The cigar lighter according to claim 1, wherein: the two ends of the telescopic piece are respectively provided with a positive electrode block and a negative electrode block, after the telescopic piece is compressed, the positive electrode block and the negative electrode block are in direct contact, so that the rechargeable battery and the cigarette lighting device are conducted to supply power for the cigarette lighting device, and meanwhile, the rechargeable battery and the stepping motor are disconnected to stop working of the stepping motor.

4. The cigar lighter according to claim 1, wherein: the rechargeable battery is arranged in the third chamber; the side wall of the third chamber is provided with a first switch and a second switch.
