fixedly connected with cross rods 20 arranged along the width direction of the bed underframe 1; the bed is characterized by further comprising a connecting plate 45 extending along the length direction of the bed underframe 2, and two ends of the connecting plate 45 are respectively and rotatably connected with the U-shaped pedal rods 16 and the cross rod 20. The central control caster 15 is a conventional one, and is internally provided with a hexagonal prism rod and a cam mechanism, and the brake of the central control caster 15 is realized by rotating the hexagonal prism rod. The four central control casters 15 can stop operating simultaneously by adding the central control device, so that the brake of the electric monitoring bed is more stable and rapid.
The guardrail includes back guardrail 12, middle guardrail 13 and shank guardrail 14, and back guardrail 12 uses the border of back bed board 3 to rotationally connect as the axis in the both sides of back bed board 3, middle guardrail 13 rotationally connects on the position of the both sides that bedstead 2 corresponds thigh bed board 5 around the length direction's of bedstead 2 axis, and shank guardrail 14 rotationally connects on the position of the both sides that bedstead 2 corresponds shank bed board 6 around vertical axis. Wherein, the leg guard 14 is detachably installed on the bed frame 2, the leg guard 14 can be installed according to the needs of the patient, and the leg guard 14 can be removed if the patient does not need the protection of the leg guard 14. As shown in fig. 12, the leg guard 14 includes a support bar 142 and a rotation portion 141, the support bar 143 is fixed to the frame 2 by a rotation stud, the rotation portion 142 is rotatably connected to the support bar 141, and a lock member 144 is provided to lock the rotation portion 142 and the support bar 141 with respect to each other.
The supporting arm 9 of the turning-over wheel is arranged in a V shape. The arrangement can increase the bearing capacity of the supporting arm 9 of the turn-over wheel, and is simultaneously beneficial to the support 10 of the turn-over wheel to be at an inclination angle which is comfortable for the patient when the supporting arm 9 of the turn-over wheel rotates along with the main shaft 8 of the turn-over wheel to push up the patient.
One corner of the bedstead 2 is provided with a transfusion stand 19 which is convenient for hanging a liquid medicine bottle for transfusion to a patient.

An electric monitoring bed comprises a bed underframe (1), wherein a bed frame (2) is arranged on the bed underframe (1), a bed board is arranged on the bed frame (2), guardrails are arranged on two sides of the bed board, and baffles (7) are arranged at the bed head and the bed tail of the bed board, and the electric monitoring bed is characterized in that the bed board comprises a back bed board (3) with the waist position rotatably connected with the bed frame (2), a middle bed board (4) fixedly connected with the bed frame (2) and a leg bed board rotatably connected with the bed frame; the leg bed plate comprises a thigh bed plate (5) and a shank bed plate (6), one end of the thigh bed plate (5) corresponding to the hip position is rotatably connected with the bed frame (2), the other end of the thigh bed plate is rotatably connected with one end of the shank bed plate (6), and the other end of the shank bed plate (6) is movably connected with the bed frame (2) along the length direction of the bed frame (2); the bed is characterized by further comprising a first connecting rod mechanism, a second connecting rod mechanism, a third connecting rod mechanism and a turnover mechanism, wherein the first connecting rod mechanism is connected between the bed frame (2) and the bed bottom frame (1) and enables the bed frame (2) to be integrally lifted or integrally inclined along the length direction, the second connecting rod mechanism is connected between the bed frame (2) and the back bed board (3) and enables the back bed board (3) to be lifted upwards, the third connecting rod mechanism is connected between the bed frame (2) and the leg bed board and enables the leg bed board to be arched upwards, and the turnover mechanism enables a patient to turn over left and right;
the first push rod motor (36), the second push rod motor (38) and the third push rod motor (43) are respectively used for driving the first connecting rod mechanism, the second connecting rod mechanism and the third connecting rod mechanism;
the turnover mechanism comprises a turnover main shaft (8) which is rotatably arranged at the middle position of the width direction of the bed frame (2) and extends along the length direction of the bed frame, both sides of the turnover main shaft (8) are fixedly connected with a plurality of turnover wheel support arms (9) which extend along the width direction of the bed frame (2) along the length direction of the turnover main shaft, one end of each turnover wheel support arm (9) far away from the turnover main shaft (8) is rotatably connected with a turnover wheel support (10), the turnover wheel support (10) can rotate relative to the turnover wheel support arm (9) within a certain angle, each turnover wheel support (10) is provided with a turnover wheel (11) which can rotate around the axis of the turnover wheel support, the bed plate is provided with a through hole for the turnover wheel (11) to pass through at the corresponding position, when the turnover support arm (9) rotates along with the bed plate main shaft (8), the turnover wheel (11) can pass through the through hole and is upwards higher than, the bedstead (2) is rotatably connected with a fourth push rod motor (23), and the turning main shaft (8) is rotatably connected with the extending rod end of the fourth push rod motor (23) through a turning connecting rod (22);
the push rod control device further comprises a controller and an operation screen, wherein the operation screen, the first push rod motor (36), the second push rod motor (38), the third push rod motor (43) and the fourth push rod motor (23) are respectively connected with the controller in a communication mode, the operation screen is provided with operation keys and a display screen, signals can be transmitted to the controller through operating keys to control the first push rod motor (36), the second push rod motor (38), the third push rod motor (43) and the fourth push rod motor (23) to act, the first push rod motor (36), the second push rod motor (38), the third push rod motor (43) and the fourth push rod motor (23) feed the extending state of the push rod back to the controller in real time, the controller transmits the processed signals to the display screen and displays the signals on the display screen in an angle mode.
